Sheesh this Target carries nearly everything. What can I say -- Target's fantastic. We picked up an angel cake mix, some cute birthday candles, fresh fruit, some new flavors of kombucha, and a tried on a few cute new clothing items. We had a nice time browsing for a bit, and I couldn't help but notice that Target's grocery prices were better than my grocery store down the street. As for the dressing rooms, most were tidy but I witnessed some lazy customers that were leaving mounds of tried on clothes, and didn't even bother to take them out to the employees stationed outside the rooms. Not will to honor prices that were displayed on items out of the a display box. I talked to 2 managers about this situation. The pokemon ETB from the display box that was out for a Black Friday sale said 19.99 and was shown that price at multiple locations. Overall the manger Gabby was very rude about the situation and basically told me I was "rushing to get the cards" I was not even at the store for the cards I just saw them as I was walking by while doing other shopping. Not my fault the display out of the box was incorrect or the managers did not check the sales price of the items that are on a Black Friday sale. I have multiple pictures of different locations with the same signs. It's a shame that I was lied to and argued with about a price that they displayed. It wasn't until I moved to Colorado that I found out about Target some humm (a lot of years ago). Back then there wasn't the "Super Store's" that they have now. When I moved back to Salt Lake they didn't have Target's here at the time. I was really disappointed for years until they finally made it here. But...I don't shop Target, normally. Expect today when I was looking for my "Not easy to find" coffee filters. They have everything Walmart has but better quality, and a lot better style. They also have groceries. When I walked in here I thought how do they stay in business, there isn't anyone here. Just a few people and only two cashiers, and of course they didn't have my coffee filters. So I left. This is a nice store, good location, and good quality products. Just not in my price range when I can get it cheaper elsewhere. read more

The thing that stands out to me the most is how clean and organized it is. The store is huge and the products are well lit. It was so easy to find what we needed. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gift card which always makes shopping trips even better. The self checkout line seemed to be moving pretty quick and the regular check out stands too. The overall vibe in there was very welcoming. I drove to 4 different Targets to find One Piece cards, then at this location I show up and they actually have a bunch. Some random distributor guy was stocking the racks and blocked off the whole aisle so no one could get to the cards. He told me I could only take two when I wanted all of them. HE DOESNT EVEN WORK FOR TARGET. He went and tattled like a little kid to a target employee that I wanted to buy all of the cards and made them take them all to guest services and to limit them to two per person because "he wants to protect the kids" whatever that means. I'm not a reseller, I play the game. I was going to buy them to build a deck. The manager was absolutely no help and fake nice. Never have I encountered such BS like this at a target. Walmart let me get as many as I wanted and last release Target let me get as many as I wanted. They let some guy who wasn't even an employee dictate how product was sold smh. Will never be back to this target. Update: Told my friend they had them and he went in at 4 pm and he said they gave him a weird look and told him they were all out. But then my aunt went at 7 pm and was able to get one of each of the double pack and the blister pack. They totally racially profiled my friend. The lady who was "manager of the front" with the reddish hair and glasses is insufferable. She made up a policy on the spot. I know multiple people who were able to get as many as they wanted at other stores. One friend of mine got 66 packs at his target. Target is pretty much the same anywhere, but I feel like I need to review it simply because I go here so often. This is my favorite Target location in this area, and I appreciate the grocery section. Their produce is actually pretty decent, although generally (but not always!) priced higher than a grocery store. I like their candy selection as they carry some nicer brands that are not available everywhere. The store is usually pretty well organized, and clean. It is newer, and doesn't yet have that dark, dated look that all stores of this type seem to eventually get. Their clearance doesn't usually blow me away, but it's okay. Customer service is average. I have a hard time locating an employee on the floor, however they are always friendly enough when I check out. Speaking of which, they have four self-checkout stations, which is great. The parking lot is sort of odd, and it's pretty impossible to get a spot very close to the front of the store, but a little walking is always good for you. They have a Starbucks if you're into that sort of thing. Again, it's Target. You probably know what to expect. But in case you don't, this one is pretty good. read more

Grandma lives nearby, and she loves flowers. It's the little things, you know? So often times this is my go-to for a small bouquet, located conveniently at the front of the grocery section on the north end. Sometimes the selection is pretty sweet.. others it's been a bit picked over. I feel confident that she's not reading this review (she's many things, but a tech-savvy granny she ain't) so I can tell you that for $4.99 you get a simple but day-brightening bunch of flowers. On a side note. Does anyone else feel weird buying flowers? Doesn't matter how many times I do it, but I feel like the cashier is always looking at me trying to figure out A) What I did to make her mad, or B) When it is I'm aiming to get lucky. A couple of months ago I went to this Target & had a food coupon for a grocery item, & I asked a Target supervisor if they honored it at this store. The supervisor said it's Target's policy to honor competitor's coupons if Target carries the item. Yesterday (1/27/24), I had different competitor food coupon that Target has, but this time another supervisor claimed that Target's policy is to NOT accept another store's coupon (even if Target has it). The whole reason why I was trying to buy it at Target is because the other store was sold out, & didn't have a date when the stock would be replaced. The supervisor that told me this was rude & arrogant & needs to be fired. Went to see the eye doctor today inside of the Target location off Fort Union . I highly recommend this place. I was looking to use my benefits before the end of the year and a friend suggested I got see Dr. Perez. The staff was very friendly , doctor very knowledgeable, and the selection of glasses were great ! They are very clean and covid safe . All staff members including doctor were wearing masks. They cleaned between customers and limited number of guest allowed in at one time. Need an eye doctor ? Highly recommend. read more

