They will say a train is 1 minute away for 15 minutes straight.Constant Outages: It feels like the entire loop is constantly out of service or suffering from technical glitches. The frequent weekend and morning closures for system upgrades have made it entirely dependable on failing.It's an embarrassment to Miami-Dade transit. Skip it unless you have hours of free time to waste standing around a station.

Yet, I had called beforehand to confirm if y'all do additional payment vouchers for these types of situations, and you said yes. I filled out BOTH forms for a refund request AND an additional payment reimbursement. I waited a week and called to check the status. The lady on the phone pretends she doesn't comprehend me and is giving me a robotic, dead-end talk. So I asked to speak with the supervisor, and the lady made excuses/refuses for me speak with them. So I filled out the forms again, and the same thing - acting like y'all dont see my forms. So since y'all aren't helping me, I called my bank to cancel the charge. You have NO customer service email, which is super suspicious. I have receipts for everything. And now you are declining my request to cancel the booking charge?? Yeah, I see the game I'm in now. Why would we all the cool stuff is here already and we don't need to pay for parking, walk most of the time or we could take a cheap cab ride or we can SWOOP !!! Swoop is a slightly pimped up electric golf cart that you can call to pick you up from any bar or night club on the beach and they will take you to the next bar or restaurant or even drop you off at your apartment building or hotel. They will also take you on late night Pizza runs too. The best part is that the price is FREE !! The only ask for tips and semi decent behavior while riding in the car. FREE rides from noon to 2 am from 1st street to 26th street and Ocean Drive to the bay but I have them out later on weekends. It seats 5-6 comfortably and be prepared to wait awhile on a busy night but still so much more fun that a DUI. Last time I was on there, I has a guy with a big ass snake riding in the front seat while my friend was yelling " SWOOP SWOOP SWOOP " and we hit Dewey's, Ted's and 8 Ounce all in one night for only $5 to the driver. We called from each place when we were done and SWOOP appeared. Airport security staff told him he could not park where he parked (Level 1 Terminal 1 departures), he ignored them and said "I am only dropping off 2 passengers" and when over 10 people got off and had to retreive luggage from under the bus which blocked the flow of traffic at the airport. Anyone waiting at the proper location was not picked up!!! Opperated by a 3rd party bus provider. Flagrant disregard for traffic rules, airport rules, customer service rules. The stations always smells of urine and the elevators are outdated. While I am sure they pass inspection yearly, they could still use an upgrade. For one they are way too small. When my son was stroller age, I could barely fit his stroller in the elevator. The wheels were barely able to fit through the elevator doors. Transportation itself is ok as long as the trains are not late or stuck on the track. Perhaps this was the motivation to replace the older the trains for newer ones. While I have seen the implementation of newer trains, all trains have not been replaced. I rode two older trains today that reeked of urine and were a little dirty. I am happy to see that they upgrading the trains however. I hope they keep that same energy and give the metro rail stations a makeover.
