No parking in the like 5 spot parking lot. Didn't have what I needed and I wound up going to Lakewood. 0 stars for convenience and no parking. I don't even remember where I parked but I'm pretty sure it was a risk wherever I did park. Would have liked to stay and explore the area too but the parking was stressing me out. Why is this Target better than the others?! This Target offers way more selections, in terms of clothing, than any other I've been to in the metro area. If you are trying to find any sort of video games that are not the highly popular new release list, don't try coming here. The store is absolutely BARREN when it comes to not just video games, but consoles, accessories, controllers, and even tech hookups. I have never had such a poor experience at target. I am livid. I was very excited because I purchased a new phone and came to target to get a case. The case said $17.49. While checking out the item pulled up as $34.99, I called over the representative and told him. He got his manager Ash, who was extremely rude and condescending. He walkied over to an associate to ask if that was the price, the associate was unaware of where to look. Instead of wasting another 20 minutes I decided to go to the back and snap two photos of the item. Showed the associate when I came back and he said you're right this should be honored. The manager said yea well the item number doesn't match, I said I am a customer I am not looking at item numbers. He said well sorry you can buy it for $34.99. I said you should honor this, he said you're rude so I'm not going to. You can call customer relations to get it honored. The item was still in my cart, he went in my cart with my personal purchased items and pulled it out and I went to grab it from him so that I could stand on the side and call customer service: he yanked the case out of my hand and said sorry and walked away. I am now on the phone with customer relations. I am just very disappointed at this experience. I've never had one like this. I've been shopping at target for years. Ash should not be put in charge if he doesn't know how to even handle situations like this or how to speak in a respectful way to customers. To make matters worse as I am here on the phone they called security who is lingering around and just staring at me. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer relations, he told me he called the store and they said the item was in the wrong place and they couldn't honor it. It's 9pm, and the line is 30 plus people deep and no cashiers are opened, only self checkout! Literally left my cart full of items.

Upon walking in at 9:50 to grab one item super quickly, knowing that the store closes at 10, I was greeted with a "TEN MINUTES!!!!" Lol! How about a "Hello"??? I couldn't imagine being this rude to my guests *shrug*. I'm in the service industry, so trust me, I get it. I'm just usually not a jerk until it's [actual] closing time or after and people are still in my establishment. And honestly, even then I'm usually not a jerk because it's just part of the job. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Our credit card was stolen and used here to spend over $3,000 over three purchases in under 15 minutes and NO ONE even batted an eye. No one checked ID - had they done so, the thieves would not have had our ID as only the credit card was stolen. NO ONE questioned multiple, over a thousand dollar EACH, transactions for (most likely) gift cards or electronics or things they could resell on the streets as being suspicious AT ALL!!! An investigation has been started and target and their employees who went out of their way to allow FRAUD WILL be held accountable!!! Give your money to another store!!! I've came to this target for a long time. The service has just gotten worse and worse. I've asked for help and people are just plain rude. Despite this, I always say thank you and they never reply. Tonight I asked someone in the home area for help with a pillow, and she was very rude. Again, I said thank you (loudly so that she'd hear me), and she just walked away. Typical Target. Nice view though since Sloan's Lake is across the parking lot! Decent parking and I've never had an issue finding a spot in the lot directly in front of the store. They have a side lot too but as I said parking is cake here. Clean store. Starbucks. Produce. Helpful staff and generally decent wait times for checkout. I like that this store doesn't have a ton of re-shop everywhere. Maybe it's the clientele but people don't toss random items all around the store. Clean aisles mean staff can restock shelves faster and help customers instead of cleaning up after customers. Fairly busy store but not overly crowded any time or day or night I've stopped in. Bakery section is a little sparse compared to other area Targets but that's barely worth noting. Free Wifi. read more

I've had great experiences at target from jeans that fit right. A copper infused wat too small for my bed but I spent way too much money on so we'll see if I sleep better, their clothes . Are better. Not great selection of Shoes. Pillows or lingerie. I'm on the hunt again for a pillow which is a nightmare because you can't tell if you like it in a plastic bag at the store. I need sleep badly and I've got pillows everywhere and they suck when you're trying to sleep on them . No matter what the ads say it would be great to lie down with the pillows to make sure you like them. I mean I have at least 20 pillows and they all screw up my neck including the chiropractor pillows. read more

