Anyhoo, all the cases were unlocked, which was a plus because, I like to get what I need and move on. There were only like 3 cashiers available, but customers, including myself, preferred to use Self Checkout. I agree with another Yelper about the area over by pharmacy smelling like poop. It was a strong smell too, I started checking the bottoms of shoes, because I thought I may have stepped in something and was dragging it along with me. The good things about this target is its location, ample parking and clean store. The bad parts of this target is the solicitor that was aggressive standing right outside the front entrance of the store. Target has a tenancy to hire very young associates and very young managers that don't know how to react to this situation. He was on Target property so he should not be there. This location has learned to keep its Visa and MasterCard gift cards now in Customer Service behind the counter. This allows guest to not be ripped off when they purchase Visa or MasterCard gift cards. This location has obviously learned its lesson unlike the Target on Fourth Street in the City of Ontario which continues to leave cards on the floor for thieves to come in, steal the cards, record the numbers, and then return them to the display. The store manager should be aware that solicitors are standing in front of his or her store doors. It's a serious security risk to guests. Do better Target. read more

Place nice and clean except area for valentine day displays (empty shelves and disorganized). Understandable being at the end of valentines day. Plenty of selections on clothings household products, kitchen wares, furnitures, beauty/health needs and many others. In store CVS pharmacy and Starbucks coffee. I went to this Target, since it is close to where I work. Went to purchase some underwear they were lock in a case, there was an electronic device that you press for help. They did work!!!! I saw a young man who was an associate of Target walking by I ask him for help he did not have a key. After 30 minutes went by and speak to two additional associates I still did not get any help!!! If the store was crowded I could understand the delay, but it wasn't!!!! If this is how customers are treated at Target I will never spend a dime there!!!! read more

This place is organized, but I've gone here several times to only find things out of stock. Whether it's face wash or bathroom decor (eg. hand soap jar) amongst other things, you're running a risk that it will be out of stock. This is the only retail store for fundamental things nearby. I would think they would order more stock on items than to run the risk of running short and upset customers. I've been here at least 20 times and it never fails. What's even more strange, I've seen their shipping containers in their parking lot taking up parking spaces. Mess! Will, I be back? I purchased a Food Processor online but received a Mattress Topper. I chose the "Return to Store" option to return the incorrectly shipped product and brought it to this store where they refused the return because...wait for it...it wasn't the product that I ordered. Went into the store last week and was talking to an associate who was helping me and then was interrupted rudely by one of the female managers I guess called "leads", over the walkie talkie. It was asking the associate to do something, however the associate answered my questioned patiently and was in the middle of helping me. It was then that we were approached by a team of leads, where one named Jackie- who could I only assume was the same one on the walkie talkie- came over to the associate and rudely asked again why she wasn't responding or why she wasn't getting the task done. I watched quietly as this went on and the associate apologized to me after they left. Having time on my hands, I watched as the group of leads walked around the store and did NOTHING but allocate work to the associates, some who were in the middle of helping customers such as myself. This group of women had a real mean girl mentality, and from my understanding were supposed to be the leadership in your store. Deplorable behavior from leaders and I will not be shopping at this location any longer as the management remains to be not only non effective (I once was told tough luck by one of the other managers, Alberto who has now left, for not having an item they said was in inventory online)- but now the disrespect towards the other associates in this time of Covid. read more

After me repeatedly telling them that a scooter will not fix my dilemma as my disability has nothing to do with using a scooter. We were told that that set of doors is closed at 9pm everyday. Truly disappointed after today's visit. Lied to by Alex but with Anette their to take action and quickly turn around my experience. I came in to return a defective item which was an air mattress. As soon as we pumped it up it immediately within seconds started losing air. I took it to return services where I was told only exchange on same item, so okay I go look for one to exchange and there is little to nothing left and the one I wanted was opened. I stopped by Alex the i guess the manager at about 5:40pm on 8.26.20 who tells me I absolutely cannot do a return and goes on to lie and tell me her registers won't even prompt a function to do a return. I stressed to her my frustration and she continued to lie and tell me there is nothing she can do ... Then I ask her to look in the opened one and tell me if it has all pieces and she said it does. Then I go back to return area where we looked inside to find a missing pump ... how upsetting!!! Finally Anette without hesitation sees our frustration and allows a refund. This is what taking care of the customer is all about. Especially given the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed in Alex and how she acted careless and lied straight to my face ... this associate needs to be retrained and coached on how to speak to a customer! I have been coming to this Target for a very long time and lately it seems like the shopping experience has gone somewhat downhill. Recently due to the holiday madness I have been placing drive up orders.(mind you this isn't seasonal stuff, this is actual everyday stuff) And more often than not they don't have it in stock. They take forever to let you know, so half your day is blown waiting for your items. Only to find out that they "no longer have them in store". This particular Target has gone through some renovations. Let me say just because you put chairs and tables back in the "Starbucks" area does not mean you have renovated. ‍ The shelves here are ALWAYS empty. I had an incident a few weeks ago where I bought a Switch game add-on and needed the code to activate it (it was a gift), anyhow I noticed the receipt was so faded. Mind you the receipt came out looking faded. So when I noticed I tried calling the store customer service AND electronics. No answer. I also tried to call all other stores in my area as well for clarification on what to do, no one answered their phones. So this issue seems to be company wide. Anyhow I drive back down there and explain that I bought the add-on 30 Minutes prior and showed them my receipt. They basically told me to go back home and get the game card. ‍ so I did. FINALLY they refunded and did another transaction. The folks were pretty nice about it I will say. I use to love going to Target. In fact, I would pay higher prices for the convenience and the fact that you could find some nice stuff that other places do not offer. But recently I have been disappointed to say the least. The older gentleman at the self check out is so polite ! I like when he is on the clock. Helpful and polite, while others act like you are disturbing their peace if you have a question or if their equipment fails. Basically they don't ask if you need help. They instead look like they have fear in their eyes that you are going to actually make them do their job. Target needs to pull their $&@t together.
