We've been trying to help my son find his very first couch for his first apartment for months now - and we visited probably around 8-10 furniture stores in the area for Black Friday. Wallaroo's had the best selection and sales prices by far!! And they have a lot of couch options where you can buy them in sections - so however many "sections" of the couch you want to fit in your room - and they all look great. They have a large warehouse full of couches, chairs, dressers, side hutches, tables, mattresses - and even some pretty impressive "smart mattresses" with tons of mind-blowing features like vibrating in coordination with the surround sound on your TV so you feel like you're in the movie haha! They had huge discounts on Black Friday! Our couch was several hundred dollars cheaper - we were blown away. They offer $99 delivery which includes set up - even if you have an upstairs apartment. We found that to be pretty standard for the area. This is a new location and is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Our salesman Garrett helped us on both visits and was just lovely! He's very knowledgeable, so friendly, and not pressuring at all!! Made us feel right at home. We are so happy with the whole experience here and love my son's new couch!

been looking at sofas for a whole day at those big furniture stores. either they don't have the…read morestyle that we want or the color. it has been really challenging to buy one that fit right into our places. went to this store without expectation and within minutes we found many pieces that we love. we bought our sofa here maybe under 20 mins? what's more amazing is it's 50% off the original price. besides that their service is really good, we felt we were being heard and they were not trying to just make money out of you but also want to make sure you can get the piece with the price that you want. I would definitely come back for more pieces in our place.

But when you get to the checkout with your red slashed tags they tell you otherwise! The "manager", Kristy, actually laughed in my face when I asked for her to honor the 50% slash on a $150 item since it had a huge red slash on the tag! She said no. I asked why they use a green slashes for 25% off but don't use a different color slash for 40%? She just laughed in my face. Literally they have signage across the entire store that says "red slash =50% Off". I will tell you why they don't use different colors, because they want you to think your getting 50% off so you buy more items. They are planning on you not looking at your receipt in detail. This is shady and dishonest. They got a bad review from me and lost my family's business over $15. The manager obviously doesn't care about their customers or her company's reputation. Bad sales practice and even worse management.

I originally was looking for Lee furniture because they carry smaller scale items for condos and apartments. The designer there helped me choose the fabrics after describing the feel I wanted for the room. Since then I have used the designer service for different rooms in my home and now when I go in, Brittany, one of the designers is familiar with my style and knows what my house looks like so when new accessories or small pieces come in she lets me know when she thinks it will fit what I'm looking for.
