I shop at this location semi regularly. I remember when this location was originally developed as a Target store. I remember when it was redeveloped to create a bigger Target store -- with underground parking. Today was Christmas Eve's Day. I dropped by to pick up some last-minute items. I saw the surface parking lot was full, and everyone was jockeying to find a spot. So, I went into the underground parking lot. Here's a picture of the underground parking. It was half empty ! Placed an online order for pickup night before. Onsite for pickup, straight to the service counter to pickup, no line on a Saturday at the service counter. Staff is nice and friendly plus quick on help ProTip: Saw a couple staff members in the parking lot bringing items to peoples car for park/pickup; I'll give that a shot next time instead of going in. read more

Cone was way off to the left so I backed into the "drive up" spot to pick up my "drive up" items. Worker told me that wasn't a spot for pick up. Even this it's marked "drive up" clearly on the ground. I inched to move but stopped because a car was coming & dude got all pissy exclaiming, "ma'am you can't park there! It's not for pick up!" Me: I'm letting that car go. Relax! But it clearly says, "pick up" so WTF?!" When I moved is when he placed the cone in the middle. Tech section, some punk teen employee w/ a tech tag was treating my friend with disrespect when she required some help since she couldn't find the book that was clearly in stock with 20+ copies on the website. With literally no one to be found in target, she did the logical thing to ask the section employee the next 2 aisles over. He was mocking her by saying "If you went over there and didn't see it, then you think I'm gonna see it? And he was just straight up rude and on his headphones/phone. You can ask your other employee who was nearby and heard the entire conversation go down...who instead, kindly asked her what she needed and tried his best to do the bare minimum and search for it. Target was already scrutinized for DEI, the least they could do is have some decent employees. We're super unsatisfied with this interaction as we're just girls who need to do a Target run here & there, but don't need rude employees to sour the day. read more

This Target is going down the drain. Now it's dirtier ,and they constantly have low stock shelves. The "pizza lady" has a bad attitude, and the pizza tastes like old yeast. I will never buy a piizza there. They are also removing prices on merchandise, and hiding prices, so that they can manipulate prices at the register. Today is March 3rd. I visited this store to purchase chick fil a sauce and ranch dressing. After returning home and consuming some, I realized it had expired two months ago. I'm not sure I understand the bad review average. I was quite impressed with this target. Bright clean store. None of the merchandise locked behind glass doors. Easy to navigate parking lot. Too few, but friendly check staff nonetheless. Guardian, got what I needed, and got out. Good selection in typical target prices. No surprise. All in all, a good target experience. read more

Tried calling the store because some of my items were missing from my drive up order. No answer at the service desk. Called several times again to other departments and when they do answer, no one says anything and you hear background noises. Very unprofessional. I have never had issues before at this Target, so I'm disappointed that I could not reach anyone well before closing time. read more

This Target is never stocked. Every time I come in, the shelves are empty whether it's groceries, basic toiletries, or cleaning supplies. On top of that, the store is always messy and disorganized. Really disappointing experience every time. read more

No self checkout and only two cashiers open for a busy midweek night? Whoever manages the scheduling of this target either didn't get very far past high school or is too busy watching porn in their office to see that their scheduling skills are terrible. How the hell are you going to have all the self checkout cashiers closed and then have the least amount of cashiers possible open? Who gains from this? These poor cashiers aren't to blame, they're just stuck with extra stress from having to deal with insane lines due to a manager's incompetence. It not the employees' responsibility to compensate for the fact that the management here hasn't hired enough people to keep the lines moving and it affects all of us customers who now have to wait in long lines even more exposed to the noise of little brats and their iPads when I could've just been in and out with my two items! read more

Disgusting. My wife bought me a Keurig Duo brewer for Father's Day yesterday from this Target on Sepulveda. She used curbside pickup. I opened the box this morning to set it up and it's USED. The Keurig had old crusty coffee residue in the brew basket, old crusty coffee residue on the hotplate, old crusty coffee residue in the carafe, old crusty coffee residue on the machine and old crusty coffee residue on the k-cup mechanism. How can a company let this go back on the shelf? Because they don't give a shi..So disgusting and disappointing. Train your employees on returns. Open the damn box and inspect. I haven't been to this location in a while and decided to stop. A lot of items were not stocked. Some sections were just bare. Customer service was great by the cashier. However, not enough staff..The food counter never seems to be have an active person out front found most of what I needed. Overall the location here is great I hate to see this store go downhill. read more

