Not only that, they also treat the candidates as clients and negotiate in their behalf. Part of the meeting consisted of an interview si that they could personally get to know more about me, my abilities, and weaknesses to better be able to match me to an employer. Joanna has been great, she's a great communicator and even sent me a detailed list of recommendations to update my resume. She seems like a person that cares to really help others. This organization seems to have the right values in place and can help individuals through the process of finding the right employment . I highly recommend them.

I applied for an Estate Manager job and had a good phone conversation with Scott Gazzoli. After…read moremuch prep and build-up, I met for an hour-long interview with the Client. Following the interview, I spoke to Scott who said an hour-long meeting sounded promising as she didn't usually meet with candidates for that long unless she was very interested. He helped me craft a thank you note and said he'd get feedback from the Client and get back to me. Cut to: never heard from him again. It was a basic ghosting situation--when I called the next day to follow up, I was told he was in a meeting, and that was that. Advice to this recruiter: I know it's just a numbers game for you--as soon as a Client passes, we are dead to you. However, we prep and prepare and take interviews seriously, giving our best shot to each and every opportunity. Show us the same respect we show you when we interview and represent your agency as best we can. Show us the basic courtesy of picking up the phone and making one call--it's what--a minute out of your day?--to simply let us know that for whatever reason, the Client has decided to pass. Maybe even offer some constructive criticism or feedback we can learn from for next time. Act like a professional.

John Parinello was my recruiter, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was incredibly communicative the entire time, always checking in, keeping me updated, and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. Beyond that, he was genuinely motivating and encouraging, which made a huge difference during what can be a pretty stressful process. It really felt like he was invested in helping me find the right role, not just any role. I also had the chance to work with Brandon and Maggi, who were both equally helpful and responsive. It was clear the whole team works closely together and truly cares about their candidates. Overall, I'm really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Bachrach to anyone navigating a job search. He was hands down the best bartender I've ever hired. Jeff was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful in every way. She were so responsive and supportive throughout the entire planning process--helping me put together the ingredient list, offering suggestions, and even replying to texts when I was at the grocery store trying to find specific items. Both Olivettes and Jeffs customer service and attention to detail made everything feel seamless. I highly recommend Olivette for any event--and if you can request Jeff, do it! I don't even know what to say or even describe my experience with this company!!!…read more I started with them back in 2019 and it was maybe the best two months of my life with any catering experience I was traveling all over the place I was getting gigs back to back I barely got any sleep but it was worth it I was traveling to so many places within New York City I didn't even know existed despite my experience with Natural History Museum cause of the inside access from a great friend of mine and also a current employee it's way bigger than it appears we went to places with Syracuse, New Jersey, and Long Island we had gigs locally and far away distance we visited so many amazing venues, dining halls, and museums so many clubs I'll never know about cause I won't be able to get in cause I'm not classy enough according to society. I will say that this company really care about their employees whenever some people was missing some things to their uniform they always had extras whether missing a tie, vest, or even a bow tie they had your back also the managers were mostly cool as well but they were still very on top of things. This is the first catering company I've ever worked for with consistent work I couldn't even not look at my phone or email for just accepting or rejecting a gig I did more accepting than rejecting of gigs eventually I was burned out and there were times I needed to rest but whenever I could I always accepted an event. Two years ago I would've went back to work for them but when COVID-19 in 2020 it hit bad and screwed up a lot of employees!!!! it's crazy how much COVID-19 has turned our lives off upside down and screwed up a lot of others plans especially mine of getting my own place and keep going strong with the job but for the time being an employee of theirs I enjoyed it a lot I was really happy to even be at work that was the first time in years I actually enjoyed being at work and I was real happy because of the experience and people mostly the setup of how everything was I was just loss for words when it came down to this job I was blessed to even get it at the time cause I was in a real down on my luck emotion and money was needed right away cause rent was needed. At Your Service Staffing is the the first ever Catering company that I worked for that was consistent with work for the employees they had calendar schedule of events and what ever you chose to do you either accepted or rejected the work assignment (that's what they called it). Honestly if I could give this company a higher rating I would cause I definitely loved working for this company and wish everyday desperately to return if everything is opening up again while in NYC than I will be going back to work for them cause they are the definition of At Your Service.
