It was chewy because of the coconut, sweet from the chocolate and a bit tart because of the raspberry - the perfect combination and exactly what I was hoping for in the moment. It was a bit pricey totalling almost $6, but it was a nice treat. I didn't sit in, but the space looked welcoming enough to eat there and the service was good. It's not too far from my children's school so I decided to give it a shot when I had about 90 minutes to fill after drop off. I am grateful I made the drive. This bustling cafe is super cozy and the staff were all extremely friendly. The cafe also sells beer and wine. Plus, they have kombucha on tap! I purchased a blueberry peach scone (will definitely be back to try the chocolate salted caramel) and a honey cinnamon matcha latte. The scone was not overly sweet, but still had a great flavour. The matcha was as good as the ones I've gotten downtown Ottawa. It was blended nicely and did not have any matcha chunks...love!
