She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It was extremely frustrating for him to leave without a meal, especially since he only had a limited break. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

Many women have complained to MANAGEMENT - I know I have several times, and the closest I come to a solution is - 'It has been reported, and something will be done.' MY question is WHEN? I battled with…read morethem for over a week now to get my daughters prescription filled which I have proof from the doctors office that they confirmed they received the prescription 4 times and still say they don't have it meanwhile my daughter suffers with withdrawal and I cannot send her to school because she cannot control her emotions or concentrate to do her class work according to the older lady at the counter that's not her problem. There is no chance that I will ever go anywhere else! The pharmacy Manager over there is utterly amazing! I have had the opportunity to witness the extremely professional way that she interacts with both her staff and the customers. My wife and I both get all of our medications and yearly flu shots there. Madeline S. is not only a major asset to your company, but to the local community as well!
