They come out about evert two weeks in the spring and early summer and less often in the winter as well as dormant times in the late dry summers. My only complaint has been their use of a weed eater to trim bushes. It spew bush material all over the house walls and windows. However, once I mentioned that, they changed their method, so I don't ding them for that. Overall, I consider them honest and reliable. I would recommend.

The recent rains had our weeds sprouting up like, well, you know, and being busy professionals ourselves, we just didn't have the time to keep up with it. The by-phone estimate for 43,560 square feet of yard was $100. Within 2 hours of our call, a team of 3 fully equipped lawn ninjas were relayed to our property. Due to the deplorable condition of our yard (lots of 2 foot high weeds - yikes- plus a huge hill to mow & weed-eat), the estimate grew to $175, which we were happy to pay to get the yard back under control. Within 90 minutes after *that*, our huge yard had been completely transformed: all grass cut to golf course specs, 200 ft concrete driveway edged, weed-eating done around 20+ trees and the pool fence, steep hillside trimmed perfectly, cuttings mulched back into the lawn. Holy cow! I am impressed. Your experience may vary, but we were lucky to call on the day for which ALM happened to be in our part of town, so we received same day service. What a relief to find a lawn service that is so prompt, thorough, and reliable. Our neighbors will be happy to know that we will now be on the regular biweekly rotation for ALM.

We have less than a quarter acre in a subdivision, but paid them for mulch, a grass cut, and lawn treatment (you get three treatments) to get rid of some problem areas. This first visit totaled over $500 (most of the cost going to the lawn treatment) The first service was amazing. The mulch looked great, I know it was hard work for those guys. Two weeks had passed and I wondered when they were coming back, they said that they were doing the rotation every three weeks. The next week comes, and I hadn't heard anything, so I inquired and they said I was on the schedule the next day. After that cut, I noticed that they didn't apply any lawn treatment, and they had missed large parts of my lawn. Travis apologized about missing the areas, but then said that the grass was too dry to apply the treatment. Understandable, but when were they going to tell me that? So I paid $48 and had to do the remaining edging and flat areas. Three weeks later, I get another cut and a lawn treatment. This time the service was spot on. ($48 all said for the cut. Lawn treatment was paid for up front) Three weeks later, due for my next cut, absolutely nothing from them. At this rate, I cut the lawn myself. I pay the $50 precisely so I DON'T have to worry and babysit I let it ride for another week until the Friday after Labor Day, I don't hear anything so I texted Travis. He said that they were closed over the labor day holiday for four days, and they were playing catchup, but they "had me for this week." At this point, it has been FOUR WEEKS with no correspondence. I'm in over $600 to this company, I've only had 2/3 lawn treatments completed, and one of the scheduled cuts I had to finish myself, and I guess I'm just out of the extra $100 or so for the services they didn't complete. Tons of other options for a lower price. I'd heard from another friend that had the service that a similar thing happened, but at that time it was a "family emergency" but no correspondence was left and they just stopped showing up. All that said, this company would be fantastic if they just kept their customers up to date and had the appropriate backoffice talent to schedule appointments, track services rendered and keep things moving.

They…read moredidn't do weeding well so we switched to this company (Blooming Seasons) for $75/wk expecting a better outcome. The de-weeding was worse, and for 3 weeks straight one weed grew up to about a foot tall before we just picked it. After the 3rd time complaining they said they would no longer service our neighborhood because they can't find good help, and gave us a $20 credit. They didn't want to "hurt their reputation". But it gets worse. I'm not sure if it was malicious intent or sheer incompetence, but that last trip they clearly cut the grass far too short and basically killed it. In the photo you can see the healthy green spot where the soils is lower and got cut the right height. The rest of the yard is dead and hands down the worse house on the block. This photo is a few weeks since the prior cut and just now starting to come back. This company is the literal worst. They charge more and literally will kill your yard, then give you a $20 refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!…read more I hired this guy and his crew to come out and extend my driveway with flagstone as well as build up my flowerbed and add plants. Prior to him coming out I sent him several pictures of the flagstone I wanted. The pictures showed level and symmetrical flagstone which he assured he could do. Huge mistake. His crew comes out and does the worst most unprofessional job I've ever seen. The cement is cracked and chipping off. (Excuse I'm told is that it must have gotten wet.) There are pieces of flagstone that are raised out of ground more than an inch. There was an area dug of dirt where they planned on going out further with flagstone but it's clear they ran out of material and stated later that it was supposed to look like that. Not level at all. In laws and friends have already tripped over it badly. There is too much space between each flagstone. As far as the flowerbeds, I watched the crew use the same sod that was dug up from yard to build up new flowerbed instead of bringing in fresh mulch. Days later the flowerbed was already growing over and not even looking like a flowerbed anymore. I was told by owner that I just need to maintain it by pulling weeds and Bermuda grass tends to do that. What?! The plants that were planted all died within a few days too. I sent emails, texts and phone calls to this guy trying to get him back out to fix the mess. He was very hard to get ahold of because I'm sure he was trying to avoid me due to his lazy horrible work. Finally, two months later he gets me on the schedule. When he comes out his crew lowers the sprinkler head and added a few more flagstones. That's literally it. The project still looks like an amateur job. I was better off going to Home Depot and doing this myself one weekend. Instead I paid this crew almost $3000 out of my savings for this mess. I'm now having to find another company to come out and start all over. I warn you to please not use this company unless maybe you just need your lawn cut. I never write reviews but I'm livid every day I get home and see my damn driveway.

The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window.
