Llevé mi comida al parque solo para darme cuenta de que faltaba mi cóctel de camarones. Conduje de vuelta para preguntar sobre mi artículo perdido y me encontré con "oh, no tenemos eso" a lo que respondí que ella lo escribió en mi boleto y lo pagué, preguntando por un reembolso. No le gustó esa idea, ya que insistió en que pagara la diferencia para conseguir lo que pedí... el artículo que me acaba de decir que no tenía después de cobrarme... me llamó por todos los tacos de camarones, lo cual fue un simple error de su parte que NO estaba dispuesta a arreglar. De repente, la opción que acababa de ofrecer pagar, la diferencia ya no estaba sobre la mesa, e incluso lo dije para confirmar el horrible servicio que estaba recibiendo. My family had visited this place earlier the same day I went and told me to go because they have shrimp cocktail (which i have been craving). I sat with excitement and ordered carne nachos and shrimp cocktail. After waiting for some time I noticed mango popsicles and added on two popsicles and a tripe taco. I took my food to the park only to realise my shrimp cocktail was missing. I drove back to ask about my missing item and was met with "oh we dont have that" to which I replied that she wrote it on my ticket and I paid for it, inquiring on a refund. She didnt like that idea as she insisted i pay the difference to get what I asked for... the item that she just told me she didnt have after charging me... she rang me up for all shrimp tacos which was a simple mistake on her part that she was NOT willing to fix. Suddenly, the option that she had just offered to pay, the difference was no longer on the table, and I even said it To confirm the Horrible service I was getting. "So you created the problem but you cant fix it or give me my money back for the item I dont have" to which she replied "yes, she can not fix it" WTF I used my gas money to go back up there and get the item i already paid for and she refused to fix her mistake OR give me my money back. I hope the other patron that was there does not return either because he witnessed the entire thing. I had to remind the woman that everything I ordered was on the complete opposite side of the menu and she was just lying to the guy saying that I asked for it. Luckily, I was with someone when I ordered it and during the issue so they witnessed all of this. I still don't have my refund and now will be resulting to disputing with my bank. I already told them I would be making a review after they Confirmed they would not fix the issue that they caused. read more

Amazing food! I had their caldo de res and caldo de pollo, and you could just tell that it made right. Super flavorful. Came with hand made tortillas as well. Felt like I was being taken care of by my Abuelita. read more

Birria tacos were full of fat and little meat. The first taco was fatty. The second taco that is pictured only had that amount of edible meat. Most of the fat in the second taco was not in the picture, because I took most of it off my daughter's plate. The birria consume taste like regular soup and is light in color. It should be dark in color. This is not the place to go for birria. Highly disappointed and a waste of my money. It is also overpriced. Two birria tacos for $13. read more

Every visit we've made to this location was well worth it. My husband ordered the burrito and he enjoyed it. I always order the Caldo de Pollo, if they have it. I enjoy it every time I order.
