His wisdom teeth weren't impacted and they came right out. One week later--October 3rd, my adult daughter's wisdom teeth were removed at the dental office by Ngo. All four of her wisdom teeth were impacted and were more difficult to remove than my son's. But Dr Ngo did a great job removing them. I recommend Ngo as she is a competent, well trained oral surgeon. She is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Her staff is friendly and caring. The dental practice has all of the latest technology and is clean and neat. If you call the medical assistants and leave a message they'll call you back in little time at all - you will probably never have to follow up with another phone call. My mom, being my caretaker during my downtime- assisting me with breast cancer my diagnosis /surgery / aftercare feels the same way. She's had to call for me too while I was recovering, and they treat her with the utmost importance, compassion and care. We're both super impressed. Once we got the paperwork straightened out they took me back right away. Being a new patient here the doctor took time to introduce himself and put me at ease. They were kind, supportive, and gentle throughout the entire ordeal. He continues to go on and state there is another patient that the technician or the doctor had to see and she was the only one that could adjust or fix the glasses. He then went on to ask questions if I purchase the glasses from their store, and if not, I would have to sign a waiver, which I said that is fine, but he continue to go on how I would have to wait deterring me to stay. He continue to be disgruntled and started to discuss with another colleague about me. He then started to talk to his colleague about the situation and it was interesting because I was hearing them talking and they were talking about me and how I came in 15 to 20 minutes before they're closing and how they wanted to go home on time. No customer service no professionalism in their field just a bunch of white privilege individuals who think they can speak to anybody disrespectful. Obviously this practice is making enough money to treat new or old customers anyway they want, ironically, people like this in the medical field. Need to understand this is not a 9-to-5 job. I was initially told by her that it must be allergies to the permanent sutures, so I underwent revision surgery with her. She then diagnosed the nodules as "fat necrosis". Soon after revision surgery, the nodules started appearing again. I was then repeatedly told by Michelle that it must be thyroid-related causes. After seeking another revision from a highly experienced double board-certified plastic surgeon & ENT down the street, I was informed that the nodules were full of pus and bacteria, located on/around the permanent sutures. I was also told that the nodule that was distanced lower than the rest, had a free-hanging suture that wasn't attached to anything. I was advised that what he found was consistent with infection related to the permanent internal sutures Michelle placed in me and could likely be due to the sutures being unsterile/compromised during surgery. This was an extremely painful and distressing experience that significantly impacted my quality of life for OVER a year. When I reached out to her office regarding this, I was met with denial, zero accountability and was warned multiple times in a threatening manner not to post about it online. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to thoroughly research their provider and ensure they are board-certified in plastic surgery. Unfortunately, a cosmetic surgeon with a doctorates degree in dentistry is a very considerable, and concerning difference.
