All my stars are for how amazing Dr. Mason is. However the office manager there is rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant. My family has been a patient here for the last 11 years and have always been treated with respect until our most recent visit. All text messages and emails sent to me to verify my daughters appointment was a 1:50 appointment time. I showed up at 1:40. They refused to see my daughter because they said I was 10 minutes late and her appointment was at 1:30. I showed them the texted messages I got and yet the office manager said sorry but this is our policy and you can wait 2 hours for an opening or reschedule. I drove 45 minutes to get it this doctors office and have for the last 8 years because we moved but absolutely loved the experiences got there. After today and this office managers lack of compassion for a mistake made on their end we will be finding a new doctors office closer to home. read more

We were patients at this pediatric practice for nearly three years and were very satisfied with Hannah's care. She was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and excellent with our baby (now a toddler). Since her departure, the experience has declined noticeably. On our most recent visit (03/09/26), we arrived on time for an 11:00am appointment. After the initial nurse check-in, we waited in the exam room for over 35 minutes with zero communication or acknowledgment of a delay from any staff. We ultimately decided to walk out. The lack of basic courtesy and respect for patients' time has become unacceptable. This practice no longer meets the level of service we previously received, which is quite disappointing. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! I would give this practice 0 Stars if I could. We have been scammed for thousands of dollars by this practice with "doctor" (I use that term loosely to describe these medical professionals) billing for services that either 1) were never provided or 2) were not disclosed. Recently we took our young kiddo in for a ROUTINE wellness exam where the doctor was doing certain testing which we believed to just be "standard" - nothing was ever disclosed to us that services being provided were outside the normal scope of a wellness exam. We then get hit with a bill for the "services" which were totally unnecessary to begin and of course were not within the scope of a wellness exam (so not covered by insurance). After multiple times trying to explain the situation to billing department, doctor, manager, etc all told us basically: "tough luck, go talk to insurance about it". We had another situation late last year where we brought our other young kiddo in with a skin / infection issue. The doctor saw us and literally said "sorry, I cant help with skin / infection issues here you need to go somewhere else". Didn't offer a suggested of where to go, just wanted us out of the office clearly to move on to next visit. Then proceeded to charge us hundreds of dollars for the "visit" which lasted 5 minutes (no testing, nothing) - again told, tough luck go talk to insurance. This all resulted in my kiddo needing to be sent to the ER later that night, serious / scary infection and high fever (which the "doctor" here never even suggested could be a concern). We spent thousands of dollars for that ER visit of course - the ER told us the doctor should have either 1) suggested taking her to urgent care right away and/or 2) could have prescribed some antibiotics which would have helped with the fever / infection (which is what we got in the ER, just standard antibiotics). Total malpractice by the doctor here if you ask me. Absolute joke of a practice. I would avoid this place at all costs. We will be reporting this practice and the doctors that have neglected care to the medical boards. Stay far way! read more

From day one we have always been greeted with a smile. Everyone acts like they care. Most importantly Dr Brandon Ross has been exceptional. Our kids like him most importantly! On the business side of things, especially for how complicated it can get, they are on top of it. Which in our experience can make a difference too. read more

This review is mostly for the front office staff that was completely rude when I went in for my child's appointment. On top of that my pediatrician was judgmental on several occasions when I asked questions and unwilling to provide explanation beyond "it's recommended". I will not be going back. read more

I have taken my children here for well checks and to monitor ADHD in both of my children since we moved here 5 years ago. Dr Ross has been fantastic. However, I needed a medication form filled out for an overnight field trip my 6th grader is going on and went in to drop it off. My children both have to be seen every 3 mos for medication checks and we typically do well visits in combination when they are due. Our last appt with Dr Ross was in August, our next appt was scheduled on December 1 with Tori Huftalin since Dr Ross was on paternity leave. They told me that since my child wasn't current on his well checks in their system, they couldn't sign the form without seeing my child again. Even though we have been there, faithfully, every 3 mos and my patient portal said I was current. But they didn't code it right in their system. I asked questions to clarify and was yelled at. I called later to speak with the office manager and she was extremely rude and said she would not help without scheduling an appointment. I tried to explain to her that it was just a medication verification form, not a physical form for sports and they had all the info in front of them to verify that he was prescribed and taking the medication. That's all I needed. She first told me as long as they prescribed the medication, there shouldn't be a problem with it. At this point I was frustrated- and said, "you guys called in the freaking refill last week- you should see that in the notes!!" She asked me to send the form via the portal. After they signed the form, they sent a certified letter to my child saying they would no longer care for him after 30 days. Only this child got the letter; my family has 2 children that see Dr Ross and he's out on paternity leave so I'm assuming he was not involved in this decision. But they are willing to dissolve patient-doctor relationships over poor communication from their front office staff. I need more collaborative members as part of my children's care team- not just the doctor. I feel like all they wanted was the copay for the extra visit. I could completely understand if we hadn't seen the doctor in some time, but we had just been there and had the new visit already scheduled for just over 30 days out. I was given this form with a deadline of 4 days to return to the district and they would not work with me. Will definitely be looking for a more compassionate care team- office staff and physicians. read more

