This is my go to Target when I need a Target run and done, but as of lately in the baby section the shelfs have been pretty slim when it comes to product in stock. I've gone a few times in 30 days and it seems the same each time I go. I've mentioned my concerns to managers and doesn't seem like anything improved. I hate to go to Garner but they have EVERYTHING I need in one stop read more

Good cheap clothes selection however all there fitting rooms are closed so can't try on any clothes. Will not be buying clothes here.

My last (and final) curbside pick up experience here was infuriating. The runner was unable to locate my order, told me each time she ran something out for another person that she was "working on it". I even pointed out my order on the cart and was told it wasn't mine. While I was waiting for THIRTY MINUTES, the original runner's shift ended and the new runner was unaware of what was going on. When I pulled up my email my order was marked as picked up, I went inside to customer service and identified my order on the same cart that "wasn't mine" 30 minutes prior. As I was walking out, another person in the curbside pick up states the runner couldn't find her order either. read more

Seriously the best customer service team!! Cary managers couldn't help me but I knew if I came to N.Hills they would fix my problem! Thank you so much!! I shop at target solely because of these Update: Best target ever. read more

Customer service was definitely subpar at this location. After calling ahead to confirm that I could refill soda stream cartridges, I was sent away because there were no replacement cartridges in customer service, and was told o had to pay the full price off of the shelf. read more

Beautiful Target. More stylized stock here than the average Target. Excellent housewares section. Mid-size grocery.

My wife and I bought some Christmas presents for our kids. The cashier forgot to put one bag in our cart. We didn't realize this until a week later when we were wrapping presents. My wife went back and they had record of this mistake, and fixed it no questions asked. I was so impressed with their organization and integrity! read more

Love target! This location was a quick stop by trip to grab a few things while on a business trip in the area. The store layout is a little tight with not much room to navigate carts through clothing. Some of fixtures were extremely sloppy and not easy to shop from a customer standpoint. Mixed sizes and ages together in the baby department. They did have a great movie selection and had everything I came for. The checkout was busy but self check was a nice feature. The self check attendant was very nice and had an amazing singing voice! read more

This little Target is convenient but I've now had several visits where unruly teens have quashed my shopping enjoyment. On my last visit some teens had climbed into the baby crib on display. They run down the aisles, sit on the floor and play with the merchandise, and are loud talkers and laughers. North Hills has a policy about unattended kids, but management at Target just ignores bad behavior. Don't go in the summer or during after school hours, if you want a pleasant shopping experience. read more

Nice store easy to get in and out of. Lots of open checkouts and several self checkouts. Store had a good selection of products and prices were pretty good. Staff helped with questions. read more

The employees here are rude. The store is disgusting. There's inventory laying around everywhere. Employees are standing in front of doors smoking. read more

Today my friends and I decided to walk around Target. At this time we were not aware that it was past 8 p.m, which meant minors were not allowed in alone. A lot of employees came up to us and said that it was completely fine to be in there and did not mind at all. As we were walking out, a security guard and two other workers were harassing us about not having a parent. Although our parent was sitting outside in the car. As we went to walk out of the building, one worker joked to the security guard saying "Sorry he just likes to mess with minors." This statement might not seem bad or inappropriate at first but it was the way he said it that made us realize they were all sexualizing us. The security guard, who was a full grown man was laughing at the joke like it didn't matter at all. Just on a side note, security guards are supposed to protect, not harass and sexualize a group of teenage girls. My friends and I, trying to take the upper hand, decided to ignore it and walk out. As we were sitting infront of the store the three workers were all laughing and pointing at us. At this time we all three felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. When the workers realized we were uncomfortable, the one who made the nasty joke decided to walk out and say "I didn't mean it like that!" which we all knew was a lie. None of the workers even apologized. After a long period of freaking out, we decided to walk to our moms car. I am not writing this review to attempt to get people fired, I just want to spread awareness on how people you should be able to trust like a security guard, can actually turn out to be nasty people. Parents, please stay with your children everywhere they go to prevent this from happening to them as well. read more

This isn't a super target but it's only about 2 miles from my apartment so it works for me! Parking can be hit or miss, it's in a busy area. I can usually find exactly what I need. I am a sucker for the dollar section. Lol. I always find something there. I like to grab a Starbucks and walk around. I always end up spending way more than I planned. Make sure you use cartwheel! Your points can add up and you can redeem them for selected perks. I have gotten a free DVD, free pet accessories, free sunglasses, and a free book! It adds up quickly. Employees have been pretty nice too. read more

I have given all of my prescriptions to target forever. And in 3 states over several years. I have never, and I mean never dealt with a target pharmacy as terrible as this one. To say that it is slow would be a gross understatement. They gave no sense of urgency ever. They socialize way too much. And they have messed up our scripts 3 times in the past year. Please hire additional staff for this location. And also, how about defining the lines a bit. read more

There's nothing quite like being followed around and watched closely by employees when one is just browsing before a movie. I didn't realize that fitted clothes, sandals, and no purse or glasses, with my hair pulled back and my face in full view, made me look suspicious. Add no record and never having stolen anything to that, and I suppose that makes me a prime suspect for whatever it was they were profiling me. Kudos for being thorough, but make it a bit less obvious next time and I might actually buy something! read more

No lie, at one point I had gone to this Target 7 times in 7 days. It's just so damn convenient and it offers covered parking. Very few stores in the area have covered parking. Did I forget something, I'll just run over to Target. I forgot something and it's raining, I'll just run over to Target. While the grocery section isn't a full size grocer, it does have just enough necessary fresh items to be useful in a pinch. I've always felt that the employees were helpful and were always nice. Although this location seems a bit smaller than other standalone Targets, I've never had an issue finding what I needed. There's even a Starbucks inside, even though there's another one just 2 floors up in the shopping center. 5 stars for being the best Target alive. Trips to Wal-mart are unnecessary when you have this place. read more

