A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

I fell in love with it the moment I walked in and had a vision for what it could be. There was a contractor that was being used by a homeowners in the area - RJM CONSTRUCTION ATX, (Mario Padilla) so with a great recommendation, I trusted him to do the work. And he started out great! My project started on March 29, 2021 The last day I saw him on my project was August 23, 2021 There was some discussion about broken windows during installation and a few other unfinished pieces, like the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the floors. If you've seen him, please let me know or remind him he never finished the work at my house. Shame on me for trusting him, as I paid more up front than I should have. If you have a good recommendation that might help me salvage the work, that would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I'll be doing my due diligence!
