Firstly they helped me move out dead winter plants and replace them in spring, because of their timely & excellent care I then hired them on monthly to weed & tend the gardens plus do lawns. Our front gardens aren't easy they are covered in stone, our lawn is a rollercoaster from builder grade leveling & the weeds are rampant but both Simon & Yohan turn up and make my yard shine in this exhausting Texas heat without any bother or complaint. I am so grateful for the extra time I have now to take care of other chores in our home. We look forward to continuing doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done around their home efficiently and very fairly priced.

I highly recommend Better Price Tree Service!…read more They just finished trimming my four oak trees and one huge crape myrtle, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They came out the same day I called to give me a quote, and four days later the work was done. Martin and his crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and took extra care around my landscaping and pergola. They checked in with me several times during the job to make sure everything looked the way I wanted. Every cut was sealed, they chipped all the branches onsite, and they left the yard clean when they finished. The trees look great, and the price was the best quote I received. I'll definitely be calling them again.

They trimmed the trees at my rental house earlier this week. Those trees had freeze and ice damage from the winter storms of a few years ago, and some limbs were extending over my neighbors' driveway. Areli (the owner) is very knowledgeable about trees and made recommendations about where and how much to trim. Martin and the crew did a great job on the trees and cleanup. I highly recommend Better Price Tree Service. They are on time, reliable and do the job at a fair price.

I called Arbor Oaks Tree Professionals based on an advertisement from one of the circulars we get…read moreevery week. I called to inquire about a big maple in our back yard that had not leafed out. John, the owner, came out the next day and took a look at the tree - turns out it had an incurable fungal disease and needed to come down. After discussing the process by which this would take place, we also looked at the other trees in the yard. Most were OK, but each had its small issues that could be remediated with the help of a professional. One, for example, was infiltrated by a neighbor's tree and needed help reaching the sun. Another had girdling roots, and all needed to be cleaned up and shaped. Additionally all needed the root collars exposed from the sod that had grown around over the years. John was able to get a crew here the very next day to work on taking the big maple down and clean up the trees. The crew arrived at 10, not too early but right on time, and worked diligently all day. By the end of the day, the 35-foot maple was in pieces on the truck, with no damage to surrounding trees, our lawn, or our brand-new patio wall or bricks. The other trees were pruned and shaped as well. The original schedule was for the stumps to be ground the next day, along with the root collar exposure via a tool called an "air spade" but mechanical difficulties prevented that from immediately happening. Nonetheless, John and Mike were on top of communicating with me and I never felt like they were going to abandon the job halfway done. Mike was able to come out mid-week and grind the maple stump, plus a cedar stump in the front yard that had been left over from previous work. Just yesterday he was able to come back with the air spade and clear around the root collars, prompting this review. I will say that in every way Arbor Oaks Tree Professionals more than met the standard of the "Professional" in their name. The price for the entire job was in line with expectations, and perhaps even a bit below what I thought it might cost. John didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, but explained the benefits of each procedure. The actual work done by the crew and also by Mike in the stump grinding and air spade work was also first-rate. Moreover, everyone was very polite and friendly, and I had great conversations with each crew about how things were going. I also feel like I learned a lot about tree maintenance and care, and will follow the recommendations to keep the trees as healthy as possible. We are more than pleased with the quality of the job, and highly recommend Arbor Oaks Tree Professionals to anyone who needs tree maintenance in the Austin area.

Jeff arrived every couple of weeks and always did a fine job of cutting, edging, and sweeping up my lawn. Before long, Jeff hired a crew to work for him. No longer did Jeff mow my yard himself, but now he has left it up to strangers. Over the years, I would have to say his lawn crew has been fine 95% of the time. On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. At this point I will always go to them first anytime I need anything done outside my house.
