I am new to Puerto Rico and decided to give Sky AutoWorks a try after I read there great reviews, and I am very happy I did. There customer service is outstanding!!! They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff and specially the gentleman on the reception I forgot the name but he was a young kid was very helpful and he answered all my question with alot of patience .... The only issue I have with pep boys is they are super expensive if you wanna get some repairing work done as they told me my coolant thermostat is not working and I need to get it replaced and the part was only for 25.99 but the labor was 169/- ..... Which would sum upto 200 + with taxes ... So I didn't get it done
