Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

I always break my glasses so I come in here a few times a year. He has fixed my lenses who have been a little too small or too big for my frames and fitted them. He's helped me pick out a different frame when my glasses were unrepairable. He's switched out lenses for me after I broke said pair and had to buy the same frame. He also has schooled me on what kind of glasses are more durable than others. He has tons of very modern and stylish prescription glasses and sunglasses. You can try them all on at your convenience while you're waiting for your favorite frames to be fixed. Highly recommend!! Side note: Don't go to your eye doctor for them to fix or for them to order parts for your repair. Dr. Feil did some more tests and explained what was happening in my eyes in simple, easy to understand terms. He is very thorough! Since I'm a Medicare insurance agent, I have spoken to hundreds of clients over the years about cataract surgery and how they felt pressured to pay extra for laser and upgraded lens. We had nice convo about cataract surgery where he freely shared his thoughts about the different options. Everyone made me feel very welcomed! I felt like I had been going there for years. Was there waiting time, in between tests? Yes. But nothing out of the ordinary. I don't mind at all and even relish the quiet moments. Overall, I woud totally recommend Dr. Feil!

Nothing like the "mills" on Mooney, where you'll be waiting or hours before someone notices you, then you get charged a fortune for frames. Not here: Prices are *extremely* reasonable as well.
