    Just got off the phone with the owner of this establishment. Who was extreamly rude and…read moreargumentative with me accused me of lying to him about an experience my husband had in his store when we went in to check on a piece we sold with them. I dont reccommend doing business with this place. As a customer I was trying to explain my experience with him so he wouldnt have other customers feeling this way too moving forward and he could have a discussion with the employee who made us feel this way so it wouldnt happend again and effect his business. We are also small business owners and try to be there for one another in our community and if i had this type of thing going on in my business i would want to know about it. From the start of the call i wasnt even able to finish explaining what happend when he jumped in and was very defensive from the start . With good customer service you should always hear your custmers out and give them an opportunity to share with you what happend. Basically we had a piece we were told could be marked at a certian price but when we got there were told it needed to be marked down even bc it wasnt going to sell fast. So we trusted them and went with it. The item sold in 3 days. Which was great and we didn't think much of it. When my husband went back to the store a few weeks later to see if it had sold yet he was told by an employee it had sold in the first 3 days and my husband was like wow that's great we were told we needed to mark down the price bc it wasnt gonna sell fast and the employee told my husband oh yeah she does that for everyone i know exactly what employee your talking about. So we felt a little taken advantage of but still were like ok whatever. Well yesterday i sent them another piece and the exact same cut and paste email response was sent to me but just changed up a little bit with the details of the piece. In that moment i felt very taken advantage of. So i asked a manager to call me so i could share with them how we were feeling. I didn't have to do this. I could have just told everyone don't go there they are scamming people make a negative review at that point. But like i said i wanted to let them know what happend what or experience was and what we were feeling so he could look further into it and make sure no one else would feel that way in the future. But i was attacked spoken to rudely and accused of lying to by the owner. Which was just further confirmation to me this is not a place you want to do business with. Great customer service goes a really long way! All he had to do was listen to how i felt listen to what happend and then say I'm so sorry you had that experience in going to make sure this doesn't again. I won't ever shop at reccommend or use this esestablishment again and ill make sure to never reccommend them to anyone. Def use wisdom and discernment before taking your special pieces here.
