THE best target in northern Virginia. Its located in an area that doesn't have a high traffic volume, so its almost always completely deserted, which is a great benefit for shoppers. This Target is fairly new, so it is nice and clean ... and it always has the cutest selection in clothes!! This target also has a grocery section, so its my one stop shop for all things when I don't feel like risking my life over at the Fair Lakes shopping center. (Also conveniently located in this shopping center is a Costco, Party City, Starbucks and Quiznos.) read more

Review is for the phone department. My purchase was not perfect, but what they did do was everything in their power to make the customer service experience as enjoyable as possible. They were also very helpful when it came to answering questions and helping me make my decision to purchase the iPhone 7+ after a solid 7+ years on Droid. Whoot! First to review :-) Can't say much about this Target that most people wouldn't already know about. It's big and clean (thankfully) and has almost everything that you can possibly think of. They have a mini pizza hut and other food venue inside of their place, so during your shopping, if you start craving something, you can also eat there. This target has a decent book selection - some Targets do not. It's convenient, the parking lot is huge and it's easy to get in and out of. The store is clean, the staff is relatively helpful and it has a mini pizza hut inside. It's perfect for those quick lunch time pop in for a few things, get lunch to go and head back to the office trips. I go at least once a month. Saves my weekend time for doing more FUN things. read more

I was shopping here tonight (2/12/2019) and bought quite a few women's shirts. When I went to the self checkout, there was a very attentive male employee ( I wish I had gotten his name!). My total was over $40 and he drew my attention to a coupon on the Target app that got me $10 off my purchase! Great store, wonderful employees. So happy I went here tonight! read more

Not impressed. This was supposed to be an in-and-out trip, but i was waiting for 15 minutes. As someone who has worked customer service for 10 years, I'm very aware of the term "the customers come first." But when I got in line, the employee was having trouble ringing out a customer. Of course I was patient as it wasn't her fault, but after 5 minutes, I moved to the line to my right. One of your employees was having a 10 minute conversation with a customers and their family. Her back was turned on not only me, but the two other people waiting behind me.10 MINUTE. I had to wait 15 minutes to buy a $3.08, 6-pack of drinks. No managers or staff told her to help us or move us to another line. Then again, they shouldn't have to if she was doing her job... Only good thing was the cleanliness. read more

This was a great Target. Everything was well organized. Out check out person was also really polite which at Christmas time you're lucky if any person a working a register will smile at you. I've been here in the past and a stock person was also very helpful in getting us some items from the back. He also met us up front and gave us the items we asked for. So customer service here is really wonderful. Only thing I would recommend is having a little more space between the clothing racks in the kids department. You can't drive you cart between the isles without bumping into the racks with the cart. Other than that it's a nice place to shop. read more

We went for our flu shots. The pharmacist did an amazing job coaxing my very nervous 6 year old into being brave and getting his shot. I failed to get the pharmacists name, but he was very patient, quick with the shot and compassionate. read more

Terrible service. Cashier forgot to put a bag in the cart. Discovered problem when we got home. Called store manager, who said to bring the receipt back out for replacement of merchandise or credit. Explained it was a 45 min drive (1.5 hr round trip), and asked if she could do something by telephone. Manager said Target had a policy of no customer service on the phone. Agreed to drive to another store "only" a 40 min round trip. Manager promised to call that store. She did not. No more Target shopping for me. read more

This Target was once my favorite place to stop. I would stop by two or three times a week. But thanks to the Manger Mr. North and his staff, no more. My husband and I, along with our 18 month old daughter arrived there late one evening, about 35 mins before closing. I noticed about 10 mins before they closed, my husband and daughter were be "heckled" and "harassed" by a staff member, demanding they my husband "put down the merchandise and leave. We are closed!" I then told my husband to get their names. I then noticed that a male employee would could barely speak English was following close to me and demanding I leave the store. I said I would be he kept getting closer and closer to me and followed me all the way to the register. As my family was checking out, the two mentioned employees stood not far from the exit and laughed and "mocked" us the entire time we were exiting the store. I took pictures. There's a lot to this story I can't share here but it does warrant some kind of legal action. The next day I contacted Target customer service but got no response. This only shows that Target condones this kind of behavior and the Manager Mr. North, is to blame. Next stop, court ... read more

