Love this outdoor mall. Unfortunately, as everywhere, brick and mortar stores are dwindling, but…read morethere are still quite a lot of store left to peruse. Since this is an open air location, there is not food court, but plenty of restaurants at the mall as well as the surroundings. You will not go hungry here. And of course there is a movie theater and even event spaces to rent. I hope it survives the declining retail climate, because this is a very convenient location for me.

This is an outdoor shopping mall, a moving away from the traditional mall concept and yet it has its own issues (especially during winter). Like most malls, Perry Crossing has experienced some of the more traditional anchors going away. You've definitely got some of the familiar places from a traditional mall - JCPenney, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Dick's Sporting Goods and others. Food options here? Bru Burger, El Toro, Hot Box Pizza, Schakolad Chocolate Factory, Rocket Fizz, Stone Creek Dining Company, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Theo's Italian. There's a Barnes & Noble here. There's AMC Perry Crossing. There's a splash pad for the kiddos. There's a family restroom between Zales and Yankee Candle (also available for nursing moms). Curb cuts are solid. Accessible parking is plentiful. Because this is an open-air concept, be aware that as accessible as everything is you'll still be going from store-to-store outside for the most part. So, plan accordingly. I generally do fine here, however, for those with mobility concerns or who might require assistance it's important to remember that during inclement weather you're not really protected from the elements. Overall, I like this shopping center. Things are well labeled, well organized, and parking is pretty reasonable. While it's not my favorite Indy retail spot, I often forget how much I like it until I am here.

This is one of the best Goodwill location stores in town…read more It is always clean. They're always organizing the shelves and cleaning and keeping things looking so desirable on there shelves . Plus I find them all to be very sweet people that work there. Their prices have gotten a little higher I have noticed lately . Nothing like Plainfield or Avon or Brownsburg where their items are higher than retail some of the time . My only pet peeve with the Goodwill in general is them taking that black marker and writing on the inside of lampshades nobody wants to turn on the lamp and see a big black seven inside the white shade . Then the clothing, purses shoes boxes of valuable collectibles. You can't get it off and it damages the item and if it's already marked up sometimes to almost retail store price and then you've got to deal with a big black magic marker . I usually have to just put it back.. another tip I could give them is to tape their salt and peppers together so they stay as a set and then there's poor baby Jesus sold separately in those manger scenes a wise man on one shelf Mary broken up from Joseph Every piece has its own price . It looks like they could put them in some kind of box or wrapping and keep that altogether . some of these things just seem like common sense. Sad the shoes have gone up as high as $14.99 and $24.99 some underprivileged children used to love to get a pair of popular shoes . I hope they can figure some of these problems out. Other than that, I love the Goodwill they do a lot of good helping folks get rehabilitated and educated .

The store wasn't dirty and junky how some goodwills are. The staff was friendly as well. It's not my side of town... BUT I'd recommend the store! Thanks again guys!

I had no idea they were located on the west side in the central state "village" we were lucky and got a tour from the director and learned all about the mission, and got to see some different secret projects they are working on. I was impressed by how well they pay their people For there work in all of the hand stitching of each product, their price points make a lot more sense now. You can bring your company there for a day of volunteering to help them prep material so it can be made into different products. Also saw what is left of the Hoosier dome, it takes up such a small corner of the building it's crazy to think how it's been made into so many different products. Love the work pup does, and was lucky to be able to purchase some sweet Indy stickers! One day I'll have an actual pup product

Wow. Just wow. I had heard of PUP and thought they were similar to USI because I know them for…read moretheir 317 tees and Indianapolis apparel, but they are so much more than that. PUP is focused on turning trash into treasure. They collect refuse from the city and repurpose it into something brand new. They're responsible for the "pup seats" at bus stations around town that are Bush Stadium baseball seats. Way cool! What got me was that they salvaged 13 ACRES of material from the RCA Dome roof...and now they use it to make wallets and messenger bags! SO COOL. They also have old signage from the 2012 Super Bowl that Indy hosted and use it in the bags, as well. PUP gathers volunteers to scrounge around the junkyard every month. For example, they use old seat belts as straps for bags...how creative and smart! PUP has a great mission and is doing really cool things in the city - check 'em out! The studio in Fountain Square is a bit hard to find in the Murphy Arts Building but it's a cool studio vibe. My only complaint is that I wish their products weren't so expensive - i had my eye on a duffel bag but it was $150+ dollars!
