The restaurant has a cute interior and nice chairs and tables. They were out of a lot of their menu items but it was an hour before closing and the weekend so I'll give them a pass. The price is okay but could be a bit cheaper. However, the need to add labels for what salsa is what and which is hot, super hot, or mild. Also, the staff needs some training on how to be more nice to the customer. The lady seemed to be short and annoyed with the customers. She also wanted a member of my party to spend more money to run the card as credit instead of fixing how it was entered in the register. That's not appealing and so I probably won't be going back.

A lovely little taco shop! Reasonably priced, great flavors, & friendly workers. The environment inside is very relaxed but fun and has lots of personality. The sauce and vegetable bar are a big plus as well. Will be back!

Just your average street taco. We also tried the asada quesadilla. My husband thought there could have been more cheese on it. Food came out quickly and was hot. Salsa bar was simple. Felt a little weird when we were eating and the staff, who were most likely all family, were sitting around us at the tables hanging out.

99 cent tacos: pollo, al pastor and chorizo

I walked over here from three train station on a Tuesday and had some great tacos. I'd heard some complaints about them not honoring their 99 cent special but this was not the case. I asked which ones were included in the special and the lady named off a couple including pollo, al pastor and chorizo which is what I wanted. Tacos were made quick and were hot when I got them. I added what i wanted from the salsa bar and headed back to the station with the goodness. I will definitely be back for more.

I like supporting small mom-and-pop's. But this taco shop is like so many others and doesn't seem to have a distinct personality that makes it memorable enough to return. Tacos fairly good but so are 100 other places in the valley. The only thing distinctive that I remember is the very odd door opening mechanism that needs to be fixed.

Fun little joint to stop into for some great street tacos. Very simple menu - assortment of street tacos, quesadilla, special night they have enchiladas and menudo. One really cool thing they offer is fresh water made with coconut milk. Definitely recommend trying it! Ordered asada, chicken, and chorizo taco. The hot sauces have incredible flavors and there isn't one that's too hot, but don't get me wrong they have a kick yo them. One minor note, the door is really hard to open and close, but I'm sure they'll fix that.

The Asada and Al Pastor tacos were good but the carnitas meat tasted rotten. One bite and I was done.

It was just ok... tacos were good but the meat wasn't fresh and beans were well barely there but the place has potential.

One thing I did appreciate about this place is the amount of meat you get on your taco. They are not stingy at all! Carnitas tacos for me were okay. I wanted to love it but it was a little dry and bland. When I added sauces it tasted a little better. I'd say like a 2.5/5 Gringas pastor- 4/5 I wished there was more pineapple I felt like it paired well with the meat. For there being cheese on top I expected it to be a little crispy but it wasn't. I still thought it was good. Gringas asada- 5/5 the asada meat was good Birria tacos with consume- 3/5- I felt like the Birria was a little bland and needed more salt. Still enjoyed it but didn't hit the spot. I did however wish I tried this dish as the QUESO BIRRIA- which there being cheese on it I think makes the taco a little more solid. So maybe I'll try that next time. Esquites - 5/5 it was delicious. All the sauces they had though were delicious so anything you paired it with tasted a little better. Overall this place I liked. They have such a variety in their menu that I wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area and trying other things out. Staff were really great and friendly. The ambiance there is super cute and mellow.

I also ordered the Jamaica which was flavorful and just the right amount of sweet. The place was dead when I walked in and no one else came or went by the time my to go order was ready. The guy at the counter wasn't very engaged and not helpful when I asked for suggestions or what was popular. Service could have been friendlier, but not enough of an issue that I wouldn't return again when in the area.