I often arrive at this location before 8 am at least once a week. It is often difficult to get a parking space close to the store. The employees park right in front of the store. I've brought this to the attention of management; however it appears they are unable to enforce the policy. It's unfortunate that the store management doesn't take actions to ensure the "customer" has a positive shopping experience. After all, we're the ones spending money on our visits to the store! read more

This is by far my favorite Target in the area. It's always clean and pretty much non zooish for the most part. On two separate occasions I have been overcharged on items but I just make sure to check my receipt if I'm not paying attention while everything is being rang up. When I was overcharged I just headed over the the refund desk and got it adjusted. That could get annoying so they need to be more thorough when setting and taking down their promotions. read more

Worst Target I've ever been to. Grabbed oranges and a group of flies flew up to uncover a moldy orange. Items out of stock all over the place. Couldn't Find anyone to help me, had to go to the checklanes and was told I had to wait in the long line at guest service. I had to go take a picture of the merchandise label on the shelf myself to find the item. I travel for work and go to Targets across the US and have seen lots of things but this Target took me to the point of leaving a review. Horrible. read more

I really like this Target. ever since the Target in Manassas closed, this is where I go when I need some clearance clothes or $1 greek yogurt. Boy was I glad I went here vs grocery. The manager and assistant manager helped me like I was the only client. Needing to feed 100 people and not having planned it, Coscto being closed could have fouled up whole day. But the two helped me find what I needed and even the manager checked me out on a special line to help me get out! What a team effort and great "special" feeling. I know the one lady's name was Rosa, and then there was a gentlemen (I forgot his name unfortunately) who helped load a mirror into my car. Worst Pharmacy in the area, hands down. The pharmacists think they are licensed to practice medicine. They routinely discuss patients' medications and medical conditions in the open with no attempt at discretion or privacy. They take private phone calls while there are 6+ people waiting to be served. They closed the rolling door on an elderly lady in a scooter and said it was time for lunch break! I didn't think it was possible to be this overtly incompetent, until I mentioned these experiences with my Doctor. He wasn't surprised, at all. Evidently Target and CVS are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to pharmaceutical hiring practices and reputations. And here I was thinking I was being discriminated against when it turns out they treat everyone like dirt. read more

Went to buy something pricey and specific. Nathon helped me. Not only was he helpful but he was completely HONEST about his knowledge on the product. So honest and helpful. The checkout lines at this Target are always long, the shelves are usually stocked and the layout is easy to follow. The staff is usually busy updating pricing or restocking shelves. Bathrooms are for the most part clean but can be stinky. Food court is quick and usually well stocked. This location would get 4/5 stars if they opened up more lines and moved faster. read more

I like this Target! I never have had the need to go here but when I moved to the nearby area I felt like this was a great place to go. It's very clean and although it gets busy at times I never feel overwhelmed by the people here. The produce section is pretty good compared to other Targets I've visited and their shelves are well stocked. This is one of those stores that you go in to get 1 item and somehow leave with several things. Sometimes I don't even get a cart so that I'm not tempted to buy more than I came for, but even that doesn't always work. I like this location because it's never crowded and I can browse the aisles unimpeded for things I don't really need. I do like that they have a food section as well which can be very convenient. There prices are reasonable and the workers are always nice. The lines are never long and I always leave happy. This location always seems organized and the bathrooms are always clean which I think says a lot. read more

This is my local Target, but I would willingly drive to Reston or Burke to shop at a friendlier Target. If you need anything special, or have to return something, better hope Nick isn't on manager shift. He's made it his mission to zealously guard against internet coupon use (even those from his own company's website) and interpret all policy in strict favor of the store even at the expense of goodwill. Once, he berated an employee in front of myself and other customers when she wasn't able to complete a transaction (she was elderly). He took over and shooed her away, and proceeded to go into detail with me (!!) about how inept she was at her job. That's just bad karma, and it's become interesting to me to watch for him at the checkouts to see if he's having another bad day. He seems to only have bad days. Good store, good cashiers and clerks, bad manager. If you are looking for TLC customer service, this store ain't it. read more
