I've been getting eye migraines from too much screen time (anyone else?) so I decided to finally come back for an eye check-up. I haven't been back since 2018, so I was excited at the thought of getting some new frames. Healthcare is one of those categories of businesses where you usually find your provider through your insurance or through recommendations and I can say that I wholeheartedly recommend this office. Everyone is friendly and appointments are a breeze to schedule and go through. Dr. Betancourt is such a gem of a doctor & really takes her time to go through any concerns you may have plus answer questions with what is happening. She answered all my questions and helped me find a possible solution to my light sensitivity and eye migraines. They gave me two different sets of prescriptions (one for nighttime driving & one for computer/screen use, thanks astigmatism!) When he went to the ophthalmologist and told him what Dr. Sicoia found, he couldn't find it during his exam and really had to search to find it. I had been going to many ophthalmologists during my life, and none of them had diagnosed me with high tension, which leads to glaucoma. She referred me to an ophthalmologist that specializes in that field, and he has taken care of me since then. I go to see her every 1-1/2 - 2 years for my glasses, and she's always given me the right prescription. I have never had any problems with any of the office staff; they have always been very pleasant with me. I highly recommend Dr. Fallazadeh and her staff.
