This place is always clean, and busy. Their service is just spot on. I'd rather pay more to shop at a Target, then go down the street to Walmart. I'd have to say Target is doing an amazing job. I do 90% of all my shopping here now. I also love that they open up new lanes when there is more then 3 people per line. Walmart will have 15+ people in a lane and still have the rest closed, while the rest of the employees stand around doing nothing. Stopped in this morning to pick up an item I ordered online. Meanwhile, I also shopped for other things in store. I was floored by the appearance. The shoe section had shoes everywhere, all over the floor, and so did the purse section. The women's work out wear section was tore up as well. It looked like a wild animal had been let loose in the store. People may knock walmart, but at least the store is organized and clean. I have been to target stores across the USA & the majority are messy, but this one takes the cake. Not impressed at all. read more

This is my Target of choice because it's only minutes from where I live. For the most part, the customer service is pretty good although I must admit I had a few bad experiences. Also, parking is never really an issue because the lot is a good size. read more

I love target but this location is just a mess! Isles are so crowded and cluttered with boxes that I had to go around and the employee was ok with that! Didn't bother to help move things so I can shop the shelf that they were working on! Shoes and clothing departments have stuff everywhere and by that I mean on the flor out of boxes on top and below the rounders! Just a mess!! I just left the store. I have shopping Target all the time especailly after kids with GOOD dollar amount. But this location, with the "manager" they have and customer service is TERRIBLE. they but with the attitude and unporeesional answer. other location are much better than this La Habra location. read more

La Habra Target is great. They always have what I need and more. I never have a problem finding what I need there. Everything is stocked up, amost as if it's just for me, and the setup of the store is very accessible. I like coming here they got alot of diferent merchandise that Walt-Mart doesn't carry. The lines are never that long and It never gets as crowed as Walt-Mart. Just wanted to share my experience at the La Habra Target. I typically love target and the people are normally friendly; however my experience tonight was not pleasant. I purchased a bundle camera package on Black Friday; however I didn't receive another part to the bundle... No biggie. So I went tonight to claim the missing part of the bundle and at first the girl was trying to be helpful, then another worker, Sloan started talking to me and telling me that they did not have any more in stalk and it was my fault that I did not pick it up on Friday. She was being very difficult instead of trying to fix the situation. This was the worst experience because of Sloan and I'm not looking forward to shopping at the La Habra store anytime soon. read more

I love target. My bf works close to this one so I stopped by to pick up a few things. First impression I was wowed by how pretty the outside of this target is! I love it, so I was excited lol. Looked like every other target inside, nice dollar section. Everything was up to date. I really liked the sale sections at the end of the aisles! Found some really good cleaning & beauty products that are cruelty free which is such a big plus for me since I never find those things on clearance. Examples (seventh generation, mrs.meyers, & j.r Watkins) Cons- I spotted some rotten strawberries in the fruit section, and they didn't carry some of my usual products that I buy every so often so I will have to make another stop at my local target. Overall it was good and I will be coming back to check out that sale section!! also my cashier was super sweet and other employees that I asked questions were really helpful as well! :) read more

I have gone here for over 8 years and spent god knows how much. I stopped going to this location because of the poor customer service and staffs attitudes but my wife continued...until today that is. She got a deal where you get a $5 gift card. She was leaving realized she didn't get it, but did see it be scanned so thought maybe the unpleasant female at the register pocketed it. She went back up to the register and was grunted over to customer service, while in the long line some clearly unprofessional and poorly trained security guy (tall white and bald in plain clothes) came up to her and loudly said he was from security. The whole line turns around before he shuffles her off to another area. Goes through her bag which had feminine products in it, and when he realizes she was correct and she tells him how embarrassed she felt because of him, he gets an attitude. This is what happens when a person who has no education or real training is given a mall cop job. Paul blart eat your heart out. Stay away from this store.I am a local business owner and would be out of business in a week if I conducted my business this way. Why should target get a pass? I called the store and spoke with a manager named keith. He was nice enough but I doubt target gives him much latitude in disciplining this guy. I literally go to this target at least 2ice a week. (Mostly for starbucks, since I work a couple doors down) the gals at starbucks are crazy nice! I gave 3 stars because if I shop at this target too & you get followed around as if you're stealing if you're in there for longer than 30 minutes also there is a manager for the logistics team who has blonde hair she is the rudest I mean the rudest woman I've ever met....she acts like she's the president of United States. I would give zero star to this Target store and the Target itself. I've purchased many gift cards from this store. Today, I've found out,from the person that I gave the gift card to, that one of the cards showed zero balance. I went to customer service window thinking that they would apologize and immediately put the amount, that I have purchased for, in the card. I was wrong. The store manager instructed one of the Target members to call card processing dept to resolve this issue. To make the long story short. I ended up empty handed. I was told to wait at least a week to find out IF they would send the replacement card to me or not. Ridiculous. Apparently, the gift card that I have purchased was used, on the folowing day, by someone at some other Target store that they will not disclose to me. I can speculate so much of what the cause is.. I am going to return rest of the gift cards that I have not given away yet. I will never buy gift cards from Target anymore! I strongly dislike THIS particular Target. About the only reason I go to this one is that it's 2 blocks from home. Most of the time, I'll drive to one of the other 3 that are within a 5 mile radius from me, because they offer much better customer service and selection. For instance, about 2 weeks ago, my daughter found a camera that she wanted, at the Greatland store in Fullerton, but they were out, so we went over the hill to our nearby store (this one), and found that the same camera was priced $5.00 more. I asked if they would call the other store and do a price verification, at which time I was told "We don't price match between our stores." Really? So you'd rather I go to another Target or to Wal-Mart??? Which is exactly what I did....I went to another Target (Brea), where the camera was the same price as the Fullerton store. If my local store doesn't want to make any accommodations to keep their customers, then so be it... I was also told that this store is a "lower volume" store than many of the others. If that's true, maybe there's a good reason??? Also, the La Habra store needs to cross-train another employee to keep the cosmetics section stocked. I understand that the regular person is off long-term due to a personal emergency, but really, you don't have ANYONE else that can order product and stock the shelves? The nail polish shelves are almost completely bare, and the most of the other displays have more empty shelf space than stocked product. read more