It's Target - that alone should tell you most of what you need to know! Clothing, housewares, pet food, small grocery selection, great clearance prices, baby stuff, electronics, toys, pharmacy - Target. The details of the North Hills Target: On the smaller side compared to newer Target stores. Small selection in shoes and softlines, particularly underwear. The pharmacy (staffed by great, helpful people) also has a sort of clinic. Parking can be a nightmare during the Beach music events at North Hills. It's often full of roaming teenagers on weekend nights. Has a Starbucks (of which there are three in a one-block radius) as well as a small cafe serving things like popcorn and hot dogs. It's Target! If there's something you want, they probably have it. read more

Not impressed with their selection in the "home" section of the store. Very few brands to choose from and the shelves were nearly empty. Will likely go back one more time to give them another chance, but I'm feeling pretty meh. read more

Love Target. Love this location - super convenient in North Hills. The special cart-escalator is a fun contraption. While I respect the inevitable comparisons to Walmart, Target is a happy place for me to go and shop versus various Walmarts, which seem to depress me. Just my personal opinion. I will refrain from any other political/socio-commentary on the big W. This Target always seems to be well-stocked, which I can't always say, and the employees are helpful and nice. Great place to do your basic shopping. But do be careful - the "Target Effect" can strike. This is when you run in for a few things and walk out $100 later. read more

I love Target. So this review isn't for the corporation as a whole, just this location. I'm not a big fan of the North Hills Target for a few reasons. One the lines to check out are always insane. Either this place is just always packed with ppl when I come or they are under staffed. Second is the parking. I hate the lot and again, it's always full. Must just be too many ppl at North Hills, idk. read more

This is really the worst target store that I've ever seen. Poorly organized. People wonder around aimlessly because nothing is intuitively placed. The shelves are never stocked and the checkout lines are ridiculous. Save time and go to a different location. read more

I was in here tonight with my girlfriend and Lorrie (I believe it was) she was our cashier. She was the sweetest, most helpful woman. I rate this place 5 stars just because of how much she cares for her job. She asked me to take a survey on her and I wanted to when I got home but I accidentally threw away my receipt. So I hope whoever is in charge over there takes good care of this lady. Thanks lorrie. - Brennon W. read more

Visited this store while visiting Raleigh. Had to make a quick run to pick up snacks...etc for our hotel room. Nothing remarkable about this Target. Didn't spend much time here. Was able to get in and out fast. Had everything I was looking for, employees were friendly. We are here for a week and will probably visit this store again. read more

Terrible customer service experience. Wasted my morning driving here after calling to check if the item I wanted was in stock, only to find they won't match THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I am very disappointed by the way this was handled, and will likely not return again. read more

I always go in wanting to buy a few items and end up purchasing so many. Target is truly addictive. You can find items for the whole family and the home. read more

Target is my favorite store to shop for everything and now since I have a baby girl I buy everything I need from here. I often go to this location because it is convenient to me and it is always fully stocked. The employees at this location are always very pleasant to deal with and make sure they assist you the best they can. I was a little alarmed yesterday when I learned they now have a new return policy. My baby had received a lot of pampers at her baby shower and with her growing super fast she has outgrown her size one pampers. I called the store Sunday to see if I could just bring them in and get the same brand just in a larger size. The operator who was working at customer service told me "yes, no problem". I arrived at the store 8 am Monday morning only to find out this was not the case. Now if you don't have a receipt the store generates a "return price" for items and you cannot do an even exchange. They wanted to give me $8 for a $25 box of pampers. Luckily I had the pampers on my registry which entitled me to get a full refund and purchase the pampers in a bigger size. I will definitely keep all my receipts from here on out because I don't want to run into this issue again. read more

First time going to this target and it was a pretty great experience. Parking went well & so did my shopping! The store could've been a tad bit neater, but hey, it was the day after Christmas. What do you expect?! read more

Target is the best. Most of the people they employ are AMAZING! At this location I have several employees who are just so great! Jennifer is the best. read more

This Target has a poorly stocked grocery section on a regular basis. Very unreliable. Also I had an appointment with their Minute Clinic but the technician was leaving for lunch right as I arrived on time for my appointment. She told me to come back in 20 minutes but I'd have the then wait while she took care of another patron that she'd also turned away. Very unprofessional. What's the point of making an online appointment if you're not staffed to honor it? read more

Think I'll find another Target to go to even though this one (Central Raleigh) is closest and I have been going since it opened. Lately, this store is always out of things!!! Their makeup, nail polish etc shelves are EMPTY. Very frustrating. I go with 10 things on my list and can only get 5! This week I went in to get pictures when they were promised and they weren't ready and no one was there to "replace the ribbon" on the machine. Again.....very frustrating! read more

Great store, The only complaint I have is the prices are higher then in Greenville Texas for example I bought a Metal cup a android charger a 2 liter Dr.Pepper & Seagram's ginger ale & it was like $54.84 read more

I attempted to take advantage of one of the Black Friday deals at this location. Due to corporate incompetence, the well advertised doorbuster item that I had waited in line for hours to purchase was not available. People had been in line well over an hour in advance asking questions about this particular item. Instead of informing the waiting customers about this so they would have the option to pursue similar deals at other stores, the store management and staff chose to do and say nothing. Additionally, they refused to provide a raincheck or do anything to remedy the situation once the customers were allowed in to discover this deal. The staff that I spoke to at the guest services desk was also fairly dismissive of the problem, only offering a half-hearted apology. People's time is worth money, and this store wasted a lot of that today. I won't be shopping at this location anymore and I encourage other people to do the same in light of their poor service. read more
