Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

There was a contractor that was being used by a homeowners in the area - RJM CONSTRUCTION ATX, (Mario Padilla) so with a great recommendation, I trusted him to do the work. And he started out great! My project started on March 29, 2021 The last day I saw him on my project was August 23, 2021 There was some discussion about broken windows during installation and a few other unfinished pieces, like the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the floors. If you've seen him, please let me know or remind him he never finished the work at my house. Shame on me for trusting him, as I paid more up front than I should have. If you have a good recommendation that might help me salvage the work, that would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I'll be doing my due diligence! If you'd like a more detailed please feel free to reach out to me. I can give you an earful and show you the unfinished work, the poor workmanship and all of the payments that I paid up front.

My honest recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs. The slightly cheaper pricing they…read moreoffer is not worth the long term hassle. I finished a bathroom remodel with Koren and Daniel in March 2025. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.
