My mother in law lives in Key West and we drive regularly over there to see her but sometimes she comes to Miami on the Greyhound bus to visit, she can drive and has her own car but it's more comfortable to use shuttle services for long drives and we also feel safer having her being driven by Greyhound. We always drop her off and pick her up from the Miami airport station and have never experienced a delay on the departure and arrival times. Sometimes we have arrived at the station to buy the tickets and have waited 5-10 minutes for someone to show up to the counter but have never received awful or disrespectful service, so overall I think the shuttle service is great but customer service is just ok.

Greyhound terms and conditions they dont honor why have it up then no help all around from no where nothing

Metrorail Tri-Rail Station

Rail and Metro stations can be better, but in South Florida, this is a pinnacle transfer station in…read morea working class area. An efficient enough site where two rail lines cross and can easily be used by both - and resultingly, densifying neighborhood that surrounds it. The staff is usually always very helpful and kind. The main criticism is that the trains don't come frequently enough! As to the actual station, as usual for a Tri-Rail station there's not enough benches... or trash cans. The Metro-side's construction often takes too long and I'm seriously concerned about the accessibility as a result. In addition, there's also so much anxiety if the train is coming and the trains don't run late enough. But it's such a net positive to have rail options (with signage and audio message in three (3!) languages) in this urban-surburban-car-dominated-megaopolis - and I support it fully and want MORE investment in stations like this to make it better - and have two lines cross like this is superb.

Last week I stopped by to get a regional pass. I was told that they will sell them starting the…read more26th. I arrive at 1345 and they are closed. The sign says they are open until 1400. I call customer service and she tells me that it is my fault that I should have shown up earlier. What?!? No apologies. No ownership. Just push the blame. If you want a great job, sign up for them. Where else can you close early and still be paid?

RedCoach - Extremely cramped and uncomfortable seats this company claims to be "luxury".

No toilet paper, no water, no paper towels. Female driver would speed up and then slam on the brakes repeatedly. I had just come out of the restroom when she accelerated throwing me backwards to the floor. Another passenger helped me up as I was wedged in the aisle. I was badly bruised. Awful 3 hour trip.

Bus was late to an unscript (Shell Gas Sign) on Turnpike in Pompano. Bus was late about 30 minutes which seemed related to previous stop in airport FT Laud. Son's trip was to arrive at UCF at 9pm, it was after 1030pm. That's over 4 hours on bus without stretching feet and movement off bus ! Bus had seating issues in West Palm and sounded like overbooking. Out sons neighbor on bus was grossly oversized for his window seat in economy. (Buy correct seat size for all comfort) The gentlemen also vaped the entire route which should not happen in enclosed areas. No room to stretch out even in aisle seat to rest. One and done .... This is like herding cattle versus a luxury bus experience. Don't believe the hype. One star is better than deserved. Take Brightline and Uber to campus.
