The customer service here is excellent and friendly. We bought some bookshelves there, and they had 2 very helpful guys from the store room put them in our car. The place is clean, well laid out and has great inventory. The only downside is the parking situation is rather confusing. read more

I came into target to get a bday card $4.68 the cashier asks if I want to open a target credit card and save 5% I say no and she asks me if I'm sure..... I know they get some kind of bonus to sign people up but this is ridiculous .... Don't waste my time and the people behind me waiting in line read more

Gotta give props to this target. People working returns on Sunday were kick'n some major butt getting the job done quickly and efficiently Also people working downstairs also very helpful and friendly. The young girl with crappy looking short blondish red hair who works self checkout. NOT SO MUCH! Seemed very bothered by anyone who needs help. read more

I came to print pictures in guest services for my daughters first kindergarten project and I had connection issues printing until "Elioana" walked over to me with a very bright and bubbly attitude and very professional. She took complete control of my issue. Elioana went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out with a smile. My home Target is actually on Ventura but Elioana has left a mark on me I will never forget and may just always come back here. She is the perfect example of Excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction! Please promote her, she's the BEST!!! Thank you so much read more

This is my go to Target! I love that it is a part of the mall; it makes things very convenient when I need the basics plus a cute outfit for the weekend! Being from a small town, I also get a kick out of the escalator that takes your cart as well! It is clean and never long lines at the cash register. Parking however can be a bit ridiculous. I have gotten lucky a few times and gotten a prime spot, but expect to park a ways a way. Good exercise though right? read more

Clean, well stocked and the place is HUGE!! You won't even realize it's crowded inside until you're checking out... Definitely should have more cashiers ready and available to open because that tends to be a problem in my past experiences. They have an option to purchase online and pick up in store which is really helpful, in case you have no self control for impulse buying.... read more

I love Target but this one is poorly run. I always have to wait forever in line, they only open 2 lanes out of 20

I really love Target. But there was one cashier that made the experience especially bad. His name was Steve. He threw my debit card back at me. And he threw my bag at me. He didn't even offer to put the stuff in the bag for the mother and two girls that were in front of me. He just had an all around bad attitude. We all have day when we don't want to be at work but we still pull through it. You're not special. Suck it up! read more

A target tech employee Chandlers was very attentive and patient with a customer who appeared to have special

The store is usually pretty well kept (well organized and not a total mess, the way other Target locations sometimes are) but they're often out of stock on many items. Their food department is not good. Many times I've bought milk from there that spoiled prior to the expiration date and their "fresh fruit" is hardly fresh. I guess it's the prices that keeps me going back...they're usually excellent. But.... read more

Encountered Matt and David at Target Canoga Park, today after returning an item I purchased less than 5 days ago. I brought the item to guest services where I was told it was not in the correct box ..so they were not going to take it back. I reminded them that I purchased the item from Target the exact same way as I am returning it. The item is the actual product and if the sticker on the box and product are different how is that my fault? If they are selling unwrapped items anyone can open items and the sales clerk could repackage in the wrong box. If they are so stringent with such item, they need to confirm packaging sticker matches the item's sticker. Why should I be subject to loose my money due to their negligence. I called corporate no help,so I went to Target on Ventura. They did not ask any interrogation questions, they took the item back and apologized that it was not in the correct box. I am still upset at the level of service or lack of, that I received from Target -Canoga Park. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have cut Wal-Mart and WalGreens out of my merchants list and Target your next. read more

great, convenient location. can get your grocery shopping done when you are done at the mall. some people think that the container for holding the baskets is a handle and will drag the whole thing around on the floor. my favorite thing about the place is that i have really bad cell phone reception in here. great place to hide from the wife/girlfriend/family members/kids/debt collectors/etc,... read more

