Worst customer service!! Came in to exchange diapers I had received as a shower gift for a bigger size and per Targets diaper exchange/return policy online without a receipt the diaper just needs to scan in the app as being stocked to be exchanged at a target. Janet was totally condescending and rude to me. I tried to show her what the policy said online, but she refused to look and just kept telling me to have a good day. The BIGGEST Target sign I have ever seen with excellent customer base and excellent staff! I laughed when I saw how big the sign was. Ordered for a store pickup and the item came out right away. A smile and a thank you. Wow. Then I went to the self checkout line and since the line was starting to grow, the worker opened up an extra kiosk. Wow. A worker that is actually paying attention? This would be the second time I've come here looking for items to purchase, and can't because targets business model is purchase online and we'll ship it here. Look, that just doesn't work for me. When I want to purchase bedding, or purchase hard drives, or earphones or whatever the item is, I expect it to be in stock, in the store. The purpose of the store is to provide products I can purchase same day and come home with same day. That's not the case here. Target is moving more and more to purchase online rather than coming into the store and purchasing same day. If that's the case, I'll just go to Amazon, which is exactly what I've done both times. Not sure of the selection in other areas but the stationery department didn't have a lot of choices for pencil cases. Maybe they had them all in a back to school display area? I didn't have time to check as my son wasn't motivated to look and he wanted to leave. We did pick up some Hot Wheels and a hat from the $3-$5 area. Parking was plentiful so that was nice. read more

This review is for online ordering and in-store pickup at this location. Here we go: You know the happy feeling you get when you go to the drive-through at your favorite fast food place and then you get home and find they forgot to add the fries you ordered? Well, that's what it's like using the online ordering and in-store pickup at this place. The online ordering process is simple and communication was good regarding the status of my order and then texting and emailing me when it was ready for pickup. All good so far. I get to the store and proceed to the customer service area and I happened to catch an employee who was on her way out but asked if I was there to pick up my order. She scanned the bar code I was sent via email and on the Target app for pickup and in less than 30 seconds I had my minimal COVID contact order...or at least I thought I did. When I was walking out of the store I looked at the bag and realized it was missing an item I ordered. I looked at the email and then saw that they informed me the item wasn't available and they'd contact me when it was ready. OK, I get it, they can run out of stuff. Here's where it gets bad. I have to go look for a replacement item, in this case, dental floss, (gotta keep the teeth clean for selfies, right?), and lo and behold there were at least ten of what I ordered and they said they were out of out on the floor. What the heck? I had to go through the process of going back to customer service, wait in line, and resolve it. They had only one person working in customer service, none at mobile pick up. I felt bad for her. Almost every person had a problem without a simple solution. Total time wasted, 30 minutes...totally defeating the purpose of quick pick up and minimal contact/exposure. Let me start by saying that I have been going to this Target location, almost daily, for several years. I've always had great experiences in the past. The team members are always so nice..... until today. Yes I know we are dealing with a national crisis, but my kid is driving me crazy so I decided to don my protective gear (mask, gloves, etc) and make a Target run to pick up a PS4 for him, he's a great kid with good grades. Anyway, I get to the store and pay for the PS4, so far so good. Then I realize I forgot a headset, so I don't have to listen to his video games. So I go back in and select a headset that is locked up and has a tag saying $29.99. The guy rings up and says it's $59.99. I asked him to price match the price tag, it was locked up and there were more than one on the hook. He took me up to customer service and explained the situation and asked the girl to price override it. The girl, let out a very loud sigh and said, "No. I can't do that because of the COVID crisis we are not doing price matches and explained that the sale ended 3 weeks ago". I explained it wasn't a price match, it's honoring the price on the tag, that was inside a locked case, it wasn't my fault that the tag wasn't corrected, and I made my selection based on what the tag says. Again, another loud sigh, removes her name tag and said, "Sir you need to be professional with me, like I am being with you, I've explained that we don't price match right now". I asked to talk to a manager, she rolls her eye, gets on her walkie talkie and asks for the MOD to come to customer care. Then she leaves to go meet them before they arrive, I assume. They both return, the manager asked how she can help, I explained the situation and she asked the Customer Service girl, what the issue was, and honored the price tag. The customer service girl said, "I thought we weren't doing price matches" and got upset. The Manager told her, "It's not a price match, the tag is for the correct item, but has the old sale price". I thanked the manager and asked if she was the store manager, she said no. She then got called away. I asked the Customer Service Girl, what her name was since she removed her name tag. She said she didn't have to tell me because I got what I wanted. I asked for the Store Manager name, she refused to give it to me. She said that I needed to leave and called security on me because I asked for her name. Security arrived and I again asked for her name, she refused so I took out my phone and took her photo. She went ballistic. Demanded that security call the police, because it's illegal to photograph Target employees (it's not). I explained I only took it because she physically removed her name tag and refused to give me her name or her managers name. I am not the type of customer who writes reviews like this, but this was unacceptable. I could see denying my request if it was a different item, or if something malicious was done. But I just asked her to honor the tag price, that was still on the shelf. I feel sorry for the employees because they have to work through some crazy times right now, but that does not give them an excuse to be rude and hostile to customers. read more

