They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. Lenard and team here are still number 1 on St. Thomas for auto work. We've been coming here for two…read moreyears for our two personal cars and my hubby's company cars. We've never had a problem with any of the work they have done and anytime we have had an auto emergency ( which you will on St. Thomas because the roads are even worse post hurricanes) Lenard and Gregg (Lenard's son than runs the office side of the operation) has seen us right away and have pretty much fixed our cars the same day. They have been a bit backed up post hurricanes because shipping is very slow and unreliable to get parts in. Everyone has had a damaged car from body work to the roads eating your vehicle, so you're going to have to a bit more patient than before. This shop is also a great place to get a potential car you'd like to purchase checked out before buying it. We used them to get our SUV and they didn't charge us at all for it. They also did a final mechanical check of the SUV for us before we handed the keys over to the gentleman that bought it, due to our relocation off of St. Thomas also without a charge. They truly care about the longer term relationship with their clients as opposed to making quick buck. It's so unlike the rest of St. Thomas! #St.Thomas #USVI

During my search for a mechanic to fix our…read morecar after a shipping accident had occurred, Processional Auto Repairs was mechanic number 4, that we saw. And I used Yelp to find this one, the five star review that I based my decision off of has since fallen off for some reason. I thought it was super convenient that they were able to come to see the car without taking it into a shop however that's a double edged sword. The extent of repairs that our car needed (new engine mounts and undercarriage damage) required a lift. Because this mechanic is 100% mobile (which is great if you are stuck and can't get towed somewhere) they share a space with another mechanic in Bovoni. The day that we went there to get the car onto the lift, it was already in use, and would not be available soon, which was a waste of my afternoon. Victor the mechanic, told me that he would call me back for a time and he never did, I in fact never heard a peep from him again. He and his wife (whom is his assistant) are awesome, they were able to see me the next day after my call, and they were so pleasant to work with but I had hoped that there would have been some type of follow up. I get it that he was very busy responding to a lot of jobs, but at least tell me then that you can't help me. Its ok, I was able to find a rocking awesome mechanic at Lenard's (read that review) that we used for two years while on St. Thomas. #St.Thomas #USVI

Looked at my car for 5 minutes with a flashlight to check the fan and charges me $75 for "diagnostics". In most of the world diagnostics means checking with a computer, not a "look over". Even on his business card is says $25 for "regular diagnostics" and $75 for "computerized diagnostics". Said i would have to pay $50 site visit $75 for "visual inspection, human diagnostics" and an additional $75 for "computerized diagnostics" DISHONEST, SCAM TYPE BEHAVIOR AVOID

Aquí puedes darle a tu Ford el mantenimiento para su buen funcionamiento, cambio de gomas y reparaciones menores. Siempre he llevado los autos Ford a este lugar y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Amables y serviciales en todo momento. Tiene un Area de espera, sino lo dejas y lo recojes cuando esté listo.