This is a real bummer of a local target. Their stocking situation is poor at best. There was a specific shampoo that I use, I went there for 3 months and they were always out of stock. Their hair gel is usually out of stock and never consistent. It is also all over the place, why are hair gels (not even counting men's) in 3+ different aisles. The spice selection was horrible. First, it wasn't clearly labeled where they were, I looked in almost 3-4 different aisles. When I found the aisle, there were maybe 5 slices that were actually stocked. I had to dig way back to find chili powder. I'm a big fan of target but really wish we had a different one that was close by. read more

I always have a great experience shopping at this location ! There are times that they won't have a specific toy I'm looking for during Christmas time but it's normal for them to sell out and I just deal with it. It's always clean and they have a huge parking lot which is convenient! I definitely appreciate their self check out lane as I always utilize them for fast in and out service! I bought four Target gift cards as Christmas presents in December. Two of the cards had no money on them when my daughters tried to use them. I called the phone number given on their website, and was told it would need to be investigated. I was told to send pictures of the cards and the receipt and it could take up to 14 days to hear what the resolution will be. Not very good gifts, sadly. I strongly suggest that you avoid buying Target gift cards. read more

I have mixed feelings on the Target Pharmacy (CVS). I still give it 4 stars because my issues with it are at a corporate level. Pros: 1. Can shop while you wait for your prescription to be filled 2. Can use your target red card for 5% off Cons: 1. The system is set up to call and text me when my prescription is ready. This would be nice but it's not because when I show up my prescription is never actually ready! 2. The system that's calls you when your prescription is "ready" will call and text several times in a row. I just started working at this Target yesterday as a seasonal employee. Within one hour of my orientation consisting of watching videos and answering questions I'm called into my coworker Crystal's office who tells me someone heard me use the N-word and that isn't allowed there. The whole time I had been working alone and hadn't even met my other co-workers, and when I did meet my co-workers there is only one other black man there besides me so who does she think I called the N-word? A little background on me, I'm a 30 year old mixed light skinned black American. I spent 4 years at the University of Houston earning my Art History degree. I'll admit when I was a teen I used the N-word but since that time I've developed the upmost respect for myself and my brothers and sisters and would never use that word now, least of all in the workplace. This incident displayed a severe racial bias within this particular Target as well as a complete lack of character and intelligence from the ETL Crystal, Target is one of the last places I'd expect to find this disgusting behavior. read more

I'm a big fan of Target, more so after seeing they have options like 'order pick up' an 'order drive-up'. These are options through the app if you have an account and a store picked out for your home store. This Target even has parking spots for the order drive-up. I have been to this location about 6 times recently and the help has been great. Everyone has been good to work with. I want to give a shout out to Gem though. She takes her job and customer service to the next level. She is a shining star among the workers. Always friendly, kind and helpful. Going above and beyond! She was even worried about me because I looked a bit light headed one time. I can't speak enough great things about her or her customer service skills. I love using the order pickup or the order drive-up. However, a word to all those who use it, the Target employees hate it when you use it for 'big' items (as in physically big items). I hate shopping around the holidays when it is so crowded and you can't find anything. Using the app has made most things a breeze. Another word of caution though, the app doesn't update in real time. so sometimes when you order an item, it may actually not be there depending on if they did their count accurately. Check your email closely as you will get an email stating it is out of stock or no longer available. Not all items can be put on the order pickup or order drive-up. I do wish they would work on keeping the store more clean and organized. Granted I am sure it was the customers who made the messes. The front looks good and they try to continue to stock things. However, the $1 $2 and $3 bins are right at the front and I always see things on the floor in that area. I'm in shock that in January they already have their spring swimwear apparel out. A bit early in Colorado for that. The store has late hours too and a lot of parking. I did witness two women being very ugly towards one another in the parking lot. Gem was with me and almost had to call the police. Two grown women acting like that? and around the holidays? Just disgusting. While overall this Target is great, the area only recently got cleaned up. It was once a rough area some years ago. I think there are still 'questionable' people in the area too. One's with bad intentions or like to complain too much. Some people are dangerous, others are way too sensitive. I have always believed in the help others and they will help you mantra. Treat others kindly and they will do the same. I am sure there are exceptions, but they are exceptions, not the rule. read more

