I stopped here to get supplies and food for my new apartment and 2 hours and $300 later, I am almost completely moved in and settled. It's so close to home, too - it will be my new regular place. I think I may be the only person who isn't in love with Target. I honestly feel it is WAY overpriced. With that said, this location is decent. The store is usually in good order and the staff is pretty friendly. I usually end up having a conversation with a cashier at any given time. Another store conveniently located in close proximity to my house. If I need something quick, I'll head over, rather than have to drive to Walmart, where the prices are better. read more

I generally like Target. The senior citizen working the counter was really great. She was working hard. She tripped on wires behind her counter that were a clear tripping hazard. Unfortunately when she tripped her register, the credit card machine, etc. all lost power. She called over to the manager (I suppose) who was a total jerk to her. The old lady and I had to go to another check out line and do everything over. The manager was too busy chatting with the person behind the popcorn machine to help...she only had time to shout over that the check out person had to turn her light on. If this is how the managers at Target treat their co-workers, people they see every day, well that's sad. read more

I don't know where to start. So far that's my worst experience at CVS Target Milltown. I went to pick up prescription for my 72 years old mother.The pharmacist his name is AB or at least that what he told me. AB is so unprofessional. He asked me what the medication for after trying to locate for a while and he couldn't find it. Then he asked me to come back after two hours so a technician can locate my mother prescription. If you don't know what the medication for and can't locate it then why you call yourself a pharmacist in the first place. Honestly don't know how he got hired in the first place. I told him no I need the prescription right now. It's for my 72 years old mother.AB didn't say anything. Just started to look again. After a while he filled the prescription by himself. That's my first bad experience at CVS Milltown Target. Magy the pharmacist on the other hand. She is so professional. Answered all my mother questions and mine as well. read more

Now, I just absolutely love this target. They don't really offer you for help when you're walking around the store. But they do help when you ask. I've never had an item be out of stock, and the store is always clean. Some clothes can be extra expensive, and all of it isn't wonderfully made, but most is. I can always find a gazilion things in clearance. Basically I go to target for everything I need. read more

I really like this Target. It is big, easy to navigate and I never wait on line. They are well-staffed. I especially appreciate the photo girl. She is always polite and helps me with my projects. She often gets the prints to me within 10 minutes. Great store. read more

Staff is usually friendly stock boy actually went out of his way to help me once but twice I've had problems at customer service and while waiting other employees standing nearby were clearly talking about me and my situation and making snide comments which is extremely rude and unprofessional but sadly it doesn't surprise me since many of them look like they're still in high school. I also hate the layout of the store since I mainly shop here for groceries and the grocery section is waaaay on the other side of the entrance which is a really big inconvenience especially when I just need to run in as and grab few things read more

Just purchased a ton of pictures to make a chrismas gift collage. They charged me 120$ for it. I get home and they printed double triples and quadruples then charged me for them the pictures morphed in size were printed horazontaIly when they should have been vertical. And I am missing a ton of photos that I placed on the order. read more

This target has been the worst! Every time I go shopping there every isle I need to go down is blocked by carts and their employees blocking the whole isle. It's a fire hazard!!! They are always stalking during the days and even Saturdays and they leave no carts for customers to use. I used to love target but I now I hate the thought I walking through their doors. read more

This is THE best target in the area. Everyone knows when theyre in need of doing a Target-ish type shop..so it's a toss-up between this one and the Wal-Mart on Route 1. Both full of mean, underpaid employees, but at least this one keeps the damn shelves full!! read more

I did not have a great experience at Target recently. I had purchased an item with a deal where I was supposed to receive a $25 gift card. After purchasing the item, the guys at the tech department sent me to the front to get the gift card. They were not aware of the deal, so they tried to return it so I could purchase it again. I did not have enough money to buy it again so they told me the money would go back into my account in 24 hours. Long story short money took 4 days to return into to my account, lady was rude, but a young man named Lucas was very helpful and he fixed it. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I purchase Enfamil toddler milk in bulk! (Meaning I buy about 10-20 bottles (32 oz) every two weeks. I started to go to this target because the target in North brunswick is always out, please note N.B has fantastic customer service. As I am in line waiting to purchase the milk for my very active toddler. I notice Carlos the cashier signals for his supervisor to come over. The supervisor a natural blond woman in her early 30s comes over. Carlos then asks her if there is a promotion on the milk. At this point I am very confused. (Please note because I buy so much milk Enfamil sends me rebates, which I am holding in my hand.) As the young supervisor is looking through the periodical, I tell her there is not a promotion and I just buy a large quantity because my son love the milk and it is good for him. The woman in front of me laughs and we exchange a few jokes about children. The supervisor gives me an unpleasant look and continues to look through the periodical. She then looks at me as asks me in a very curt tone "are those WIC coupons?" I was embarrassed, appalled and in complete disbelief. Why would she assume or ask me if I was in WIC, WHY? I told her no these are coupons from Enfamil, she then in the same dry and curt tone, tells me to give her the coupons. I hand them to her and she turns to Carlos and says long as there's no promotion she is fine and walks away. She never apologized, nor addressed her accusation or even tried to discuss her assumption or rudeness. I have been a Middlesex county resident my entire life and I have never been so humiliated. The lady in back of me shook her head and even agreed the supervisor and Carlos were wrong for their harsh and rude assumption. Please never shop here if you will need assistance from the blond supervisor and Carlos. read more

I really like this store in the aspect that it's very clean and organized. I do have some issues with when i purchased items the sale price not being in the computer but they always help to look it up for the most part. I have had trouble with the associates giving my inaccurate information about merchandise and they are very hard to find in the store. They don't seem to know what merchanidise they carry or where it is located. Instead of referring you to an associate who may know they let you wander around the whole store. Really love the look of the store but the CS is lacking. read more

I live a mile away from this Target and out of the about 100 times I've been here, I've never ran into a real problem here. One of the girls working at the customer service desk was rude, but they must have gotten rid of her since I haven't seen her in months. Other than that, the store is clean, has most of what I'm looking for the majority of the time, cashiers are usually kind and polite, and there's enough associates around the store to ask if I need help(unlike Walmart). Of all the Target stores I have been to, this one is by far the best !! Every isle is well thought out, and kept clean. Very easy to find what you are looking for. Not to mention the fact that the prices really can't be beat ! Most of our Food shopping is done here along with any school supplies or camping equipment we need. Employees are always around to help you, plus there is never a shortage of open registers like you would experience at other retailers. In my opinion the Milltown Target got it right !!! read more

I do not frequent big box stores but I was pleasantly surprised about how helpful this store's employees were. I brought in old photos to make copies and an employee named Collin took the time to show me step-by-step how to use the Kodak machines. He also helped me find a certain set of bar stools that I saw online, and showed me how to download a target coupon app on my phone that had a 20% off coupon for this item! Glad that I live so close to this store and I will definitely be coming back here more often! read more