We have been using this provider for over a year. The most recent provider we saw left me feeling concerned for my son's safety as he was vomiting only at night/ when sleeping. This has happened before and he was given zofran I asked if that was an option because I feared he would choke on his vomit in his sleep. The provider said this isn't a common practice; however he's had it before from there. The provider was rude and I didn't feel heard. I asked the front end staff to not be booked with her in the future. They provided me a review sheet they had started for how your visit went. I was honest about my concerns for that visit. Fast forward to weeks later I received a letter that they will no longer be our provider and to find a new one. This is really disappointing as my son takes a long time to warm up to people and he was finally warming up to the front end staff and Taylor. I couldn't be more disappointed in this experience. Especially since I was just being a concerned mom. This is a real let down. It shouldn't be so hard to find pediatric care and feel heard. My son has been through A LOT medically and they know that. read more

My sons have been going to Dr Mason at Rose Pediatrics for almost 2 years. We love the office staff. They're efficient and prompt. Getting a same day appointment is never a problem. Dr Mason is a terrific doctor. She's great with the kids. They don't even squirm when she checks their ears (I used to have to hold them in a tight grip when other doctors check them). She also listens to me and seems to be a big believer in a Mother's intuition. I like that the medical records are computerized. It's always easy to get immunization records for sports teams, school, etc. We like how they don't overbook patients. We rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr Mason. There are other patients in the office when we are there, but they time things so patients don't have to wait. We used to go to a large Pediatric practice on County Line Rd and regularly had to wait 30-60 minutes to see the doctor. We're so glad we switched. read more

Had such a terrible experience with this practice I felt I had to write a review and warn prospective parents. The main issue was with the receptionists and scheduling appointments - TWICE we had appointments (confirmed via text message several days prior) that they cancelled without notifying us. The first time we showed up for our confirmed appointment and--after checking in and patiently sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes--were dismissively told "we don't have a doctor for you." No one attempted to reach us prior (the receptionist claimed someone called my cell phone and was "unable to leave a message," but admitted they didn't call my husband's cell, email or text us, use the messaging in the patient portal, or use any other method to tell us they had to move our appointment). The worst part was there was no apology for their mistake or attempt to empathize or work with us - she was so rude to me I cried in the car on the way home. Trust me, when you have a one month old baby and you are stressed and exhausted, it's not so easy to get out of the house, drive, park the car, and get to appointments on time. Going all the way to the office only to be rudely dismissed for something that was their fault was outrageous and infuriating. Then it happened AGAIN with our two month appointment (we called the office to double check and were told "oh, your appointment has been moved.") What the heck??? This is the most disorganized and unprofessional doctor's office I have ever encountered and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We love Dr. Harr. She is very approachable and knowledgeable and her relaxed and calm demeanor makes our visits pleasant . We never have to wait very long and she always spends quality time with us answering our questions. read more

All three of my children have been under the care of doctors at Rose Pediatrics for years (two of them since birth and our oldest just turned 18!). The staff is friendly and Dr. Lieber makes examinations fun, yet he is professional and thorough. When our youngest contracted Lyme Disease in Pennsylvania (something we don't see often in Colorado), they went out of their way to research and connect us with people who could help in a hurry. They follow up to see how the kids are doing after illness and have really fun exam rooms with themes (like Dr. Seuss and Harry Potter) that the kids can relate to and find comfortable. read more

Dr. Ross is a great physician. Hands down the nicest and most thorough doctor. I've met a few of the others who are also great. Unfortunately, we got kicked out of the practice and I know it's our fault for missing 3 appointments. You sign a contract so I get why. Only problem really for me is that my ex-spouse had booked appointments without my knowledge and then didn't show up. If I had known I definitely wouldn't have missed these appointments. I'd love to get my daughter back into this practice but understand why. Please know that this place is great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a pediatrician! read more

We love Rose Pediatrics. They always get us in whenever we need to be seen. They never make us wait and have us done in 45 minutes or less. Their website is fantastic for everything. They are very responsive when you call the nurse. They make you fill out an age appropriate well visit survey and give you suggestions on what to do with your child in certain areas. They send a packet of information home after ever well visit. They also provide the shot record minutes after the shots are given so you don't have to come back later. Highly recommend! read more