Avoid at all cost: First off Customer Service is a ZERO. I normally go to the one and shop in west hills because it's a bit closer to me. I purchased something from the west hills store then decided less than 24 hours I don't want it and since I was making some purchases at the Coach store I decided to take that product to return to them to save me a trip from going back to West Hills..... FAILED! The lady named Natalie was a BITCH! and the Manager David Biggest Idot I have seen in my life. I don't curse up a storm but let it be heard. I was told there was dirt on what i was returning... WTF? I never checked the merchandise when I was there and now I'm being told this shit? The Manager David stated "We don't sell dirt on our products" (Which was smaller than a dime so i never saw it) Well dumbass has it ever f'n occurred to you that maybe your customers touched things with dirty hands???? . I went to the Target store where I purchased it from and they returned it even after they saw the dirt on it.... no questions asked. If they wouldn't have returned it I would have done a chargeback, hey F with me and I'll F you right back w/o the Vaseline. Natalie and David should understand that it's called Target not Natalie's and David shopping place. PS a few weeks ago I posted up the Target store in West Hills with a 5 star rating they deserve a 10... But The one on Topanga Blvd.... should get a -0. I really hope corporate looks into this matter. Uhhhh finally it's off my chest I can breath again. read more

This target is really clean with great employees who have so much product knowledge and helpful

I was there two days ago at about 11a.m. I spent about 15 minutes in the womens' clothing area near the fitting rooms looking for a particular item through most of the racks and NOT ONE employee asked if I needed assistance. NOT ONE. There was one standing in front of the fitting room doing nothing; eventually there were three; one apparently saw herself as some sort of supervisor. They were busy chatting loudly about their breaks. What do they need breaks from? I found one item that I had been looking for and proceeded to the greeting card area. I was almost run over by an employee pushing a tall wheeled cart full of merchandise which she could not see around. Why do they insist on stocking shelves DURING STORE HOURS? It's RIDICULOUS. Found a greeting card, proceeded to self-checkout. Turns out the greeting card was $6.99! Almost SEVEN DOLLARS for a GREETING CARD? WTH? And, no, it didn't play music nor have any fancy embellishments. As I left the store, the exit alarm sounded. I paused, looked around, not one employee gave a crap, so I walked out. It turns out that the clothing item had one of those sensors on it! Shouldn't the employee that helped me at the self-checkout thought of that? Now I have to go back in there...UGH. I realize that good help is hard to find, but...those twits visiting in front of the fitting room when customers are within earshot? Worthless. read more

$400 gift card trap Samsung Note 10+. Went through the full target kiosk application process.the tablet gives a prompt to contact At&t directly to finish my application process on the tablet they make you plugg in your personal information on.....continue as told by the target rep to call at&t.....finish getting sold by a deceptive sales practice agent which took 2 hours to finish my FBI background credit check. Ensured by the sales rep that i still would be eligible for my target gift card as long as i provide my confirmation number of sale. Long story short go as instructed to target to redeem my card only to be rejected and told im not eligible beacuse i didnt finish the sale with target and the item was purchased through target. Then why in the world is your kiosk prompt telling me to call at&t and why isnt at&t aware of the false promises and deceptive sales agents are making to make a sale. Big loop hole between 2 major companies and how simple the consumer is left hanging with false promises and no out of the box thinking to remedy the torn relationship of making good on a sale and an exchange in good in America. read more

Completely understaffed. There should never be s time when I'm FORCED to use self checkout bc not one single register was open.

I've never dealt with the more incompetent pharmacy staff in my life. The people were incredibly rude on the phone today it took 15 phone calls to get somebody to finally answer my part questions properly and then even after the fact, they still weren't able to help me. I have never been so disappointed in service in my life especially when it has to do with healthcare and I will never be coming back here again. They do not put the patient first they put all the blame on me when they made the mistake of not letting me know that my prescription had been up and they have been unsafe and not getting me my medication in a proper lead time. Terrible terrible terrible. read more

Bad location for buying toys. So many families shop here from the mall that the toy section is always a mess. Though it gets 4 stars for the location. I work in the mall and being able to get lunch at target is the best! Cheaper food and better variety. From the fresh pizza hut to the 2nd floor grocery section. Its a win in my book. read more

Targets are Targets and I'm happy with the one closest to me. Staff are usually helpful and the place is clean and well organized. Beware that parking is sometimes a pain but usually easy (as long as you don't mind walking for 3 minutes, which many people apparently have a problem with) and lines can be long at times. read more

