Shopping at Target is ok .... but ordering online is a nightmare with them! Not only you have to be careful to make sure that all is going to be " shipped " as it is likely to switch to " pick up at store "  . The worse is the shipping itself.... Free 2 days shipping means that Target ships it via UPS to a Postoffice ... and then impossible to track your package! It's only says it's shipping. So my order should have arrived before Father's Day.... now we are over 10 days, it still ships! You call customer service, they can track it, ( don't know how!?) and the answer is: It 's shipping! I already received the " rate your item " but still no product! One of these absolut useless conversations.... read more

I was just in the store and bought $300 dollars worth of items about accidentally left one at the counter. I am trying to call the store to see if someone found my item I already paid for, but no one is answering the phone. I have called over 10 times and let it ring ON EVERY DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE IS ANSWER read more

the check out lines here are completely non-sensical. They're stacked - but not in a way that you can get to a back check-out. It's frequently a mess. I'm here at least two or three times a week and still find it hard to find things and even harder to find anyone that can HELP you. One of my favorite things about Target is the ease of finding cheap basic clothing - I need a black t-shirt... this is where I'd go. But the clothing and the accessory department has been in a constant state of flux and mess for the last 6 months or so... A simple trip to find a sun hat resulted in finding only three hats. Three. I used to love their sleepwear department but that has also been a mess for some time. I hope they get this all fixed up. It's not like I'm going to stop going to Target - but this one is a bit of a cluster these days. read more

I bought a car bike trunk for 60$ and they gave me 15% discount, because of box damage.

This place is open till 11PM! Parking is pretty easy to find. The store is big. The jewelry selection is pretty slim. Their makeup selection is decent. I like that they carry Jemma Kidd here. The don't carry that brand at all Targets. The book selection is good. There's also a produce section here. read more

Target - My water - Department Stores Near Me - Culver City, California

My experience here on a Sunday afternoon can be compared to my experiences at a Costco the day before Labor Day or 4th of July. I thought the target in my hometown was bad, this is probably the worst I've experienced. Rude people everywhere ramming you with their carts (including the workers). I knew exactly what I wanted to go in and out of the store quickly, but couldn't leave because we were stuck in line, shoved back and forth by customers and employees alike. Then when we finally go to the register, the cashier completely ignored us and left to go help someone else because their cashier took off somewhere. read more

Target - Right: my expectations at this Target.   Left: the reality of being there. - Department Stores Near Me - Culver City, California

I love Target, and this store does not disappoint. It's my local store. To start with, parking is tough but not impossible. I try to go off hours, early morning or after 9pm at night, and it's perfect. If you have a return, the line always moves quick, as you can count on 2-3 checkers. The selection of goods is plentiful. I am able to find any home goods, mens clothing, hair product (c'mon, if you know me, you would know how important) and may I say, any food product. There's a very large amount of food/shelf space. The one thing that can be improved is the checkout. There's about 40 checkout stands, yet 20 or less are used. Service is extremely nice at this location. read more

Since the new Target at the Westfield Plaza opened, is it my imagination or has this one been perked up? There's the new grocery section, yeah, but it's more than that. Today the clothing racks looked extra stocked, when the lines got long another cashier opened up, and even the shoe area and newly separated activewear (women's) section were looking updated. It's like big sister saw the new fave baby sister get all the attention, and gave herself an updated wardrobe! I like what you've done with yourself, big sister - I like it! read more

Horrible experience, there's a tiny sign outside that says if you are not fully vaccinated please wear your mask. This is based on the honor system. The Manager Rico, or Rigo is not concerned about his employees air customers. He belittles his employees, this should definitely not ok. Over heard him decline to price match. That was a shocker, he refused to price match a customer, and spoke down to the customer. Little did he know I know those customers as they are health care providers. In complete awe that target employees mistreat first line workers, especially a Dr. unknowingly. I don't want to believe target stands behind this culture or attitude. read more

Been a couple times and will Avoid in the future. Parking is a mess. The inside is always a mess and customer service is always short and act like They don't understand simple question. Place needs to be cleaned up in every sense of the word. read more

I like this Target because it's in a great location and has big with a grocery section. It's right by a Ross, Subway, Burger King, Bed Bath and Beyond, petstore, Chase bank, and if you drive down further toward Sepulveda there is an even bigger strip mall. I come here instead of going to the Target at Westfield Culver City mall or the other Target by Jefferson and La Cienega. This one has a lot of parking, in a great area, and it has a Starbucks inside too. Come here for all the basics! read more

As far as Target goes, this is one of the crappier stores in the Los Angeles area. I get that it probably is not an easy task to keep a place like this clean, but I have to believe this store doesn't even try. Place is always filthy no matter what time you go. I have also experienced numerous employees over the year's who are rude. For example, on my visit yesterday there was a gal standing at her counter. I saw her watch me roll up with a very full cart and turn her light off. I asked if she was closing, she said yes. That's fair, except she never left her register. She basically talked about some crazy crackhead stuff with a few other employees and when a women with 3-4 items came up, she happily rang her up. Another cart came up, she acted closed and then a few minutes later she was finally on break and bolted. Very rude. So when it comes to being a Target, this place will do in a pinch. Debating trying out the one in Westwood, because frankly, this one is rather dreadful. read more

