Returns are immediately to your left upon entering and have been fast and easy for us. They also have a small cafe with seating and a Starbucks in case you need to fuel up before shopping. We left with an Icee today and it made me so happy! Always well stocked and easy to maneuver. Download the Target app and shop at the store with it. Target is Target is Target. For the most part Target is copy/paste no matter where you go. That being said, of the 3 that we visit regularly, this has got to be the busiest. Granted, it's in an enormous retail megalopolis so foot traffic is going to make that happen. On a recent Saturday we were in the area doing some other shopping and Target was our destination. To be honest, after having been to 5 or 6 other retail outlets Jim was about wiped out. Into Target we went anyway. My sole complaint about this location is the parking/entry situation. The store is basically on the corner and right by the entrance from the street into what I'm suddenly going to call the Parking Village, so it can be a challenge for both the driver and for pedestrians. Keep your eyes open, people, and stay off your phone when you're driving in this area. For being inside the Christmas shopping season (Let's face it, it starts November 1 any more) the store, while busy, wasn't crowded. After stops at a few departments for some Targeted (see what I did there?) items (Brand New ABBA CD? Yes, please, and thank you!) we decided to browse a bit. I was glad that Christmas wasn't out in full force. It had a presence, but we weren't in full-hype Christmas mode. Thanks for not rushing it. Most of the shelves were well stocked and there was no clutter of pallets in any of the aisles (like some other retail establishments.) Paper products could have been replenished but for the most part things were in great shape. This is one of the few retail places I've been to recently where I didn't have to send out a search party for someone to give me assistance locating something. I looked around a corner and there was a young lady there who knew exactly where the self-sealing stem bolts were located. I'm still on the fence about the updated snack bar/Starbucks arrangement in some Target locations. I mean, it's cool and much more self-sufficient, but at the same time I was pretty used to the way things used to be. But we move forward, not backward. Thanks for tuning in. Listen, it's Target. I don't think anything I say will reflect on how you feel about this particular company. I personally prefer the St. Matthews Target more. More parking, less traffic, better Starbucks... Anyway, this store is always pretty clean, inventory is kept up fairly well, and the staff is friendly-that is when you can find them. read more

I'm glad that this location was here and close to the extended stay hotel where I will be for the coming weeks. Unfortunately after checking in, I discovered that theis value rated extended stay hotel didn't have everything that one would need if they were stay there for weeks. For example, a kitchenette without any kitchen supplies, not even a single fork or cup. So I ventured over here to get some of the basic things gs that I needed. In addition to paper plates, plastic utensils, and cups, I also picked-up a pillow. They have an entire aisle filled with pillows, and I decided to just get something basic. Everything was priced extremely reasonable as well. You wouldn't believe how small the hotel-supplied soap was that they gave me. Really expecting a hotel patron to make that sliver of soap last for one week is ridiculous. That being said, I had to purchase some bath soap from here as well. I also purchased a scent candle, because the hotel room smells horrible le from previous smokers. At least I had better luck with this store! read more

This Target has had some work done. I very much approve. During my most recent visit, I noticed display racks near the front with Disney items. While I'm not in the market for Frozen toys, it definitely drew my eye to have such a colorful, clean display meet me as I walk in, rather than the usual clothes sections. Though it definitely has that too. I'm a sucker for Target's clothes, and there were several pieces that I wanted to bring home with me during my visit. Has the plus-size been expanded? I think so. And one of my favorite parts of the remodel: the nursing room that's a part of the changing rooms. This is super handy for Target to include. From experience and from talking to friends, I know that many nursing moms have used the changing rooms as a place to feed their babies. Now they have a more comfortable room to do that. The refrigerated grocery section always looks fresh. And it looks like this Target is getting more of the promotional items that get written up about on shopping blogs. I used to shop for clothes here but I'm more of an online shopper these days. I came in to find dumbbells and had no trouble. I know the layout of this store super well. The store is a total mess all the time. The last couple of times I've been there they had large boxes full of books just sitting at the end of the isles leaving little space to walk around. It is a tripping hazard too, if you aren't paying attention you could easily get caught and trip on the boxes. When I got there I immediately noticed at least 10 carts full of items that needed to go back on the shelves in the food court! On top of it all, there was someone walking around with a dog in the basket (not a service dog). I don't know if that dog has fleas/ticks, worms, or if the dog has permit pooped in the basket where people put their groceries. I don't want to put my food and clothes in a basking knowing someone had their dog in the basket and not knowing whether or not the items I'm putting there is going to be exposed to fleas, worms, dog pee/poop and definetly don't want to bring it into my home if it is!!!! Management doesn't care about that nor do they care about to r cleanliness of the store! If I could give them 0 stars I would read more

