We came here a couple days after Christmas, and it looked like it'd been ransacked. Stock on several items was extremely low throughout the store, from cleaning supplies to children's socks, and stuff was strewn about at the entrance. This Target has a bunch of Italian Cypress trees that lead up to the front door. I recommend you park strategically so you can use said walkway... its classy. Went 12/27/16 and the place was a bit disheveled, I believe just because it hadn't yet fully recovered from the Christmas shopping madness. Some products tossed about... about 5 Hershey kisses that were trampled in the walkway (I kicked them all to the side so they would at least be out of the way), and some shelves just bare. I went to the automotive section for a cell phone mount for my car. Was looking for the type that clips to an air vent and to your phone with a magnet. Looked like they had a bunch of other versions of cell phone mounts but not the type I was looking for. There were a bunch of empty spots in the area - I'm sure the one I wanted was sold out. Products are generally better quality than Walmart and I appreciate that. Christmas stuff was 50% off. Men's department was way in the back. I dislike how ever Target I go to has a different layout. Makes it difficult to navigate. Give all the stores a bit of time to recover from the holiday shopping madness and then come on in. read more

I came in this Target today and had 4 or 5 items but only the self checkout was open. Why is there no cashiers? You have 6 or 7 customers standing in line at the self checking waiting but no cashiers. You have employees walking around aimlessly doing nothing but chit-chating. One of them was like in a trance staring off into space for several mins wtf. All I wanted was a price check on a 3 or 4 items but 2 employees didn't have a scan gun to check the item. A customer told me they will check for you in the front. Yeah right, no cashiers! Will never be back at this Target. Please be aware this store has compromised target gift cards, any other are unknown at this time. I purchased two on 12/23/2022 as a gift.I received a phone call this morning, my family member mentioned that the card had $0 balance. We checked online to see the activity and the number returned invalid. So it seems they are switching the foils with fake numbers, the next step is I called Target Co. explained my situation and they informed me the other card was also compromised and depleted of all funds. This Target is huge. At least that's what I can tell. All these sections are bigger than the targets I go to and they have a lot of inventory. Store is pretty clean. Minus one STA for their bathrooms. For such a big store they don't have a lot of stalls. So yeah tiny bathrooms! read more

I came In to this target one day and wanted a Starbucks drink, I got to the line and right when I began to order my drink a young man with his trash bin walked up and almost bumped into me. He stood there and loudly asked the woman for Iced water. I believe his name Is Jeffrey and he asked the cashier what time you off work? Are you tired? Like how unprofessional can you be to stand there and start a conversation like that. A supervisor needs to talk to Jeffrey about his work, very unhappy. I did enjoy my iced coffee though. read more

A pretty big target located with many restaurants and shops near by. It has many parking spaces. I can say this is like a Target warehouse. Very spacious and clean. It's huge let's put it that way. Convenient location. I do feel that there are less people shopping here though. read more

Just stopped by to return something we purchased the day before and were turned away. Apparently if it has not been 24 hours, customers need to return the product at the original purchase location. First of all it is very unprofessional and second if he was my boss I would have reported him to the CEO . Let me start off by saying I love the east Dublin target. The store is fairly organized, clean and has very friendly team members. However, I had a horrendous experience at the customer service area with team member KATELYN. There was an issue with exchanging an item (and I've never had problems exchanging items from target.com to the store). Instead of being helpful, she was pretty combative and raised her voice. She even asked why I had waited so long to an exchange an item when it was WELL WITHIN target's return time frame.. She also didn't seem to believe that the item I received from target.com was defective? I've never encountered such rude service from a target employee and I hope she does not continue to condescend other paying customers. I've always considered target having pretty good service and today I was sorely disappointed. read more

Colossal rip-off Went there for their advertised 'Buy 2 get 3' promo on video games, movies... Discovered on arrival that it applied to only ~10 Nintendo Switch games (out of ~100 they sell). Compared prices per game to the same on Amazon - all more expensive at Target by at least 20-30%. NEVER buy electronics at Target - save yourself a trip (and $$$) and shop Amazon. read more

Employees have no courtesy when talking to customers. While talking to an employee, he asked to move and called the next person. They sold a defective item which i had to go back and return and then on top of it they don't answer and ask you to get out of the line. Manager came and apologized but won't ask the employee to apologize. read more

I have been saving a lot of money by going to this Target. Not because of great deals or prices but because they never have everything on my weekly lists. In addition to the lack of medium clothing of anything, they also lack food items. I got excited to see they finally stocked rice cakes only to realize they only put the plain and salted ones on the shelf...blech. Nutella....it is like air to me. So to see the shelf bare is upsetting. Shorty wants some Nutella Spread Combo! Ever had pepperoncini peppers in a salad? If you have you know you can never go back. For 3 weeks that area of the shelves have been bare. If this is not a stocking issue and is the work of one individual...then that person is a monster! Oh well!!!! read more

