We told him what we wanted to accomplish with our landscape project. He understood our needs, and recommended a plan that minimized time, material, and labor to achieve the desired result He personally worked with and supervised his crew to ensure the outcome matched the promise. The work was started and completed on schedule with no additional costs. What we appreciated most was Byron's dedication to doing the work RIGHT. He addressed our not very straightforward sprinkler issues with great patience, and stuck with it until everything was resolved. He works by his heart, and not by the clock. You will be hard pressed to find a more competent and better company to handle your landscape and sprinkler requirements.

The last straw was when they blew all of the pollen from our yard into our neighbors...so embarrassing. Of course, they denied it. This really upset our neighbor and rightfully so. Yesterday, they came to clean the yard and left branches in the front yard. I picked them up and placed them neatly, so they would not even have to do that. Just so that they could be sadly found where I left them. Then they asked if I could check the cameras...because they swear they cleaned everything in the front yard. I placed the branches there myself and refuse to be lied to. You will be communicating with their son, who will let you know when they will be coming to service your yard. He texts "Hey, we are cleaning your yard." I have often paid extra to be a good citizen and show appreciation. After they made my neighbors upset at us and then left the front yard with all the branches, I fired them.

Apart from that, the rep AJ would text me at odd hours like 10pm to "check in." Definitely would NOT recommend for landscaping.

I saw Carl doing some work for my neighbor and asked him for a quote to do two large trees in my front yard. His price was fair and much more affordable than the "certified arborist". Carl and his son came out and made the trees look great and much healthier. I had Carl give me a quite on two more large trees in my back yard and had the same results. Limbs were hauled away and their was no debris left in the yard. He even hauled away a few large branches that I cut down over winter but never put into the trash. The people were nice, but lacked basic skills as the wall was completely uneven. This caused challenges later when the fence company tried to complete their portion of the project. They also used chipped bricks throughout the wall. When asked about it, Aphascapes advised that the bricks were defective. Then why using defective bricks in the first place then? They bought them directly from the supplier and the cost was included in the overall project. Very unethical. I contacted them on 2/18 to fix the chipped bricks and Alphascapes advised that they would come by. I reached out multiple times to follow-up with them but then the communication simply stoped. They have yet to show up as I am writing this review. I had to hire another contractor to fix them.