Clean, modern, updated, full of all that Target-y goodness we love and crave. But this particular store is a let down to say the least, i purchased a 500 dollar tv on the target app for pickup and when i got there, they told me to cancel my order because it wasn't ready for pick up and i could go back and grab it. When i got to the back, they had told me they had sold out and used the words "shit out of luck" even though i had paid for the TV HOURS before someone came in and bought the entire stock of them! Horrible customer service didn't even offer me any other alternative or compensation!! My boyfriend & I love Target! This particular store used to be one of our favorites, but sadly we won't go back to this location ever again. Our most recent visit here was AWFUL thanks to the security officers working that afternoon. Even though we hadn't done anything wrong, they began hovering near us and following us around the store, then started making rude remarks about us in front of our face! We heard them refer to us as "bad guys," heard multiple threats to call the cops on us, along with claims that the cops were going to "pat [us] down with heavy duty gloves." As if that wasnt demeaning enough, they finally confronted us to ask "are you really going to purchase all that stuff in your cart?" and tell us to "get a move on" "hustle" and "get outta here" because "people were complaining about [us]." And to top it all off, the entire store watched this unfold... I was so humiliated I started crying and just kept my head down until we left. For the record, my boyfriend & I do get alot of unwarranted attention/judgment when we're shopping, I think mostly due to our appearance because neither of us have actually ever shoplifted nor given anyone a reason to think we would. Obviously we hate discrimination and being treated like criminals, but we are used to it, it's nothing new. However, we are NOT used to people going to such extreme lengths to make us feel unwelcome and make it clear that we are not wanted in a public place. I've never felt so disrespected or mistreated anywhere else and it's really unfortunate to be such a long-time patron and to spend so many thousands of dollars somewhere that the employees have no interest in making my shopping experience positive or enjoyable. read more

This joint is GIGANTIC!!! Complete with groceries, clothes, toys, cosmetics, household appliances and a fair amount of automotive knick knacks. Located off of East Fort Union Blvd, about 1300E, it's extremely easy to find. Super clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant (this isn't the case at some stores). Huge selections of most anything you might need. Heck, this is the perfect example of the man's one-stop-shop place: everything that a guy might need in one easy spot. PERFECT!!!! There isn't a ton of parking, so I'm sure during the holidays it can be a tad bit NIGHTMARISH. Wouldn't hesitate to come here over and over again. read more

Target Park Center Drive Customer Service is terrible, they disconnected four of my 11 calls to try to order a product, and then would not answer another seven calls. I'm trying to get an Answer and information regarding this issue and obviously they're too busy and then when I finally did get someone to answer she was so disrespectful. When I politely asked her to please speak to the store manager she said she was the manager and hung up. I want to be very clear that I did not have the same bad experience at the Southtown target store, Felicia was wonderful! I don't know if the manager is hiring people that hate their jobs and customers... but they need to learn manners, honesty and accommodate the customers after all that is their job. read more

Highly disorganized store. First of all I went there for diapers and they were in 5 different isles FIVE. I was blown away that they could not fit all the diapers in one isle and they needed to disperse them in 5 different isles. This is also the same issue for other items such as baby items and cleaning supplies. Second major issue. I waited 15 hours for my drive up order. After 13 hours I put in an order for the same item at sandy south town and it was ready in 2 hours. I prefer to do research online rather than talk to someone in the store, especially on products that may not be very well known, like the smart water bottle called Hidrate Spark 2.0. I wasn't near my computer yesterday, so I had to rely on someone at Target in Customer Service to check on this item for me, and I was told that they did not carry it. I had spelled out the water bottle's name to the man I spoke with yesterday and was told they had it online only. Before ordering it online through Amazon.com, I thought I would check the website one more time on Target to find the product, and sure enough, like I had actually thought yesterday, this Target location does indeed carry the water bottle I was wanting to purchase. I happened to be right by this location yesterday and would have loved to swing by to pick it up on my way to the gym after work. Now that I see the store has it, I'll have to make an extra trip out of my way to get it later tonight. Don't rely on Customer Service here; they aren't reliable and don't know how to use their search engines to find products, even though you give them all the information they need to find it. I never go out and i usually just stay at home but this particular time i went to target. i walked in and i slipped on a piece of poop. i cracked my head open and was knocked out for about 10 minute. when i finally woke up everyone was around me and they had called 911. but i wasn't leaving with a starbucks. so i got myself up and walked over and got a coffee but it gave me the coffee poops and then soon after i found out the poop i slipped on was a coffee poop. lets cancel target. read more

