This is the first time I've seen Paneer for sale in a non-Asian grocery.

This is the first time in over a decade I enjoyed grocery shopping. The prices are slightly higher in general, but the selection was outstanding. The variety was impressive. And everything was so tidy and organized. The other grocery stores in the area always look picked over and grubby.

This Meijer is clean and well organized, but every single time I have gone I have twisted twenty minutes or more to check out. For some reason they don't ever have more than three or four checkout aisles open, and the lines for the self scan are ridiculously long. Why should a business this size be skimping on this? It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth every time I visit this location, which would otherwise be my grocery store of choice. Please address this, Meijer.

Meijer in Avon also seems to have a bad parking lot. This is ridiculous. Car got stuck in this and hopefully a flat tire is not the result

The store was messy and sold out of so many things. The shelves were empty in a lot of places. They had hardly any produce at all.

When my mother was seriously ill, this Target became a go-to stress reliever when I'd visit her at Hendricks Regional in Danville. It was big enough here that I could get lost. It was friendly enough here that I could get connected. It was also well-stocked enough that I could easily get a few needed things at a time in life when I needed quick and convenient. Despite living very close to the Glendale Target, I frequented this one a lot. Flash forward to today. My father recently passed away and I'm spending a lot of time in nearby Putnam County. Yesterday, in particular, was a bit stressful as I began clearing out some more personal items and couldn't quite get through the emotions to clear my father's clothing. I decided to stop in Target for some friendly faces, stress relief, and a few items I knew I needed. First off, this is a Target SuperCenter. I sometimes forget that Glendale, while being large, is not a SuperCenter in anyway. This location has, I believe, three entrances. All entrances offer accessible parking, automatic doors, and easy accessibility. I do wish Target had some smaller carts (maneuvering large carts from a wheelchair is a hassle), but that's a minor deficiency. Too many people think the automatic carts are for wheelchair users - they're not. They're great for people who have difficulty walking long distances, however, for someone who stays in a wheelchair they're impractical. While I can get a little frustrated at Glendale for items they don't have, this Target tends to have them. There are exceptions - I was dismayed by the small quantity of V8 energy availability here and it's WAY less than Glendale. There were other food items where I'd look at them and think "That's all you have?" On the other hand, this Target is cleaner. It's better organized. The employees are friendlier (though still have a tendency to block aisles when stocking and be clueless when a wheelchair user comes by trying to get through. Here's your clue - move your cart.). I only needed a handful of items. I was able to find them, generally, quite easily. Employees were friendly. I used self-checkout - this is rare for me, but given my small order it worked well. The employee supervising it wasn't particularly interactive, however, it was fine. I've never used this store's online order or drive-up pick-up options. So, I can't give an opinion there. However, I was pleased with my in-store experience after a stressful day clearing out my father's home.

I contacted a service. Member asked him if they could get a hold of the manager so we could open another line to Lady goes well. We're short staffed so I go stand in line with my six items cause I didn't have my card on me then the lady walks up and says hey you can go down to customer service. Our manager said he'll help you out there cool I walk down to customer service and stay there for another 10 minutes waiting for somebody to show up at this time. I've done watched 20 employees walk by a lady comes out from the side and says can I help you and I'm like with a lady down to self check messaged and said to come down here that the manager would help us here comes the manager right in and right by us so commence to set my stuff down she said we're short staffed I said do you have managers in the store? She said there was three of them. I don't know about you. Last time. I worked in retail managers were cross trained to run cash registers so when I said where the manager go, he went outside to help take care of a curbside order and I asked for what about the other 20 employees that walked by to the lounge they're all stalkers then a manager came up because I was asking for the main store manager's name and number this guy wanted to ramble on thinking I wanted her personal number and I just said I wanted the the best line to reach her on. I wasn't expecting your private number then he commences to hand me a survey. I told him I didn't need that it was past a survey. He fumbled got a little frustrated, cause I was being quite upfront with him that I don't want to hear anything you had to say I just want the name of the store manager and phone number. I don't know about 7 o'clock and only one register open with 9 to 10 people standing in the line somebody slipping just a bad surface experience all around and especially when you talk to people and all they can do is to stutter and say we're short staffed sorry if there's managers there you're not short staffed they need to grab a drawer and get online and cut the line down or instead of having 12 self checkouts card only maybe make some cash

