Dr. Haynes has been the pediatrician for all four of my children, and I truly can't recommend her…read morehighly enough. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. She has a wonderful way of connecting with both kids and parents, making every visit a positive experience. Over the years, she has consistently provided exceptional care, and I have complete confidence in her recommendations and expertise. It's such a comfort knowing my children are in such capable and caring hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Haynes has done for our family. Lone Tree Pediatrics is fortunate to have her!

A MUST READ -- BEWARE…read more I will absolutely be sharing this experience publicly and warning other parents. I am disgusted by the treatment we received from this office. In my opinion, the practice seems far more focused on enforcing its policies than actually listening to parents or addressing individual concerns. My experience started last year with now-retired Dr. Taoka. Before we moved away (we are now back in Colorado), she was also pushing a vaccine schedule for my baby daughter. As any caring and responsible parent would, I had questions. Instead of helping me feel informed or even attempting to answer concerns, I felt dismissed and was essentially told we would need to go elsewhere if we did not follow their exact vaccine schedule. The ironic part? We DO vaccinate our children, and always have. However, we have always chosen to space vaccines out. We do not do 4-5 vaccines in one visit. That has never been an issue for us anywhere else until now. Fast forward to today. We received two text confirmations for today's appointment and multiple calls from the office confirming the visit. During those conversations, I explained all of my concerns ahead of time, updated paperwork, completed the ASQ, and made it very clear that I primarily wanted my daughter evaluated by a doctor first because, with Dr. Taoka gone for the past several months and now retired, my daughter has not actually been seen by a physician at this practice. Then this morning, the office called saying my daughter could not come in because she was "too early" for vaccines and would need to wait until next week. I called back and explained we were not even planning to vaccinate today because we first needed a doctor to evaluate her and answer questions we had. I was then told that was completely fine, and that we could schedule any vaccines later as a nurse visit after vacation. That was communicated multiple times. Then around 1 PM, we received ANOTHER call -- this time from Zoe, who identified herself as the office manager -- and the conversation completely changed. She told me that Dr. Lindsey Oliver, D.O., wanted my daughter to receive five vaccines at once and that if we came in, we needed to agree to follow that vaccine schedule. Again, this was before the doctor had ever met or evaluated my daughter. I explained that our children have never received that many vaccines at once and that we have always chosen to separate them. For example, if MMRV is needed, we do that individually and continue from there. The entire reason we wanted this appointment was so a doctor could FIRST meet my child, hear our concerns, and discuss options with us. Instead, I felt pressured, dismissed, and spoken to with a surprisingly hostile tone. I was basically told that if we did not agree with their approach, we should find another practice. So yes -- we absolutely will. Parents deserve to ask questions without feeling threatened or pushed out of a practice. Whether someone fully vaccinates, spaces vaccines out, delays them, or follows a different schedule entirely, parents should be able to have respectful conversations with their child's doctor without being made to feel bullied or unwelcome. To be clear: I am not anti-vaccine. My children ARE vaccinated. But medical decisions for my children will always involve informed consent, discussion, and parental choice. My personal experience with Lone Tree Pediatrics left me feeling unheard, pressured, and extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled -- especially by management and communication staff. I'm sure the office will have its own version of events, but this was my family's direct experience. I even deleted a previous negative review last year because I wanted to give the practice another chance after moving back. Unfortunately, today confirmed for me that returning was a mistake. Parents: do your own research, read reviews carefully for this practice (you will see similar patterns) , ask questions, and trust your instincts when it comes to your children. ALWAYS.

