I originally took them back to LensCrafters and they redid them but still no change, so I took the glasses to Dr Le and he retested me and said that was the same so he examined the lenses and found them to be way off. He made a detailed note and then walked me over next door to LensCrafters and explained to them in detail how messed up the lenses were and what was wrong and needed to be fixed. LensCrafters did the right thing and remeasured me and are making new glasses at no charge. Thank you Dr. Le.

I came in on April 27th for a glasses and contact exam. My contact prescription had expired and I…read moredesperately needed a new one. Dr. Jordyn Flemons suggested I try a different brand and said she would order trials before issuing my contact prescription. I aggreeded to this and had explained that I was leaving the country in a few days and would not be back in Texas until August. I confirmed that my parents would be able to come into the store and pick up the trials to then send to me so I would be able to test them out, that way I would have the new prescription with the new brand and be able to do a full order and have them by the time I get back. It has been over a month with ZERO CONTACT. No emails, no calls and no updates. So on May 31 I called the store to check in...only it's not the store but a call center who said they have no way of reaching the store or doctor directly. They also confirmed what I already suspected, no order for trials was ever placed. Dr. Jordyn Flemons lied to me to my face about ordering this. She knew I was down to my last pair of contacts and knew how important this was. I've been waiting for over a month for something she never even did. What's worse is I would have been more than happy just sticking with the brand I've used for the past 5+ years. I asked the man from the call center (because can't ask the doctor directly) if I could just have the basic prescription so I could just order contacts, I need to wear contacts each day and at this point not going to have any. I wear monthly and have already overworn them. He said no. So Warby Parker charged me for a glasses and contact exam, gave me a glasses prescription, did all the things to test contacts and lied about actually giving out a contact prescription. What concerns me the most is the fact there is no way to contact the doctor directly, not even an email. I've been using Warby Parker since 2019 and will never order or shop with them again. I still want my contact prescription but they refuse to connect me with the store to even get what I paid for.

I've only ever had glasses. I've tried a couple of samples in 2023. my appointment was at 9am and when it was t to take care of frames, checking out etc. I was passed from person to person who all appeared be too busy to take care of me. HIPPA seemed to be no concern either. They scheduled me for a 6 week follow up. When I called back the following Monday to express my concerns and ask for a copy of my glasses prescription, my address was not even correct. the city wasn't even close other than it started with the sane letter. I did ask for refund on my lenses. I asked when I was going to contacts since I pad fur that exam and they said after my glasses came back and I could see!!?? What? why? I requested samples so I could start that process of finding contacts. when they arrived o was contacted to schedule a fitting. The week prior to my fitting the Dr called and left a message that he was just going to mail them to me and since I use drops for my dry eyes... WHAT! I don't and never have used drops in my eyes. I've never been diagnosed with dry eyes. Do they even have MY chart. i called the office back shortly after receiving the dr's message stating I could pick the contacts up that day after work vs waiting however long it would take to receive them by mail. The lady who answered the phone said the contacts weren't even there and I told her the dr had just called to say he was mailing them. She found them and when I went in to pick them up I was asking questions because I was given 2 different samples for each eye. Remember-not a previous contact user, and my perception was they did not care for me and I was asking stupid questions. When I got home I looked at the 2 samples. 2 had "L" and 2 "R" but I did not have any idea which sample to wear together. When I called back that same day I expressed how each time I had dealings with this place my info was either wring or they being condensing towards me. I guess telling the truth and correcting your information when wrong is just considered being condescending. The lady proceeded to tell me each time they were so nice to me I was the most condescending person she's ever dealt with and how all their patients have had great experiences. I told her I had no concern about everyone else because I only had my experience, with my wrong address, and eye drops I don't use and medical conditions I also don't have to be of great concern. If I had let the Dr mail my contacts someone in Bridgeport would have received them. Again I guess being honest in my experience and expecting explanations of services comes off rude and condescending, then that's me! But if your looking for incompetence in staff and mediocre, at best, customer service, and little to no attention to detail, this is the place to go! I am an office manager in the dental field and I expect the same customer service I provide, attention to detail!! Not lack of detail, repeatedly. i also was asked questions over the phone by Stacy and several times I tried to answer her but she just kept cutting me off. I will be going for another eye exam and paying out of pocket since they already filed to my insurance. Run for your sight!!

I usually just end up getting the cheap frames and end up only paying for lenses to go as "cheap as possible". My glasses were ready really fast. I think they called me like a week or two after I ordered them! Service desk has 2 ladies for glasses and a new desk for contacts that I don't remember seeing when I was there in 2024.

First of all, the doctor was great, he answered all of my questions and was very helpful and kind. The sales people on the other hand were a bit pushy (they operate separately based on their website). The frames selection is huge and all glasses are nice and of course luxury brand. With that being said prices go up to 599 for frames, however, they normally run a special of 50% off which you still pay a hefty price (compared to online prices). This last visit I strictly went for exam only, however, the sales guy who assisted me was unhelpful. He did not want to provide my pd and just hand wrote my prescription really messy. I wanted to take a photo of the actual prescription print out as it was clear. The sales guy stated I had no right to take a photo of my own prescription. Although I paid for it, so it didn't make any sense. My guess is that they wanted me to purchase frames there and not go else where. Making my prescription difficult to understand as it was very ilegible. Not coming back due to the bad experience.