Lines can get very long in the late afternoon & evening. They only have 2 registers open every time I go. There's always an employee asking people what form of payment they're using to convince them to do self check out. Just open more than 2 registers. read more

Team Members at this location just don't care. I placed an online order today just to receive a loaf of French bread that was completely covered in mold. The order pick up employees don't care enough to check for freshness or the availability of products. And then the people who pack your order obviously don't care since they saw the large amount of mold and still decided to pack this bread into the bag after the OPU team member dropped it off for bagging. Then the order runner who checks to make sure that your items are in the bag clearly saw the moldy bread and still chose to give it to me. But it's ok because they don't care because all they have to do is throw it in our trunk knowing they are giving the guest a moldy piece of bread. But should I be surprised since I shop at this Carson location and they always have their refrigerated/frozen pallets out on the floor for hours when they are only allowed to have them out for 45 minutes max. Honestly, it's still a good target. It's clean, sometimes the women's racks can be a bit messy, but overall it's fine. I'm having to update this review because the last few times I've gone they have only ONE register open plus self checkout. Forcing everyone to use self checkout leaves customers with long lines, and the one register that is open is the one that shares the same space with self checkout so it becomes even more congested. I used to come and there would be at least 3-4 registers open plus self checkout. It doesn't matter if I come in the morning, afternoon, or evenings now, there will always just be 1 register. ALSO!!! I've been catching several incorrectly priced items when comparing the shelf sticker to the app. I went yesterday and 4 items rung up .25-.50 cents MORE than what was displayed on the shelf. Vicks tissue 4 count was $6.99 on the shelf and rang up as $7.29 at self checkout. It's really upsetting to think about everyone who isn't aware and is just paying what is scanned. It feels like stealing from your customers when we're already struggling... read more

Never, never, never ever buy a gift card from this Target store. They don't work, especially the ROBLOX cards. I got 2 for my grandchildren. Neither one worked. Even though Target gave me a gift card receipt that doesn't say they don't do refunds on gift cards, TARGET REFUSES TO GIVE REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS THAT DO NOT WORK AND YOU DONT FIND OUT UNTIL THEY DO NOT WORK. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm 8 months pregnant and attempted to exchange not even refund or get cash something that was bought from my baby registry that wasn't the correct item. But I was encountered with the worst cashier because a sticker was slightly peeled on the corner I asked for a exception she quickly declined conversation even last a min I asked to speak to the manager to see if they can hear me out and make a exception, before I got the chance to speak the cashier had already given him her side of the story.... He was already shaking his head no. I said yes that's partly true but I'm asking for an exception on store credit not cash'. This target has a Pizza Hut location inside. Unfortunately it is never open during lunch hours. Great business model to have closed hours during lunch. They don't even post what hours they are actually open. Rather you find a chalk board with "Closed" on it by the register every time you visit during lunch hours. 11am...noon...1pm it don't matter. CLOSED. Also, they don't have a take out option with pizzas that are ready for purchase like other targets. If you don't want to ever be open at least have a take out case with warm pizzas ready to go. read more

They don't even deserve 1 star lol. There's never carts or baskets so if you go you can only carry so much. I usually go to target for dog food and if there's no carts I can't carry a big bag of kibble and still cans of wet food so I just leave. The manager there is a joke they just talk in groups and laugh they clearly have only hired incompetent people in the last years. I went into their restroom assuming hey maybe they keep their restrooms clean like every other target but no big mistake. One restroom was clogged with the plunger in it, the next full of period blood, 3rd used toilet paper all over the toilet and the last one dirty too. Target manager Abby and cashier Julie would not return my item due to this being a gift and I had no gift receipt so I asked for the same product but they did not have it clearly the return policy says nothing about no return with our a receipt so manager Abby said how did you buy it when, where wow instantly Profiling me as if I had stolen the product now see why you have 3 stars target clearly stocks this item and sells it in the store if I could give you a negative 5 stars I would. I was basically a power trip due to me saying you have to return it if I bought it here!
