Because the so far came with such a good deal. The product I bought with has the condition of Like new, So I went through the website to make sure of the condition I expected. I also check out all the policies , including how to return the products and how much they charge for such a process. I booked the delivery date in advance and kaiyo gave me a 4-hour delivery window, which they made it on time. They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased. The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. Rejuvenation, a store owned by William Sonoma in Chelsea, used to be a good store but fallen in…read morestandard due to a manager/staff of the store whose billing ID is G Costa, he wears a mask and did not wear a badge. He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.

We always stop in the Williams Sonoma Store and this Home Store. The furniture is beautiful. They have bedding and bathroom merchandise in addition to lots of nick-knacks. If you catch a sale on sheets that's good, otherwise their merchandise is pricey. I always head for the section of the store where they have the permanent markdowns. It's a nice place for me to dream about home decorating. Plus I always use their bathroom!

I tried to get my money back and they wanted to keep over 25% because I returned the item to them. I worked with my credit card company for over a year, but did finally receive my money back through my credit card company. My issue was finally resolved on April 22, 2026. But believe me, I had to put a lot of work in with a lot of phone calls a lot of emails and faxes

When the shipment arrived it looks cheap and plastic. Hardly worth the almost 3 grand spent on it.
