Target Optical failed twice to get my prescription correct. I emailed Target Optical with my issue and got zero response. Go elsewhere.

The Dr. does a great job but the staff there have dropped the ball twice. Waste of time and money!

Employees are all unprofessional, and do not help you whatsoever with product knowledge or basic customer service.

When I first came in, Cassie immediately complimented my sister and I, she was so expressive and SWEETTTT. She is super understanding, sweet, charismatic, and also awesome on the phone as well. The wait is never long plus they provide magazines, water, and even children toys to keep your little ones preoccupied. Ashley, Eileen & Juanita are also awesome ladies, they're very relaxed, humble, and there if you ever need help. ANTHONY is also super helpful when it comes to finding the perfect lens for your eyes!! Also super helpful during your transactions! Rafael, the intern I believe, was also super sweet! He was very calm, clean, and super cool. Shout out to you with the sweet fit and thanks for the follow on insta!!! haha Dr. Mathur was an amazing doctor!!! She examined my eyes very nicely and made me feel comfortable! She is super sweet & knows EXACTLY what she is doing. I just love this atmosphere here.. everybody is so nice. This place is like a second home. yours truly, Rachel :)

Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

The office is a little dated but very clean and nice. Office staff were pleasant, Dr Gerlach was great. Though my visit was 90 minutes long, I did feel I got a through exam by the tech and doctor. I helped myself to a new pair of BVLGARIs in their optics department, which seemed well stocked. I was happy with the service, will be seeing them in a year! Steve out

I felt like she…read moregave me a thorough exam, and she took the time to educate me about what products I should use. Many of the people at Sierra Eye Group were great. The assistant to the doctor was so sweet and kind, I had to tell the doctor what a wonderful employee she had. The person who helped me pick out my glasses and sunglasses, made the experience fun and enjoyable. The issue was filling my prescription for my sunglasses. I was excited to pick up my new sunglasses. When I tried to pick them up the first time, the tint was too light. The people at Sierra Eye Group were very apologetic about the situation but they explained that what happened at the lab was out of their control. Today, I went to pick them up for a third time, once again the tint was too light. I spoke to one of the managers. She said my order was written for a level 3 tint and today the tint on my glasses was a level 2. The manager had spoken to the person who had helped me originally, and that person said when my glasses were done for the first time the tint was a 1. During the course of the conversation, the manager told me that if I didn't allow them to send it back to one of the labs, they wouldn't fill any of my future prescriptions. I asked why. I was told that they wouldn't be able to meet my standards and that would be the case for future glasses. BASICALLY, I WAS THE PROBLEM. I asked to speak to one of the owners. She told me they didn't have time and I could write them a letter. I realized they were probably seeing patients. If the manager had given me an email address or if she would have said she would talk to the owners about the situation, I would have heard. Instead, I felt: 1. I'm being unreasonable for wanting my classes to be done correctly the first time. 2. I was threatened that if I didn't allow them to send my glasses to one of their labs they work with, I would be refused future services. Please know that I won't put myself in this situation again. 3. My situation wasn't important enough to bother the owners. What is frustrating is the lack of accountability. I understand that Sierra Eye Group isn't in control of the work the lab does. However, they are aware that this lab doesn't consistently do acceptable work. Yet, they still work with that lab, and because of that I still have sunglasses that aren't done correctly. I'm not sure which is worse, how the situation was handled or having to return my glasses for a second time.

IMO the East Noble Walmart Vision Center is great--especially two of its main opticians Jessy and Zeny. Both were prompt, professional and personable. I was quickly notified that both eyeglasses were ready, and seen even sooner. I have no complaint whatsoever about the end products. Nothing like the "mills" on Mooney, where you'll be waiting or hours before someone notices you, then you get charged a fortune for frames. Not here: Prices are *extremely* reasonable as well. Note: Please change your open hours on this site; The store may close at 11pm, but I believe the optical department closes at 7:00pm most days. :-)

Everyone has told me something different. Yes, the system was down, and I paid 10.00 cash for the exam, owed 15.00 for an eye test which I was told I could pay once the glasses came back. Then I was told everything was covered and I only have to pay 15.00 bucks. Call comes in the system is up now I owe 25.00 bucks, 15.00 for the eye test, I knew that but now 10.00 bucks for the eye lens ok no problem, I'll pay once the glasses come in, because again that is what I was told. Now, they can't send the glasses out until they are paid for. SMH, EVERYBODY IN THAT VISION PLACE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED BECAUSE 1 ORIGANIZATION, BUT SEVERAL DIFFERENT RULES. Naw, I'm not like that. 25.00 buck and can't get the glasses sent out. Mind you, my glasses were 378.00, I paid for a couple of days ago and you think I'm going to run off for 25.00 for my daughter. SMH.