We ended up here 3 times while in Denver. I was shaking my head and laughing at the full bathing suit displays in the middle of a blizzard- now, just days before it was a balmy 70 degrees- but still. I was hoping for better winter gloves and no such luck! March meant there was nothing left. We did buy a new air mattress for Robert, the boys each got clothes and we all picked out snacks for the road (over our many trip here). Why so many trips to Target? It was the closest store to where we were staying- it was open, they were constantly clearing the parking lot, sidewalks and such and we only had to push the car once. This Target location has been my go-to location for many reasons as of late. Why you ask? Well, let's spell it out: T = Tons of products offered! A = Ample parking seeing that it is located in a strip mall! R = Reasonable pricing! There's something to be found for every budget. G = Gifts? Oh yeah! You'll find something for everyone here! E = Easy-peasy shopping experience! Everything is organized well and signage makes it so simple to get to where you want to go. T = Team members can be found throughout the store! They don't tend to offer up assistance, so if you're needing help make sure to ask. I'm a big Target fan, and this one hits the mark. So it's safe to say I'll def be back! read more

This is my neighborhood Target! It recently got a Starbucks, it's a decent size, and it has an all right selection. Parts of the store that's lacking is electronics, office supplies, and home and garden. Service is decent. Their self-checkout goes quickly, and they usually have both sides of the store staffed well enough as well. A good Target to go to. read more

I love target. I'm giving it one start because pyramid scheme recruiters literally walk around and bother people to join their multilevel marketing schemes at this particular location. I live across the street - been in this neighborhood since I was 8 years old this is my local target. But damn, I can't just shop and pay for 10 items I don't need without a "mentored entrepreneur" stopping me while I look at different brands of ice cream. Talking about "would you like to be financially independent?" .....like yeah I do but I just met you and I have no interest in working with someone who doesn't know they're in a pyramid scheme. I know target has security dressed in civilian clothing on top of their uniformed security staff - tell these customers to stop soliciting pyramid schemes or something. A well stocked target, well kept and clean. I went on a Saturday, and the traffic wasn't bad, so I asked an associate to pull down a blanket from the top shelf I couldn't reach with my bad shoulder. He says "one-minute ma'am" and never comes back. Then the search was on for someone who could help, who then decided to call someone else to help. Went back to the site and of course, another 15 minutes go by and no one comes except for the tall guy in a blue hat. Talked with five different associates and got different answers from all of them on the location of hand warmers or if they had them in stock. Good local option for groceries and housewares. The prices are similar to other Targets, but they seemed to have more deals and clearance items which was nice. The fruits and vegetable sections were kind of crammed in but looked fresh and well stocked. The attendants were nice and the store was pretty clean. read more

This is my neighborhood Target that I've been popping into for years. Nearly weekly, to tell you the truth! This location is small enough not to be confusing, but big enough to get you everything that you need. Greeting cards? Got it. Yoga mats? Got it. Milk? Got it. Cereal? Got it. Oreos? Got it. Hair care products? Got it. Health products? Got it. Check check check. My only complaint about this store is that there are rarely enough cash registers open to handle the customers. Having worked as a cashier and in retail, this still boggles my mind, especially when you see managers watching the cashiers struggling with the lines of people. Overall, this is a great Target. While browsing there are two associates having a real gab fest when one says to the other that she's sick feeling super weird she told the supervisor she may not even make it through her shift and they still had her come in. Listen I know everyone has mixed feelings about the pandemic but that's exactly what we're in a PANDEMIC be responsible if you're not feeling well stay home this is common sense this is how things should be common cold, influenza, Covid 19 stay home. Every once in a while I have the misfortune of going to this Target. It is usually for a must have now item for our 1 year old. Ideally, Amazon would drop the item off at our door with zero attitude. When you call in advance you will be 'greeted' by the most unfriendly woman, who will do everything in her power not to help you. She is obviously someone who should be fired but in this day in age you can't fire terrible employees. Instead, they are moved into 'customer service' and become the face of your store. They sell most everything I need and they often have good deals and clearance options. I got really drawn into the Christmas decor today. They have so many cute tree ornaments and Christmas topiaries & wreaths for decent prices. They also have super cute dog outfits and Christmas toys!! I ended up getting Mexican hot chocolate dairy creamer for coffee and some starbucks blonde coffee grounds for my nespresso capsules. Their coffee selection is really decent! Also they sell the triple x hot Cheetos :::Fire!!!::: pretty sure they sell takis too so all of your Mexican snack cravings can be satisfied while you do your general shopping. Last week it was a pharmacy item and a frozen dinner, sale prices not taken. Total overcharged - $3.25. Today it was a grocery item, on sale for $14.99, charged 16.99 (non-sale price $15.99. This nickle-and-diming has gone on for a while. The tactic is simple-- don't update the register databases. Now let me say today they started accepting returns again and it was crazy at the Customer help desk the line was so long and seemed like everyone and their sister's wanted to return something. I must confess, I have a bit of a problem where Target is concerned. I think I go about twice a week. I mean there are different things at different stores, right? This particular Target tends to have some jammin' clearance items. There are some hefty food selections for a non-Super Target, employees are constantly checking on you to see if you need assistance, and it's in a great plaza. This target is great, but one thing that I've noticed is that they continually re-stock items between 8-10am so it makes early morning shopping a little bit harder. Aside from that, the store is well organized, full of helpful employees, and has a ton of registers so you never get stuck waiting in line for long.
