I just left this Centerville Target with the crappiest customer service ever so I got on to Yelp to see if anyone else has received the same treatment as myself... Sure enough I ran across a review on a "Tessa" the same cashier I had to deal with today. She was rude, argumentative and I could not believe how she treated people including myself. She really needs to lose her attitude! I hope someone at this Target addresses this issue. read more

I've always liked the store. It is large and spacious. The aisles are wide so you aren't crashing into people. They have a lot of selection of some things that other stores don't seem to carry. The best thing about it is that there's always somebody there to help you. Some stores you go in, especially the Smiths down the street, you can never find someone to help you they are always too busy. They change their inventory of clothing quite a bit. So you can shop for clothes there frequently. read more

I selected this score, because the associate I dealt with today was incredibly rude. I came to target today, because of the Black Friday sale. I saw there were little card holders on sale for $3.00 I was super excited so I snagged it quickly because it was exactly what I was looking for, I went to go check out and it rang up for it's original price, so I informed the associate and offered to show them, because there were multiple of them. She them proceeded to tell me that she could promise me that target would not have that on sale for three dollars, so I offered to show her once again. She refused to get me a manger or a price checker. So I got upset and told her well if it's not on sale why does it say it is, she proceeds to blame the other customers and tell me she can't control where customers put items I told her that would make sense to me if I found it with a bunch of other items out of place but there were a whole bunch of them. I told her if I was not going to get the sale and she refused to get someone to help me if she could take it off. She took the card holder out of my hand and took the wrong item off then walked away, when I tried to grab her attention to have her take the correct item off she completely ignored me I stood at the self check out stand for 15 minutes trying to grab her attention and or someone else's, and she just walked past me multiple times. I finally was able to flag down someone else to assist me with taking it off. However, I felt completely mis-treated by the target associate. I felt she was completely unprofessional. I was so upset by this that I didn't even want to proceed to purchase the reminder of my items. read more

After my experience at the Centerville Target last week, I don't think I will be shopping there in the near future. My wife sent me with coupons and they have a coupon policy which is horrible and I was denied to use coupons on all of the matching coupon items. I spoke to a manager, BRIAN, who backed up the very rude cashier and he also became agitated with me as I was asking questions about the policy.There was no professionalism from these people. I thought the customer was always right especially when I wasn't doing anything illegal. I've never come upon this problem with any other retail or grocery stores. Is Target the only business that has a coupon policy? read more

My fiancé and I registered here and the staff at the customer service desk were super helpful. It was a fun place to register. It's like shopping at target but not having to pay for stuff. read more
