So today I walked into Target for a peaceful little self-care moment: one bottle of Dove shampoo, one dry shampoo, and a clearly labeled Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal courtesy of Target Circle. Foolproof... or so I thought. The sign, which I photographed like a true detective very boldly stated the deal applied to ALL Dove beauty AND Dove Men hair care items excluding only trial and travel, dated 1/11-1/17 ( it was 1/14 mind you). No fine print. No "must buy the same item." No secret Target riddles. Cue self-checkout: *beep beep* full price! Excuse me? I summon an employee who confidently informs me that I am mistaken and that the real deal lives in the app and is actually Buy 2 Get 1 Free. Interesting, because the sign did not say that. At all. But okay. A second employee joins the party. Together they decide the issue must be that I didn't buy two of the same item. So we try that. Surprise! Still no deal. But don't worry, they double down and let me know once again that I am mistaken, despite the photographic evidence staring us all in the face. Naturally, I ask for a manager. Plot twist: none exist. The only manager is on lunch. No backup. No supervisor. No adult in charge. As someone who has worked retail (in a big store, no less), I know this is about as believable as a $5 Target run. I even suggested that if the store wasn't going to honor the sign, maybe... just maybe... they should take it down so other customers don't get the same shampoo-fueled disappointment. This was met with attitude, because apparently I had crossed a line by expecting a business to honor its own signage. So I left with my full-priced shampoo, a side of sass, and the overwhelming feeling that Target was no longer going to provide the "Expect More, Pay Less" experience I once knew.

Someone lost their beautiful coral mitten in front of the store... hope they come back for it!

I know I've been here a few times to shop, but last night I was here to first use the women restroom after a long 3.0 hours rest stop LOL. Secondly, I had to return a box of Advil to Target. My prior visits were for in-store shopping reasons which provided a decent experience. Hence, I didn't pay much attention to the women restroom and customer service areas. However, last night, I got first hand observations of the latter two areas. Women restroom was a mess. Trash bin was full to the rim with an overflow. Toilet paper on the floor. It was not a pleasant sight. I understand it was near closing time, but still. Restrooms should be checked regularly like on an hourly basis IMHO. As for the customer service area, there were returned merchandise on the counter. Almost like no space to handle transactions. Despite of that, the staff was pleasantly nice. My Advil return was very quick and easy. I needed a tissue for my nose and there happened to be a box on the counter. I asked for a tissue and the gentleman behind the counter brought the box to me so I can grab one. Thank you sir! I hope this is not a regular display of the store. I like to shop in a clean and organized store. Restrooms and customer service areas are closest to the entrance. First impression is everything. Anyway, hope they do better in their day to day maintenance and provide more attention and care to all areas of the store throughout the day. Happy Targeting!

I haven't paid attention to whether Target stores have the same store layout plan. One thing I had observed was the $1 items are always displayed as soon as you enter the store. Not the very best strategic placement from a consumer's stand point especially if young kids are involved!! But I love it lol. I love the deals on stuff that I don't need ! The store merchandised their displays neatly and aisles are wide enough and browsing was enjoyable.

What's not to love? Wasn't a big fan of the bathroom wars or the DEI stuff, but I think Target is back on track after the go woke, go broke thing worked its way out finally.

They have been on the decline with the shenanigans catering to DEI and the gender neutral clothes mostly making them all look like girls even for the little boys, prices are escalating drastically and they can't even keep thier store cleaned! I'm on my way out! Used to shop there twice a week 50-100+ each visit but they are not getting my hard earned money anymore! Look at the filthy health and beauty isles! GROSS! If you want non-hygienic filthy products stop by thier health and beauty isles 6-8, they are disgusting! Someone is getting paid $20 bucks an hour to do nothing! Shame on you Target!! Get your shit together before you continue to lose consumers!

So confused at this location and I don't know if other have the same issue. The store seems to always and I stress always organized and clean. Stocked and staff working all the time. Except!!! In the check out haha idk why but there is usually only one or two lanes open when they have 20 registers they can use. And the line goes into the kids clothing and the card section. And the self check out, I've seen the line go way into the shoe section in the middle of the store. I dread coming to this location because of the checkout situation. Makes online order because of this

The employees are working hard to get the orders out. It's a process that the location should fix.

Target Fontana off of Summit. Drive up process is really lacking. I will click "I'm on my way" 30 minutes before leaving the house to the drive up. After driving up then entering my parking spot number on the app. I'm sitting for about 30 minutes more in my car waiting to be handed the order.

Drive up pick up is now a disaster. The old crew is gone. The new crew is questionable. Doesn't matter what time of day.

Nice Target with a lot of merchandise. But the ladies bathroom at 6:40 pm was disgusting. Details unnecessary.

I received a link via email that provided real-time tracking and an ETA, which made planning much easier. The only caveat is that the ETA is constantly updated, so you do have to keep checking. For example, my original window was 3:30-4:00, but the final delivery time shifted earlier to 2:30-3:00. That said, the delivery team arrived exactly on time within the updated window. They placed the couches exactly where I wanted them, assembled everything including the stools and made the entire process seamless. Everything was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. I've loved the entire experience from start to finish; highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, they seem very friendly to get your sale, as many…read moresales reps do, but the process turned out to be extremely deceptive. My husband and I were given the option to pay for our couch through Acima. Mind you, it was never clearly explained that there is essentially a hidden rental structure. The Acima manager tells you that you have 90 days to pay off the early purchase price, but there is no clear mention of the rental fees or that if you don't pay it off within those 90 days, the total price can nearly double. That means we could end up paying around $8,000 for a $4,000 couch. Here's where it gets worse. When they checked our credit, we were told we weren't approved for the full amount through their in-house financing, so they suggested splitting the purchase between my husband and me using Acima. Initially, the Acima representative told me to check my email and I received a message saying I was approved for $1,950. However, when billing actually started and I logged into my account, it showed that I had been approved for--and charged for--the full amount of the couch. What actually happened is that Acima approved both my husband and me individually for the full price and opened two separate accounts for the full amount of the couch. Instead of splitting the cost, we are each being charged the full total of approximately $4,559 for ONE couch. We were also asked to provide both of our bank accounts and personal information, which we later realized was unnecessary since each of us had already been approved for the full amount individually. I am being charged $215 twice a month, and my husband is being charged $395 a month. When we signed up, it was explained as if there would simply be two payments per month--one from me and one from him--not two separate full financing accounts. To make matters worse, the day we received the couch the reclining feature began malfunctioning. We immediately put in a request to have someone come out and check it, but no one ever came to repair it. Not to mention they delivered half the couch and the rest of it came a week and a half later. Also, Acima has a desk located inside the store, but if you try to resolve any discrepancies with these practices, you end up being transferred back to the same representative every time, no matter which number you call. Overall, this experience felt very shady and misleading.