Another really crowded Target store - no surprise here. The lines at this store seem to always be long, maybe its because they don't open all of the registers all the time. Even the self checkout line is usually pretty packed. Even though this location is really busy, it's still better than the Target in the Fox Hills mall. At least when I visit this store, I can usually find things in stock. The parking can be pretty difficult though, but if you drive to the back of the lot (near the Bed Bath & Beyond) you'll find more spaces available. read more

I haven't been to this location in quite awhile. I stopped here today after doing an errand in the area. I was able to find some flats that were cute & reasonably priced. I couldn't try them on, as I'm wearing a boot while getting over tendonitis. I hope that they will fit okay & I won't have to return them. I don't go to Target that often. This store was pretty clean. I did see several employees stocking the shelves in various departments. There is always plenty of parking. All in all, an okay shopping experience. I was in & out quite quickly. :) :) read more

I used to come here all the time but won't be anymore. There was an issue with my transaction and an associate started talking rude about me (in front of who I think was a manager) right in front of me. read more

The worst Target on the planet. The employees are unhelpful, miserable, and really show no pride in working there other than its the only place that would give them a paycheck. One woman finally got the attention of an employee only to be met with "This aint my section".. Hello, customer service? Parking is horrible. I felt like a mouse in a maze, with no cheese. Did I mention the employees? Nothing is more epic than seeing an employee in the cereal aisle eating out of the box with his hand. I had to go there for gift wrapping and between the parking, trying to get some help finding the stuff i needed, and the 20 minutes in line, I will NEVER go there again. read more

Found everything I wanted needed and was helped by a very friendly store associate! Thumbs up!

I drive out of my way to come to this Target. Fox Hills and Hollywood are TECHNICALLY closer... but those Targets have complicated parking structures that require navigation. This Target, however, HAS AN ACTUAL PARKING LOT! Until I moved from Orange County to Los Angeles, I never truly realized how much I value single-level parking lots where it's easy to pop in and out of your car, without waiting for a lift or tromping on an escalator, remembering to validate parking, etc. Yes, you may have to park a few rows away from the front entrance here, but boy oh boy - it is worth it. This Target has a great selection of items; I'm always able to find what I want. The lines aren't too bad here... I tend to go for the Express lanes... that's the way to do it! I'm a big fan of Target as a whole: what's not to love where you can buy your breakfast cereal, work out pants, and a desk heater all in one go? read more

Came to the store almost at closing time and a cashier Liliana just straight told me she was close in her lane after me waiting for 40 sec but then told another customer from another line that she can help him because he can be the last one she can help. She knew him, and started talking to him. That was straight rude and not customer service friendly. She made eye contact with me and she totally knew that what she did was wrong. read more

Thank you to the friendly associate (whom I believe is named Tiana) for going above and beyond tonight to help us find our bookshelf! We drove around trying to find it but had no luck. I love target BUT this location always gives me an uncomfortable experience. Every time I'm comfortably shopping looking at things taking my time , I'm being followed by employees (they make it super obvious) and undercover loss prevention. I know because I've worked at a target before and I already know how they do that. They sure are good at making colored people uncomfortable . read more

The FRESH aroma when you walk in, is one you sarcastically don't want to miss out on!! Thankfully they have a Starbucks! ((but who doesn't, anymore?)) The layout is super easy, so you don't have to wonder where to find what you need (the general area)... as far as finding the specific item you came to within those aisles, well thats a bit more difficult! Some shelves are stocked up beautifully and other aisles leave you pondering if a Tsunami is on its way. As far as deals go, it is truly hit-or-miss... I think they try to have the latest and greatest at reasonable prices but definitely not in the shoe department!! C'mon already, stock some updates styles!!! Overall, this is the nearest location so I will be here whether I like it or not. read more

HUGE Target in an outdoor mini mall...conveniently located near Bed Bath and Beyond and Ross for all your household needs. Big and free outdoor parking. I came on a Sunday night and, although we ended up with a good space, finding a space was tough. Inside I was in love with how big this particular Target was. I also saw brands here that I'd never or hardly ever see at the other Targets I shop at...maybe it was my lucky day or maybe this place does have more to offer. I found finding someone to help you to be a bit tricky here. Maybe because the store is so big it's hard to spot the representatives on the floor. Once I did find someone to help they told me they didn't know where the product I was looking for was, luckily someone walking by heard me and told me it was in the next aisle and you know what, they were right. Overall, I liked this Target because of the selection and the fact that it is conveniently located next to other shops I would go to. read more