As a first-time mom, I was full of nerves and questions, but the entire team made me feel like I had landed in the best hands imaginable. The Fab Four are truly out of this world--Dr. Marceny, Dr. Huff, Ashleigh, Sarah....Ashleigh actually came to the hospital on day #2 to check out our baby. ABOUT Shots: Vaccines are important. I did my own research and then consulted with the doctor. The team here does NOT pressure you into getting shots you're not comfortable with as a parent. Also, I liked that they always give me the option to split up my shot visits. For instance, instead of getting four shots at once, I can do two and then come back at my convenience to get the rest (usually a month later). The handouts, the conversations in advance, and educational materials helped me make the best and most informed decision about vaccinating my child. I would also recommend calling the office in advance or looking up ideas to soothe your baby/kiddo during shots. I keep my baby hungry and then distract them with the bottle. The pacifier does not work for us during those times. Always rub the injection site also helps a ton. The one time we didn't do that, the baby was inconsolable. Either way, the providers have great ideas. They will also bring in two technicians for multiple shots so there are no pauses between needles. I love that! Not only does the entire team take the time to thoroughly explain every detail about my baby's care, but they also make me feel empowered as a parent. Their kindness, patience, and expertise are unmatched. The staff is so warm and welcoming that it immediately felt like they were genuinely part of my parenting village. The office is so welcoming and super kid-friendly (the Peter Pan-themed decor and play area are an added bonus!). The music is a lot of fun too. They let me stay in a private room to nurse/feed my baby as long as I want. No pressure with a screaming baby is beyond helpful. The free samples and diaper supply are an added bonus. I'm also able to give my boxes of diapers we've outgrown to the front desk. The office staff are the true unsung heroes though. They always call me ahead of time and keep me aware of any changes. My insurance is a nightmare and they are always changing things. Dr. Marceny vowed to always take care of us no matter what, but the back office has been so proactive that it's never had to come to that. I always leave feeling reassured, supported, and confident that my baby's health is in stellar hands. I can also call any time, day or night, if I have a question. If you're looking for a pediatric team who truly go above and beyond, this is the place! Incredible group of humans! Highly recommend!

We were patients at this pediatric practice for nearly three years and were very satisfied with…read moreHannah's care. She was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and excellent with our baby (now a toddler). Since her departure, the experience has declined noticeably. On our most recent visit (03/09/26), we arrived on time for an 11:00am appointment. After the initial nurse check-in, we waited in the exam room for over 35 minutes with zero communication or acknowledgment of a delay from any staff. We ultimately decided to walk out. The lack of basic courtesy and respect for patients' time has become unacceptable. This practice no longer meets the level of service we previously received, which is quite disappointing.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! I would give this practice 0 Stars if I could. We have been…read morescammed for thousands of dollars by this practice with "doctor" (I use that term loosely to describe these medical professionals) billing for services that either 1) were never provided or 2) were not disclosed. Recently we took our young kiddo in for a ROUTINE wellness exam where the doctor was doing certain testing which we believed to just be "standard" - nothing was ever disclosed to us that services being provided were outside the normal scope of a wellness exam. We then get hit with a bill for the "services" which were totally unnecessary to begin and of course were not within the scope of a wellness exam (so not covered by insurance). After multiple times trying to explain the situation to billing department, doctor, manager, etc all told us basically: "tough luck, go talk to insurance about it". We had another situation late last year where we brought our other young kiddo in with a skin / infection issue. The doctor saw us and literally said "sorry, I cant help with skin / infection issues here you need to go somewhere else". Didn't offer a suggested of where to go, just wanted us out of the office clearly to move on to next visit. Then proceeded to charge us hundreds of dollars for the "visit" which lasted 5 minutes (no testing, nothing) - again told, tough luck go talk to insurance. This all resulted in my kiddo needing to be sent to the ER later that night, serious / scary infection and high fever (which the "doctor" here never even suggested could be a concern). We spent thousands of dollars for that ER visit of course - the ER told us the doctor should have either 1) suggested taking her to urgent care right away and/or 2) could have prescribed some antibiotics which would have helped with the fever / infection (which is what we got in the ER, just standard antibiotics). Total malpractice by the doctor here if you ask me. Absolute joke of a practice. I would avoid this place at all costs. We will be reporting this practice and the doctors that have neglected care to the medical boards. Stay far way!
