It's pretty pricey but it is so worth it. You walk in and are greeted by cheerful receptionists. Then you're led back to the changing room and are given a soft robe and slippers. After changing you relax in the waiting room and are provided with a drink of your choice. This time around I got a mimosa as I waited. My masseuse came and got me and we went to a pleasantly lit room that had calming music playing in the background. It was 50 minutes of pure bliss. After my massage, I got cinnamon tea and relaxed in the waiting room before changing to head back to the real world. My experiences here are amazing! I am the most relaxed that I ever am when I'm at Woodhouse. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to unwind and relax!

I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05.