I shopped here just over a month ago and then again yesterday. What I became aware of is that with…read moreso many home decor places in the area, these stores need to keep up with the competition. Not counting online shopping, there are so many home decor shops along US 36 that I can't keep track of them without checking my receipts to see which ones I liked enough to make purchases. On my first visit, I was looking for some seasonal items that would help turn our guest bathroom into something more fitting and welcoming to our guests. That visit was a very positive adventure and I found a number of things that appealed to me and therefore, I spent some dollars. Not a cheap place, so you do have to watch your totals as you shop. But I felt the quality was good, so I wasn't too hesitant to part with my dough! The only negative thing I experienced here is the "one way signs" they have on the floor to encourage social distancing. Unfortunately, who ever placed the "one way" arrows on the flooring wasn't paying attention as there are times you have to ignore the directions or else you get stuck in the back of the store or a corner. The aisles are a little narrow for meeting another customer, so I understand that they want to create a flow, but it felt like I was paying more attention to the floor signs than actually shopping. Nuts! The second visit (just a day ago) I wasn't able to find as much stuff that appealed to me. I was tired of all the holiday decorations I had up, so I was looking for items that would be more like Spring time. I didn't find any "wow" factor in the stuff I was looking at. So, a bit of disappointment. If I had written the review a couple months ago, I would have leaned towards a 5 star, but as the saying goes, you're only as good as the last visit. So, because of the distracting one way signs and the lack of items that had that instant appeal, I will knock a star off for this review. Service folks were helpful which helps with the good rating, but no sale this day. Review #3864

Only after the pandemic lockdown have I found that their inventory has changed somewhat regarding shirts. I did manage to find two shirts I like last month which were the Apt. 9 brand, one of the same brands I used to buy all the time. They have also added a new brand of jeans called Buffalo. I bought two pair of Buffalo, Slim, Ash, black jeans with the stretch waist band last month. I liked them so well I returned this week and picked up another pair of regular looking blue jeans in the same Buffalo, Slim, Ash, Stretch style. I perused the shirts once again but was unable to find anything I like. Either everything is flannel or too heavy of material or the shirts have a buttoned down collar. I don't know why sport shirts have a buttoned down collar. I'm not wearing a tie with them. I do buy some jewelry at Kohl's when I shop for birthday or Christmas presents. I have seven granddaughters and I'm always looking for deals. I have found a few deals from Kohl's in the past so I keep an eye out.

This is an outdoor shopping mall, a moving away from the traditional mall concept and yet it has its own issues (especially during winter). Like most malls, Perry Crossing has experienced some of the more traditional anchors going away. You've definitely got some of the familiar places from a traditional mall - JCPenney, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Dick's Sporting Goods and others. Food options here? Bru Burger, El Toro, Hot Box Pizza, Schakolad Chocolate Factory, Rocket Fizz, Stone Creek Dining Company, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Theo's Italian. There's a Barnes & Noble here. There's AMC Perry Crossing. There's a splash pad for the kiddos. There's a family restroom between Zales and Yankee Candle (also available for nursing moms). Curb cuts are solid. Accessible parking is plentiful. Because this is an open-air concept, be aware that as accessible as everything is you'll still be going from store-to-store outside for the most part. So, plan accordingly. I generally do fine here, however, for those with mobility concerns or who might require assistance it's important to remember that during inclement weather you're not really protected from the elements. Overall, I like this shopping center. Things are well labeled, well organized, and parking is pretty reasonable. While it's not my favorite Indy retail spot, I often forget how much I like it until I am here.
