The morning of I called to schedule a manicure and pedicure as well for after lunch. I arrived an hour before my massage (9am) to enjoy all that the spa had to offer. Don't forget your swimsuit so you can enjoy everything. Upon my arrival, I received a quick tour and my locker, robe and slippers. I changed into my swimsuit, robe and slippers and started in the eucalyptus steam room (which is absolutely amazing). Next I took a quick dip in the cold plunge pool, next was the sauna followed by another dip on the cold pool and relaxed in the hot tub until it was time for my massage. The hot tub is wonderful and has a fireplace behind it (very relaxing). My massage was absolutely fantastic. They offer several "enhancements" / add ons and I chose the firming butter...wonderful. I asked for deep tissue and I made sure to let the front desk staff know that this was the best massage I've ever gotten. Hands down the best. By this time it was lunch time so I scanned the spa lunch menu but nothing sounded great. I got changed back into my clothes and headed to Gaby's by the Lake restaurant for a quick lunch with a view. After lunch I headed straight back to the spa and spent the next 2 hours repeating my steam room, sauna, hot tub and plunge pool until I was absolutely relaxed and headed to the relaxation room to wait for my mani/pedi. They have coffee, tea and water in the relaxation room so I enjoyed an espresso and magazines. No one told me however that for my nail appointment I needed to be downstairs in a different waiting area. Thankfully someone came up to find me and escorted me down. Great mani pedi with extra attention paid to my hands which I appreciated. When you book a nail service here you get to keep your nail polish. Since I had two services I got two bottles of polish, all of my manicure equipment (file, buffer etc) which was a nice touch and not expected. The only thing I wish was that the co-ed area where there is a huge pool and another hot tub had been open but unfortunately it was all closed for renovations. It will be amazing when done. My 6 (yes six) hours at the spa were the best and I will absolutely do it again should we return to this area!!

You are able to use the facilities and everything that they offer when you go there so take the bathing suits and enjoy your entire day there. My wife and I had a couple massage and when I say it was the best treatment I really mean it. There was a point where the massage was so great that I had fallen asleep! This spa is probably the best spa my wife and I have experienced. Again yes it's expensive but if you are able to splurge and really want a great spa go here. You will enjoy yourself and leave relaxed! Worth every penny!

I wasn't expecting a response until the following day, so I was pleasantly surprised when my text was answered. I booked a 90min couples massage for that Monday (4/27/26). The lobby is very simple but clean, along with the bathroom and massage room. Staff was very nice and right on time. We added on hot stones for an additional $10 each, which was a very fair cost. They actually used the entire 90 mins and didn't cut it short. I have had many deep tissue massages through the years, with lots of them being disappointing, so I wasn't expecting much. I found it to be the best one I've had in a while.

It seemed like that didn't matter, because we didn't get sent to the back until 11:15. We were told to take off all of our clothes, which we did. No one came in for another 10 minutes, and when they did, we got hot stones put on our backs and left alone for another 15-20 minutes. ( I didn't add the hot stones on b/c this is my bf's first massage. I didn't know if he'd like them.) When our massages finally started, they were great. My bf is in WAY better shape than I am, so they assumed that he needed a deep tissue massage instead of the Swedish one that I got. The therapeutic music stopped, and all hands were off bodies and on deck in order to fix the problem. The actual massage was great and I couldn't have asked for a better one. We were putting on clothes, and by then it was 12:30. I knew we were going to be late for my scheduled 1:00 appointment (we were). We paid and included a 5 dollar tip. I was also about to pull out my cc and ask Jesse to process 20 dollars for a tip...but before I could get that out of my mouth, I heard "that's all for the both of us?" out of hers. Now ya'll, I get it. 5 dollars isn't much, hence why I was going to ask her to add on the tip on my card. I looked at my man..my man looked back at me...and I asked him to go to the car and get his wallet in order to give her a couple more bucks, because I was flabbergasted. Here I was, in place that states how "respectable" it is...but her mouth turned up and said this to me? The audacity. Then, as he went to get the dollars, she fixed her mouth up to say that she added the hot stones because she realized that she started late. Well, you put the stones on and left. You started late. You and your assistant kept stopping during our massage. When I left the room, I had all intentions of not only coming back, but spreading the word about this cute little hidden gem that I found....nope. I left with disgust on my tongue. Yes, we looked around for a deal, but I'd rather pay the money that I saved than deal with a "respectful" establishment like this.

I've taken many cooking classes and this is the first one that has taught me the origins of the food as well as provided an in-depth class about how to use food to better my health. We learned a term called "mother" and it's importance to the process of sourdough break making. I'll let you learn more about that when you take the class. I've already signed up to take the class again because I know I missed things trying to take in all the information. I also look forward to partaking in all the other classes, services, and product offerings as I make the spa part of my self care plan.