This has to be the biggest Target store I've been too. It's clean and kept well stocked. They have just about everything. The parking lot is huge and they are well staffed. Prices are reasonable and they always have great sales. read more

With a busy Christmas season it's easy to be an upset or lazy retail employee but 2 employees went above and beyond w great customer service -- we went to get an item that we put on hold only to discover they really didn't have any in stock at all . AJ and Gabe were able to give us the display item and help us find an alternative packaging (free of charge) as it did not come with the box - they made sure we left with what we came for and we're happy read more

Location is key. This place is part of the Westfield Topanga Mall. The parking structure has plenty of enough parking. However, some parts are more popular than the other. The lines have a constant flow of shoppers which means don't expect to a quick purchase on a hurry. This target has a good selection of everything it usually has. The only problem is that I feel they need more staff. There is so much foot traffic and aisle clean ups. I have to walk around the store just to find someone to help me find a certain item. Yet, the staff is still very courteous and seem efficient. read more

Crappiest Target in the area. Convenient if you're already at the mall, but it's crowded and I hate two story targets. One good thing is that the snack bar has a pizza hut in it. read more

yuck, I hate this target. The 2 story thing is confusing as heck. There are usually only 2-3 cashiers per level with very long lines. Store is messy and always has things out of stock. I like the Fallbrook location better. read more

The store is average, but the parking is so horrific it was just easier to drive five more minutes to the Fallbrook target than to waste yet another ten minutes looking to park. This wasn't even a busy day, either, just mid August. Save time and go to Fallbrook instead. read more

I love Target, this one isn't my favorite as I don't like the upstairs downstairs configuration, but I hey it's target.

Normally love this target except for the fact that they frequently shut their bathrooms and today was no exception. I went to use the down stairs restroom and found it closed so I then went to the upstairs restroom, there was no toilet paper in the stalls, the stall I was in wouldn't lock correctly and the door opened every time someone entered or exited the adjacent stalls, the floor had urine all over it and there was dirty toilet paper all over the floor as well. I just don't understand if they close the restrooms for cleaning so darn often why are they not then clean and stocked properly?? I will stick to the Target on Balboa in Northridge. read more

Asked for help, worker literally walked away saying nothing. 0 stock of anything. Horrible smell. By far worst ran Target.

I'm not big in yelp reviews but this particular individual definitely deserves one! His name is Errol and he turned a rough night into a great night! He was so polite, so professional and incredibly helpful! He took the time to explain the product to us, and the time to find it for us. It's so rare to find an employee at target that is willing to take the time to help so he is a true GEM!!!! Target please hire more employees like him! Again his name is Errol ll in electronics and he was so awesome! read more

This target has most things including produce so you can get groceries, clothes, furniture, whatever. 4 stars because I think they tried to cram too much into a little space and what's with the pillars in the aisles that block some of the products? read more

You can find some cool things at a bargain here but they also have some of the highest price on cameras and electronics. You can literally get the same cameras at radio shack for $100 less. WTF!!! Gotta say that when u come to target you always spend more than what you want. This target is always packed and long waits for check out.

Why?!?!? Why are there only 2 registers open?! Every time I come to this Target, there's not enough employees to ring up customers. I'm talking about 2 registers upstairs and 2 registers downstairs... With freakin' long lines. You'd think that because it's attached to a BUSY mall, there would be many registers available. And not only that.. It's soooo dirty and messy here. I swear the carts and baskets have some sticky goo and some have bird crap in them. I love Target, but please clean up! read more

Somehow managed to get lost trying to get to a different Target, a specific one that stocks a particular food item I like that some of the other stores don't carry. I had a big list and I've never used this Target as a destination spot to shop. They, being two stories had everything I was looking for and more. But the thing that made this trip so much better and a pleasure, was my checker, Guillermo. It was late, closing time, and Guillermo couldn't have had a more pleasant and patient attitude. I had a few problems at check out and he solved and accommodated everything. THEN I dropped my wallet on the ground, every receipt and card fell out. He quickly ran around towards me and said "I'll help you!" This guy deserves a raise! read more