My Springhurst Target is the best!!!!! Staff is super friendly and customer service oriented. Store is always well stocked. On several occasions this will be the store that has an item I'm looking for whereas the Middletown and St. Matthews stores will be out. Seems like I always have to return to Springhurst!!!! The workers have been thrown into a mess and they have handled it. Yes they may not have TP or paper towels but the other items I need they have. The staff has always been friendly. One particular girl working in the dressing room deserves a raise. I did ask for her name with the purpose of praising her in my review but I waited too long and forgot it! It was on 12/29/17 at maybe 8pm or 9pm. I just drove into town from Chicago and realized I forgot a swimsuit to chill in our pool/sauna for the next 4 days of our road trip. I scoured the store looking for bathing suits. As anticipated, I came up empty handed. I went to the dressing room and asked if there were any bathing suits, because perhaps I overlooked a section. The girl said that inventory was limited and all they had remaining were grandma-ish suits. NO THANKS. As I walked away saddened and clearly disappointed, the girl yelled out for me to stop. She said that the next seasons bathing suits might have arrived. She asked me a few questions about my favorite colors and what styles I liked and ran to the back of the store. She returned with 3 of the most adorable suits. I did end up purchasing one thanks to her effort. I really loved that this girl with above and beyond. So impressed. read more

Curbside pickup is the way to go. Order through the app. You're able to use your discounts including the Red Card discount. My order was ready quickly. Then, in the app you can tell them you're on your way. You can even put in your car details (color, make, model). There are several drive up posts available. When you arrive, you show your code (provided by the app) and they put the items directly in your trunk. We might have waited a minute?? Seriously the easiest contact free shopping experience. Store is well-stocked and easy to navigate and most of the longtime employees are pretty pleasant to deal with. This is one of the new P-fresh remodels, so it has a limited selection of fresh grocery (meat, produce, yogurt, cheese) with 90% of the items you need to complete your frozen or packaged meal. That means that if you buy Hamburger Helper at Target, you can now buy the ground beef to accompany without making a separate trip. Like most others, it is clean, neat, and well stocked with enough employees to meet your needs at this discount department store. IMO, the environment inside a Target is a little more relaxed than its competitors. Bad: Not a good location for foot or bike traffic. You'll need a car and there are plenty of them. It is very congested is this happens to be a Target that I hate parking at. Of course, the whole area is busy because of all the great shopping options. This target is great, well stocked and neat. It's a huge store, I like that, as it seems they are more likely to be in stock (more often)with a lot of different items. There were plenty of cashiers working so we did not have to wait in long very long at all, with the Christmas approaching the fact that they are well staffed, well... thats a very good thing. It seems that people either hate Target or love it. I personally love it. This Target has a good selection of groceries - not like a Kroger or Meijer but it is a quick pick grocery. They have good clothes for kids and occasionally I can find clothing for myself that seems fashionable. I usually can't find shoes there for me though but everything else I can get! This particular Target is great and the new renovations inside the store have truly made this place a great place to shop at. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this location and stop in. The Starbucks right when you enter is a great place to grab a drink while shopping around. They have a great selection of clothes and the staff is so helpful and friendly. If you see anyone walking around in a Red shirt and khakis, chances are they work at Target and will help you out. They have expanded their presence to the online portal making online shopping easier as well. Their grocery aisle is great and you can definitely find items for your meals there. The CVS pharmacy inside the store is great and offers great vaccinations and affordable prices on prescriptions. The fiancé and I came here to register. It is not our neighborhood target, but had to run errands in the East end, and obviously eat Chick-fil-a so we just made it a trip. I'm a little anti registering. My main squeeze and I have stuff out the wazoo, but my moms friend who is hosting a shower for yours truly insisted to register. So, we did. The experience was really easy. You walk in, put your info in via iPad and once finished a nice lady at the counter gives you a scanner and you're on your merry way. No lectures, no suggestions, no pressure. (Bed Bath and Beyond, take tips)! It was nice to walk the store at our own pace scanning what we needed and or wanted vs what we thought we needed or wanted... Who needs place mats and napkin holders?! Ugh, I'm rolling my eyes. But target products ranged in price and quality. We found some mid range priced items along with a few high priced ones for the one Aunt who insists on buying you something "for the rest of your life." Overall, the store was clean, quiet and customer Service was there but not overwhelming. I enjoyed the experience much more than Bed Bath and Beyond. But I'm still wondering if we really need the trash can with lid... The answer is yes, my dog gets in the trash. Sigh. read more

Drove all the way to this location to find one outfit that I wanted. I found the outfit, got the right size, and ended up leaving having spent about $200. It's been along time since I shopped like that but I found a lot of great deals. In addition to the things on discount, I also got to use their Cartwheel App to save an extra 10% on a few items. Overall, I had a great experience here on Sunday. The store is clean and well kept. The clothes were arranged properly and sizes were easy to identify. The fitting room was clean and well-lit. All the things I needed (in the household areas) were well stocked. And once I was ready to go, there was no line, and I was completely checked out and on my way within a few minutes. From groceries, to cleaning supplies, to clothing needs especially for the kids. Their hours are really good...from 9-11 which is wonderful for late night runs home from work or church. I am only giving them one star, because it refuses to let me give them ZERO stars. I called every Target Mobile in Louisville looking for two iPhone 7 Plus for myself and my husband because we're from a rural part of Kentucky and there are no Verizon or Target stores nearby, but we just happened to be traveling this week and hoped to upgrade. Target got the plus before Verizon corporate. I found one at two different stores. The first asked if I wanted them to hold it and I said yes. The other refused to hold it after I called twice and then called back from the car WHILE LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AWAY, DRIVING TO THE STORE. I got there within 15 minutes and they were "already in the process of selling it" but there was nobody at the counter. A guy named Chris was rude and obnoxious and did not want to help me at all. I hadn't been to a Target since the bathroom episode but now I will NEVER be back to a Target, PERIOD. Especially this one. read more
