We ordered the chicharrones with guacamole, the Boring Burger, and the Piiggy burger with sweet potato fries. Let me start by saying: you HAVE to order the chicharrones. My husband usually doesn't even like chicharrones, but he absolutely loved these. They were freshly fried, not oily at all, super light and airy and gone in about two minutes flat. The burgers might look like typical bar burgers, but don't be fooled. They were surprisingly not greasy at all, made with fresh (not frozen) beef patties. The buns were soft yet sturdy and didn't fall apart while eating. This is what I'd call elevated bar food with great flavor and noticeable freshness.