Not the best target in the world. I'm spoiled by usually going to Walnut Creek target which has everything, and I never realized there can be big differences between each. This target doesn't usually have long lines which is nice but they never seem to be stocked and I rarely find specific items I need. Overall nice staff and they have the basics. read more

A slight change of pace and selection when compared to the other Dublin targets. Overall, the east dublin target is bigger and provides alittle more in terms of selection and even a deli for some snacks, so to me it's more comparable to the great land targets in San Ramon. Customer service is decent and I never really had any major complaints about them. read more

This place was so easy to find. Pretty much right off the highway. Located in a nice neighborhood, and plenty of other stores around. I needed to make a quick stop for my son, and we were in and out in 15 min. Customer service was very nice, and the scan and go was quick and easy. The cashier over charged me for the milk which is the only food item in my cart along with a few other household items. Can't understand how a mistake like this could happen. Omg the shittiest target ever. I usually go to the one closest sure to Stoneridge mall between Dublin Pleasanton . I went here because I went to the Livermore Shops. Omg disgusted the service . So many employees walking in pairs but no one available to assist a customer. I'm waiting to complete a refund and it's fine if they don't complete it but atleast request someone to the area. Ofcourse if you're looking their direction they avoid all eye contact. I eventually made my return the woman didn't process correctly so gave me a gift card though I used my target card. So next.... I go to check out and advise at the very beginning hey I have a Merch cert and a giftcard how I would like to pay. He's moving really slow but I try not to judge because who knows nowadays. At the end he scans my target barcode and then presses pay instead of alternate payment option. I was f***ing pissed. And he's says oh I thought. Mind Yiu he's asking me about what game I'm playing, instead of being so worried about what the hell im doing listen to me. And he's like oh you can use it for next time. I don't come in the store often unless it's a return and I hate doing that I usually deliver. I don't want to come back I want to use my cards today. He didn't state the obvious was just dumbfounded when I already told him what I wanted before hand. I was about to return everything I bought and just get a home delivery. Unscrewed caps on 2 bottles of Tide Laundry detergent from a drive up order (meaning they packed it and put it in my car without me even getting out of my car) at Target Dublin East had spilled in the Target bag and spilled onto the all weather mats, and leaked underneath to the trunk and hidden compartment, and even underneath that to the metal of the car near lots of wires and electricals. I called to complain and all they offered was an exchange for the detergent and a $5 gift card. I picked up at 2:45 pm. Got home at 3:00 and spent 1.5 hours taking taking apart my trunk and trying to clean it all up. I usually have no issue with this Target, but this is the first time I used Drive Up, and this is what I get. And you know, I vaguely remember the girl who was putting it into my car had stopped and looked into the bag and hesitated before putting the third bag into my car. I thought maybe she was making sure all the items were in there but now I'm thinking she saw it had already spilled in the bag and put it in my car anyway. read more

This is a bigger Target store. For a moment, I thought that it was a Super Target location, but those are few in California. I wanted to get an Archer Farms sandwich and a drink up front, but their supply was severely limited. I went back to the grocery section and found a sandwich. I picked up a couple of other things while I was there. Checkout was reasonably quick and friendly but every lane was pretty much packed. read more

A great Target to visit. It is a little out of the way for us most times, but when we are in the area (usually visiting restaurants), this location works for us. It is also just off the freeway. Ok so we all get what is Target and it's common lay out. I like this specific one and I am willing to see bruins its flaws as I love how spacious it and the convenient location compared to the Dublin West store. Let's talk about why I go to Target: it's clearance racks - great deals across the store. Now the flaws: you have to find them as even though they are (not so clearly) signed - they are far from obvious. I also love Target's vast choice of toddlers shoes but here again for this specific store the shoe area is TOTAL (yes I am shouting) chaos. In fact is it a strategy because it is just nuts. There is always a member of staff there who can't help you because they have clearly have bad karma and have been placed in the department from hell where nothing match. But here is the trick : order in line using the Target app, shop around and collect your item within 2 hours, extend your stay with a coffee. At least you won't lose your mind in the shoe department and get what you want , the size you want. read more

I recently was told one of our favorite employees was fired by you idiots. Christian had been the face of the store in the evenings in the checkout and customer service area for several years. Many times, I was shopping at night and watched how he handled the massive workload that was heaped on him. No staff, one register open huge lines and no matter how many customers complained he just handled it. I saw him getting yelled at, out in the lot bringing in carts when there was no one to do this job. I noticed a manager type (danny) berating and talking down to him one day, on the floor in front of patrons, i wanted to smack the little punk. Wherever he ends up, I wish him well and know he will do fine. What a shame a group of badge happy petulant punks run good people out of their job, yet they can not manage to lead by example and create a positive environment for the teams to thrive in. New. Big. Clean and organized. Staff are friendly now (when they opened some staff were lazy but now their new crew is awesome and well trained) I'd shop here over other places. The cleaning stuff are easily the cheapest here. Haven't used the pharmacy but it looks OK too. read more
