That's when I knew we were going to be an unstoppable team! One of the best decisions I made during the whole wedding process was hiring a wedding planner. I knew I had to have some help given my tall order of must haves. From dress appointments, invitations, music lists, venue appoitments - you name it and she was there. Helping me, guiding me and most importantly making sure that I was on budget, on schedule and excited about the entire process. She knew exactly what my vision was even when I'm sure I wasn't explaining it very well, haha. She had amazing design recommendations, helped contact vendors, and was great on offering ideas to save money! I wanted my wedding to be unique and she was great in achieving that. She made my life SO easy and I couldn't imaging doing all of that work by myself! People approached me the week before and day of the wedding and said that I didn't look stressed at all...I wasn't! I knew everything would turn out perfect and stress free because I had Erica. I enjoyed every second of our day:) I have attended weddings since then that did not have a wedding coordinator and I just thought to my self, "I am so thankful that I had Erica!" Months after, we are still receiving so many compliments on our wedding and I know it wouldn't have gone as smoothly or beautifully without her.

What first come to mind are her spot-on good taste in cocktails, unique and tasty appetizers, and themed elements/themed pairings of drinks and food. The event's theme or themes are visible in the choices of food, drink and decorations, and the event becomes more memorable as a result. 2) Every detail is well thought-out, from the event schedule to the placement of food and drink and seating. I've never once had the feeling at an engagement planned by Two Birds Events that the room was too stuffy or too empty. There is always the appropriate amount of people, food, beverages, music volume, lighting, et cetera. It's rare to leave an event without a single complaint, but I've left their events feeling that they were flawless every single time. Two Birds Events is a planning firm that I would trust to plan an event from start to finish, and I wouldn't have to worry about one single detail. I wouldn't feel the need to micromanage because everything is thought about and planned for beforehand. That ability to delegate and have faith in one's planner is exceedingly rare, and Two Birds Events deserved applause for providing this kind of peace of mind, as it is exceedingly rare in the hyper-stressful, detail-oriented business of event planning. If you want your event to be flawless and stress-free, you know who to call.

The materials and tips that Missy gave were extremely helpful. I have been referencing my notes constantly as I have been planning my wedding. She was able to cover every detail of a wedding and mentioned things that I would have never thought of on my own. I went in to the workshop nervous and intimidated by the amount of information she told us we would be covering and left with the motivation and confidence to plan a wedding that I know will be amazing. My fiance went as well and we were extremely impressed with Missy's ability to get the groom as excited about planning a wedding as the rest of the brides in the room! She was also able to offer personalized tips for everyone's unique wedding. This is without a doubt a must for anyone planning a wedding! That's where Missy and iDo Wedding Workshops came in. In one Saturday, my mother and I heard more pertinent and helpful information than I've found in all my months of careful research. Missy organized the day perfectly: she addressed so many nuances of weddings, from budgeting to negotiating gratuities to handling busybody family members to recent trends in lighting and wedding music. The day flowed so smoothly and presented the information in a very clear and organized structure. I first met with Megan months before our wedding and we had a couple of two-hour-long meetings before the week of our wedding, besides many emails and phone calls (she would even pick up her cell phone on her way to another client's reception to help me). We had already hired almost all our vendors, but Megan also helped me with DJ recommendations. The week before our wedding Megan did an amazing amount of behind-the-scenes work, coordinating a schedule with all our vendors, checking that no detail had been overlooked, and coordinating the drop-off of place cards and cake servers/toppers with me the day before the wedding. The big day came and....my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it! Most importantly, we didn't have to worry about anything, because Megan and her assistant made sure everything flowed smoothly and everyone was where they needed to be. All we had to think about was having fun and enjoying the beginning of our marriage. Tangorra Wedding Planning has a studio in the North End, in addition to Newburyport. I highly recommend hiring them, and the day-of package was budget-friendly, especially given how much it reduces wedding day stress!

I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

The DJ said he'd escalate it to Rishi, but we never heard anything back or even got an apology. Setup was also a mess -- Rishi told us on our call they'd start around 7am - 7:30am, but when we got to the venue around 8am nobody was there yet. The DJ texted later saying he'd arrived, but that was well past 8. Because of this the Baraat got delayed and had to be cut short. Energy the whole time was flat. You could barely hear the music during the Baraat in our videos, and the DJ didn't really try to hype up the crowd at all. The monogram was another headache -- we were told 2-3 weeks and kept getting "don't worry, it's coming." We asked multiple times to see options before picking one, but instead we were basically forced into accepting the test version they sent over the day before the wedding, with no real chance to choose. I made basically the same design myself with AI in under an hour, so I don't know what the holdup was. On top of all that, communication was a constant struggle. We sent our song list with timing ahead of time and were still getting asked what to play and when on the actual wedding day. Overall one of the worst vendor experiences we've had, especially for a day that's supposed to be stress-free.