DO NOT EVER BUY A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD FROM THIS STORE. They protect thieves. I bought two Visa Gift Cards from the store as a father's day gift a week before the event. To my surprise, two weeks later, my father and brother-in-law, that I gifted with the card, told me that the gift card was empty. I called the credit card number, and they said they could not help me. I went back to the Target store, where I bought the cards, and talked to the manager; she claimed she did not know where the purchase was, and for that reason, she could not help me. I am going to the police right now to file a report, and tomorrow to a lawyer to fight these and expose the thief and bring justice. Please, if you had the same experience in the past, let me know because I am sure the person that did could be the same. But stay away from this Target store that protects thieves and never will help customers. This Target store ducks! read more

Placed an order for order pickup 9 hours ago. Just got an email message that it was canceled, but when I check the website it shows that the item is in stock, just no longer eligible for order pickup. It doesn't even say "low stock," which is what it usually says when it's not available for order pickup. It says "in stock." So do they have it or not? Not a smidgen of integrity. read more

Surprisingly not crowded being that it is Black Friday. It doesn't make one bit of sense because every other random day, they're more crowded than your local welfare line. I love their prices, but hate how it all adds up. That just means I'm a horrible shopper. I found the perfect Christmas giftwrap: a design that has the iconic leg-lamp & fragile box from the all-time classic holiday film "A Christmas Story." Customer service from our cashier (didn't catch her name) was refreshingly, sincerely, and genuinely kind. I like that. up&up, that's wassup read more

Target - Awesome giftwrap design from the holiday classic "A Christmas Story" - Department Stores Near Me - Culver City, California

They need new management at this one. Everytime I go in there - Covid or not - it's a HOT MESS. Part of it is the clientele - but all of the people who work here seem stoned out of their minds and so slow. Why on earth would there be one person working returns? There was literally a line out the door - for returns. And checkout - the line was going all the way down toward grocery and around the corner. This location needs a NEW MANAGER. read more

Their starbucks SCAMMED ME! I asked for oatmilk in my drink because I'm lactose intolerant and I said it 3 times and they gave me regular milk (they charged me tor oatmilk too) and now I'm dying. THIS IS GOING to be long!! So I went in Target for the "4 day pre black Friday sale" and the people who work here had no idea what was going on! I head over to electronics and I ask for the netbook and Dsi that are in the ad. Im told " well I'm not sure what to do because I don't have the key. I guess I will go look for it". So I think to myself "I GUESS YOU WILL". About 2 minutes later another girl comes over to me and I tell her I'm waiting for someone to return with the key so I can purchase the netbook and Dsi that are in the circular. She pulls out a key and proceeds to tell me " we don't have the netbook because we got rid of all our netbooks to make more room. We don't like netbooks here". I simply ask "why wouldnt you carry an item thats in your sales ad". Shes confused and says "we have 1 netbook left and I can see if that's the one on sale." We go to get the netbook and stop by the locked case with the video games inside. She ask me which one I wanted and I told her again "the one in the circular that's 119.00- it says WHITE color only. She insists they are all on sale so that color doesn't matter. I ask again about the prices and she confirms "YES that are all on sale for 119.99". However, upon going to the register, after I pay and look at my reciept -it wasn't on sale!!! She had a hard time doing a refund because she didn't have enough cash to give me because the store had just opened. Long story short It took me an hour to but 2 items in Target! NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

This is my go to store and I can usually find what I am looking for and things I don't really need. What irks me though is employees having their cellphones on and taking calls and responding to texts while helping me. I'm at the checkout, get off of the call that I am on because I am checking out and the cashier, Sandra's phone rings and she answered it, actually held a conversation. If I can end my call to interact with you, you can ignore your call until you are done with me. read more

I'm here pretty much every Sunday or Monday stocking up on groceries and whatever else my family needs for the week. For the most part I find the earlier in the day I shop the better stocked the store is. I have to say that the barista at the Target Starbucks yesterday 12/10 was my all time favorite!! Mango dragon fruit lemonade rocks! Anyway I wanted to post also because of this: I'm not sure if it was a customer or an employee but yesterday I lost my credit card in between my stop at the in store Starbucks and Target. I didn't realize it until I went to pay at Target. Fortunately I had another means to pay and then was directed to guest services where they had a lost and found. Well what should I find there but my credit card!!! Thank you to whomever took the time to return my credit card. I very much appreciate it!! read more

Maybe my expectations are low or I've just been lucky but I've never had a poor customer service experience at this Target and every time I visit it seems they are just finishing up stocking the shelves with new stuff I don't need but buy anyway. I've ordered online and picked up my orders within a few hours, I've had items shipped directly to the store, and I wander around this store at least a couple of times each week- never had a bad experience (and hopefully I'm not jinxing myself by saying this). They also carry some brands I've had a hard time finding elsewhere so even more reason for me to be a regular. The only reason I subtracted a star is because the pricing on the shelves and how the items ring up at the register can be inconsistent. At the self-checkout, the attendant was very friendly and didn't have a problem with adjusting the price down by a dollar to match the sale price sign on the shelf but I wish the shelf price and register price were in sync and I didn't have to eagle eye the cost of each item as it rings up. read more