Today is April 29, 2016, I still have yet to hear from anyone. Target is not customer service appeal. POSTED 1/15/16 and no returned phone call as of 1/16/16. I wish I could do a minus star for the store. The etiquette the training that employees receive is of poor quality an uneducated human beings. To know that not anyone in the store can buy anything that they want at any age is unacceptable for a department store. An employee who has to sit there and quiz the customers who they're buying a product for what are they going to do with it and if it's theirs is an acceptable in any retail environment. Corporate has been called on numerous times to even have a call back from anybody that works at Target but I don't think anybody does work there with a good solid mind. They don't know how to return phone calls it's already been a month since this incident has happened and the manager cannot even give a courtesy call to say I hear what you were saying. read more

I came into this target this morning to return a waffle maker that I received for Christmas because I had received two. I went to customer service and explained the situation as the waffle maker was unopened and it still had its Christmas bow on it. I didn't have a receipt as it was a gift. When she scanned the waffle maker and it came up as $40. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn't have a receipt she could only give me $24 back even though the cost of the waffle maker was $40. She then stated that if it was paid for on a credit card (which it was bought in cash) that she could refund the card only if the purchaser was there with their card and she would refund the $40 to the card. She then sarcastically asked if I still wanted to return it. I informed her that I didn't want to return it if I couldn't get the full price that was paid. It's ridiculous that I couldn't get a store credit nor a refund for the price that was paid. I will not be shopping at target any longer. read more

Will NOT shop at this Target, or any other Target again. Went to the La Habra Target on Imperial last evening to purchase a couple of items. Checker obviously needed more training. She appeared confused and stressed with the customers before me. After ringing up my items, and being prompted to pay, I swiped my credit card, and the little screen in front of me showed "approved." The checker stated that I needed to swipe my card again, that it didn't go through. I questioned her, but complied and swiped my card again. "Approved" it showed again. Checker told me to swipe my card again. What? She was flustered, pressing buttons on her cash register, and talking to herself, saying that she didn't know what was happening. So, I pulled out a second card, and again it show "Approved" on my screen. But, the checker continued to say that my card did not go through. She pressed more buttons, and talked to herself more, then yelled at me, "Did you just try another card?" Suddenly, after she had pressed many more buttons, she turned her large computer screen to the customer behind me and exclaimed "See it is not approved" showing me and the other customer a message in red reading "Card not accepted" or something close to that. What? You are showing this to another customer? So, you are trying to embarrass me because you don't understand what buttons to push to process a credit card purchase? Unbelievable! I explained to the cashier that when you try to charge the exact amount on a card, literally seconds apart, that yes, cards will decline if security measures are intact to avoid criminal use. And, yes, I have security measures in place. I WAS ONE OF TARGET'S VICTIMS IN THE CREDIT CARD HACKING SCANDAL. MY BANK CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL HAD ALL BEEN COMPROMISED AND THAT THE BANK WAS CLOSING DOWN ALL OF MYACCOUNTS, FORCING ME TO REOPEN NEW ACCOUNTS, WITH NEW NUMBERS. TARGET DID NOT OFFER ANY RESTITUTION FOR THE HARRASSMENT AND FALL OUT OF THEIR NEGLECT IN PROTECTING LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO, LIKE ME, HAD SHOPPED WITH THEM FOR YEARS. NOTHING. NOT EVEN A COUPON. I was pretty sure that I would never give Target a second chance after that. But I did. And now I regret it. Now, I have to contact my bank to report and monitor what happened yesterday at Target. I left Target without my purchase, by the way, went to Wal Mart (which I prefer not shop at due to treatment of employees by management), and USED THE EXACT SAME CARD WITH NO PROBLEM whatsoever. Obviously, the problems I experienced at Target yesterday were the fault of this employee and Target. I have learned my lesson. I am no longer a Target shopper.