Target is great. The stores are bright, clean, and well organized. They stock an ample inventory of products including the many Target store brands (which are usually of excellent quality) and the prices are reasonable. There is no question that Target may be more expensive then Walmart (for some items) but consider the difference in shopping experience. Walmart is dingy, not clean, and most certainly not well organized. Target employees actually seem happy to be working at Target and are usually friendly and helpful. Walmart employees appear to be slaves in a blue box of drudgery... That's just my two cents. I could be wrong. I prefer Target tenfold. For the holidays Target has some great seasonal items and their clearance sales are an excellent opportunity to pickup new decorations and decor. I don't usually grocery shop at Target or buy clothing, but both areas seem on point. We registered at Target for our wedding and had a great time picking out items. They provide you with easy to use hand-held scanners -- just scan what you want and it's on your registry! Target registries make it easy for family and friends because they can shop online or in-store for wedding presents. I've never done a bridal or baby registry but I expect they work the same way. Overall I really like Target. This location is nearby my office and it's my go-to location for many items. read more

I love Target and this is huge one, so really the best you can get. I'm pretty sure that it's the largest one in the Salt Lake area, and they really have EVERYTHING you'll ever need. I love how bright and organized the store is as well as how much better quality the items are compared to Wal-Mart. Their employees are regulated to one area and actually know what they're talking about, a very nice change of pace compared to most retailers. They always have a great clearance section that is loaded up with new stuff for me to waste my money on weekly. There's a ton of other stores around the area that will have the stuff you're looking for if Target doesn't have it. (That would be surprising). If you're looking for a big box store to be your one stop shop and you live in the area, this should be where you go. read more

I used to love Target, I'd go in for 3 things and leave with the cutest home decor, towels, shower curtains, candle holders and the cute $1.00 section! The Union Park Store in SLC decided to remodel. They moved a bunch of (ugly) women's clothes and the home decor stuff up front. Gah! It is ugly! Instead of stuff I long to have, they have plastic wreaths, ugly knick knacks, plastic pumpkins. It looks like a cross between the old K-mart and Salvation Army. Where did the classy designer look go? The rest of the store is awful too. Toys and kids stuff take up 30% and the rest is all over the place. I needed men's slippers and a woman's fleece jacket. I could not find either one. I needed toilet paper, easy enough, but I was distracted by the fancy big display of diapers (with fancy lights above) and Harry's razors that now take up 2 aisles. Seriously, a designer needs to go in there and get that place put in order. I doubt I will go back. Sad, I am willing to pay more, but not when I am attacked on ever asile by horrible displays of cheap tacky items! read more

It's a convenient store for me, since I live close by.. Most of the people are nice! Except a few! Had 2 bad experiences there today: 1- went there specifically looking for gluten free all purpose flour.. I checked to see if that store had it in stock and it had it...I was late to make a dish and needed it ASP.Got there and a employee was assisting a costumer and looking for the product she wanted on her mobile...as soon as the costumer left I asked her help to find a gluten free flour, she looked at me and said " well if is not in the all purpose flour session then we don't have it" Then I thought to myself ( well she didn't even bother to help me find it or at least pretend to help me find, not even offered to checked on her mobile like she did with the white Caucasian lady.... Maybe she didn't offered because I'm Latina?! I don't know! But after thinking all that...I did asked if she could check on her mobile she looked at with a unwilling face and said " s..sure" by the time she was checking I was able to find the bags of gluten free flour at the back of the shelf and I told her. Please if you work with costumes we would appreciate if you could be a little bit helpful or willing to help. Thanks 2- went to the cashier to pay the flour, the teen cashier , white girl was being super friendly with the white lady costumer in front of me and her 8 year old daughter , at the end of the transaction the cashier asked if the girl wanted a sticker. ( my 2 year old was watching the whole scene) When my turn came: A cold hi from her Didn't even bother to be nice to my 2 year baby. Again: was it because we are not white?! Maybe! Or probably I waited for the last second and finally I had to ask for a sticker, since my Baby did want one! I'm a American citizen! CORRECTION::: This is a SUPER Target ! & while there's not a huge difference in target vs super target, there is a significant difference and it's definitely worth the extra level of excitement and rating I'm giving this one. They have a super extensive detail of groceries and you can get almost everything you could possibly need here! It's at Fort Union so it's not only close to pretty much all you'd need it's also a really convenient one stop shop and if there's something you don't find here you can get it next door at any of the other grocery or home decor and home supply stores. I heart Target ... it's the answer to my prayers in a lot of cases--decent drugstore items plus some department store stuff tossed in for good measure. My mom and I went here the day after Christmas to scope out the Christmas items. She incessantly told me that *this* Target had the best selection of stuff. OK. I don't live there anymore, so I'll take her word for it. After arriving and going through the Christmas items, picking through a few items, and bringing my cart to the front area to look at a few more items, I went back to my cart that I had left, and it had disappeared. Not like I had forgotten where I put it, SOMEONE TOOK IT. After a few more rounds amongst the shelves, I found my stuff ditched onto a shelf. Someone had stolen my f*cking cart in the store! It must have been SUPER important that they do it, because within less than ten steps from the ditched merchandise was the cart thing for the WHOLE store with carts GALORE. So, -3 for the ghetto shopper that stole my cart and ditched my merchandise. read more
