I did get new glasses and when I went in to pick them up I was again rushed, no fitting at all, just a printed card they had me read to see if I could see ok. The eye glass techs were busy on their phones and I felt as though I was bothering them. The glasses did not seem any different than the ones I had as far as prescription strength. I did speak to the office manager after the fact and she did offer me a refund if I returned the glasses which I did. Fast forward to today, I called as I had sudden onset floaters in one eye which alarmed me. I was told no appointment availability this week and was referred to 2 other places, one that had terrible reviews and the other that told me all there docs were out of town for the week and had told other offices to not refer to them this week because of that.
