After receiving a flyer at our residence, we decided to give this company a try. However, the lack of professionalism in the way business was conducted and poor service provided was unsatisfactory.
We were given a flat price with no confirmation of the time of service for the following day. On the day of service, two individuals arrived without prior notice or scheduling, proceeded to perform a hasty job, and left without any communication regarding payment or future arrangements for "recurring services" as agreed.
After seeing the terrible job done, no one in sight and after waiting for some sort of explanation - we called the company to assess the situation and we were told "it looks like that because we should have charged more than the $45 fee because the house was ugly and needed more work." ??? Not only was this answer out of place it was almost laughable the level of unprofessionalism from the person we spoke to.
If extra services or fees were required, the least the company should have done is let us know upon their arrival (since THEY decided to give a price without seeing the property first) about any extra services so the job can be done properly and we would have paid for said fees.
They offered us to not pay afterwards - which we refused. As workers need to be compensated for their job and this was never about the money. At the end of the day, we are hiring services to keep the lawn "not ugly".
As a potential customer considering recurring services, this experience has made us hesitant to further engage with this company.
Clear communication, punctuality, and transparency are key aspects that contribute to building trust and loyalty among customers. All which this company lacks. read more