Well they did not have any compressed air for cleaning computers so I asked and the guy found one can in a random shopping cart. Weird I know. I then went to the self check out and the machines they have are awful. I scan the item and then it says I need assistance. What????? Apparently they consider it a drug so in the self check out I had to wait until someone came to update the machine that I'm a grown man. After that the machine told me to take the item out of the bag or I couldn't pay. Yes I know it makes zero sense. Having shopped here for years I've seen some magnificent local flavor at the store. It is a destination in itself for excitement. Humor me. I once witnessed an obese shoplifter on an electric wheelchair get taken down and nearly booked for justice. Nearly I say as said thief claimed an injury during the cuffing and thus left in an ambulance. Said thief then was probably given dilaudid or morphine and we tax payers most likely picked up the bill. But I digress... Today I entered the store around 9:15 a.m. and it appeared bright and clean. I chortled at seeing a sad patron who accidentally wore a red shirt to shop in and was being questioned by another patron whose primary language was other than english. But I digress... To the point: Kudos to the staff on today! I had five "hi how are you?"s and three "can I help you find anything"s. One of which came from the stellar store manager Melissa. I know her name as I overheard her problem solving in the storage bins with a customer. Sadly I did not get the name of the woman who was working in women's wear and the changing room. She exuded great customer service and was also very personable. She took pride in her job and I can tell she has a great work ethic. I don't imagine it is an easy place to work in that your hourly base pay probably isn't superb. Given that I was pleased to have such great service today. read more

My Target (Edgewater) now has basically opened its doors to the addicted/mentally ill/homeless crowd. Now there are lots of young dudes on drugs loitering outside AND INSIDE, as they have set up public toilets at the entrance. So what was once a lovely way to shop and pass time while on a break or needing to pick something up has now turned into yet another place where my head is on a swivel, constantly looking out for my own safety. I don't think that 16 yr old greeter will be much of a match for some of the riffraff I saw. Now I will have to drive to suburbia for a safer and cleaner experience. This Target seems smaller than most. Not as wide of a selection of food or beauty products. King Soopers is right next store so the minimal food selection is understandable. They do have a decent home section. And let's all be honest, wandering for hours trying to convince yourself that you need those extra throw pillows and table lamps is what Target is really all about. They have self checkout, which a lot of Target's don't so that's neat. The customer service is always fine. I've never had an awful experience but I've never been blown away either. All in all, it's decent. Close to my house so I'll keep coming back. read more

I've shopped at this store for a number of times, and think I've got a good idea how the store is run.Always seems clean and quiet, but the selection isn't always as large as I'd expect from a store this size. I mean, come on, you're TARGET, fer Gawds sake. Stocking men's socks SHOULD be in the basic inventory at any particular time, but I find more often than not the selection to be sparse, at best. Are they especially item? or a seasonal item? Personally, I need socks year round, and kind of expect to be able to buy them year round. There are other items they should stock, but don't. Or rather, I should say they stock things, but the sizes they stock don't always cover the entire range of sizes they should. Oh well. A nice enough store, and I use it when I can, but I do go to other targets when I need to. read more

Layout is different from other Targets, and I always end up having to walk all the way across the store to get what I want. Without fail. This was my favorite Target. Have been going there once a week for about 8 years. I have always enjoyed this store. I had done a majority of my Christmas shopping here. My sister and I had bought a duplicate video game for my nephew. I tried to return it and of course have no receipt. Had gone in and was given a gift card for $34 bucks for the $60 game. I explained I had just wanted to exchange it for a game of the same $ 60 value.I was told to go look for the receipt and if I couldn't find it the manager Karen would fix it. Returned an hour later and spoke to another women who told me to go back and get the game i was wanting and she would do her best to help me. This women actually had a sense of effort and costumer service. (She was the only good part of this 5 stars to her.) Went to electronics to get the game.They only had one guy working?? So, It took a bit. Returned with the game, And was helped by a different person the store manager. He told me there was nothing they could do and that I could get the game if I paid the difference or I could call customer service. This manager has 0 problem solving skills or customer service skills. Extremely awful experience. Will not be back. read more

I shopped at the Glendale Target for years, and I was always totally overwhelmed about how many people were always there. At any time of day, really. Then, I discovered this Target. It has pretty much everything the Glendale locations has (minus the large food and liquor section). It's clean, spacious, and never as crowded as the Glendale store. It's way more pleasant. So, if you're tired of Glendale, I'd recommend giving this place a try. You might just find that it's worth the extra drive. One drawback - there is no PetsMart nearby, which WAS really convenient about the Glendale location... read more