We have been with this practice for 1 year and 7 months. While we did like our doctor, something is off. They lost my sons chart twice - asking me why he didn't have a chart. How would I know? Then, rather than finding the missing chart, they "just made a new one". When we have seen different doctors for sick visits they contradict the other's medical advice (maybe because it's not in the chart?!), which doesn't make you feel confident. This weekend I called the after hours line after visiting the website. The site showed my sons symptoms in the "call us immediately to speak with your doctor day or night" category. When I called the answering service did not ask what was wrong with my child, rather what insurance company i carried. Then, I was directed to call my insurance nurses line. The doctors do not take call from patients with access to a nurses line. I can't believe they would put a policy like this in place - it speaks volumes about their patient care. Or lack there of.... My insurance company rep actually laughed when I told them the doctors answering service told me to call their nurses line. She then helped me select a new pediatrician immediately - never thought I would be praising my insurance company over a doctor. ;-) There are a number of good practices in there area, pick ANY of those. Plus side - there is never a wait. Literally, we have never seen another patient in the waiting room. Wait, maybe that was another sign? read more

I've been taken by my 3 kids to Rose Pediactrics since 1999 and absolutely love it. They've always been taken care of. We started down at the Denver office with Dr Lieber and now we see Dr Mason at the HR office. read more

I do not recommend this practice. They detected urine in my daughters kidney while in the womb. Best practices states this could possibly lead to kidney and bladder complications after birth. My daughter ended up getting her 1st UTI at 6 months and nobody scheduled any follow up testing. It's now 3 years and roughly 7-8 UTI's later and we moved on to a new Pediatrician. My daughters urinary problems have gotten worse and now she has to have surgery. This practice neglected to do the proper testing and medications for my daughter. Complete negligence on this practice. There are a ton of items they missed along the way and failed to treat my daughter properly and now my family has to suffer, not them. My 3 year old daughter has been through absolute hell because this practice did not do their job properly. Once again, I do not recommend this practice. read more

This practice is great! Dr. Mason is attentive and patient with the kids. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was not happy with the staff and how Dr. Lieber handled the issues and concerns that brought us to him. He was impatient and his motto seems to be "If you disagree with my diagnose, get out of my office". I would recommend finding a doctor that is less self-righteous and full of himself. read more

My two boys have been seeing Dr. Mason for about 4-6 years between them. We switched my oldest son to this practice from another well known practice in the area. It was always a struggle to get a person on the phone with the old office. You always had to leave a message and wait for a call back to schedule or get records. There is nothing more annoying when your child is sick! Finally, I decided to switch after numerous calls that were never returned. Rose Pediatrics has been amazing. I always speak to a real person, I can always get my sick children in the same day, and there is rarely a wait while we are there. Dr. Mason is very approachable, knowledgeable, and humble. My boys love her! She has helped us through numerous health issues with both boys. Through food allergies, GI issues, ADHD, growth hormone issues...she quickly identified the issues and gave the appropriate referrals. Now both boys are doing great! I work in the dental field, so I appreciate good scheduling, insurance handling, and most of all good patient care. If you are looking for a great pediatric office, this is the place for you! read more

I went to Rose after I had my first baby. I was completely heart broken by the terrible service, cold staff members and lack of coordination. The nurses/staff don't even acknowledge your baby before they examine them. They didn't call me back before the end of the day with VITAL test results. Honestly, it was hands down the worst medical facility experience I have ever had. Ways to describe Rose pediatrics, COLD, UNORGANIZED, LACKS COMPASSION. read more

We relocated to the area and decided on Dr. Jill Mason at Rose Pediatrics. My 2 year old has only been to her once so far, but it was a pleasant experience and she was very friendly and good with my son. Polite, helpful office staff, and a fun little play area in the waiting room. read more

I just read the reviews on this office and they prompted me to write a sincere review of my own. I started going to Rose downtown about a 10 years ago. We were very happy when they opened a Highlands ranch office as the drive from Parker was about 30 min. I understand most people would not drive downtown from Parker to see a Doctor, but the service and professionalism is 2nd to none. If you are looking for a Doctor to spend 5 sec with your child and tell you they have "what's going around" and write a Rx, this is not the office for you. Each visit they spend time with an evaluation and a discussion about the symptoms then they make a professional diagnosis. Also they leave sick appointment times open everyday. In 10 years my children have never had to wait overnight for an appointment, they see us same day every time. We have also NEVER waited more than 10 min after our appointment time to be seen and I don't ever remember an excessive wait once in an exam room. Every time I have needed a return call it was as promised, even from the billing manager when the insurance made a mistake. Dr. Leiber has put together an amazing practice that I trust with my children. read more

We just recently moved to the area. My daughter came down with a fever three days ago. We read up on fevers on the Internet and have been treating her with OTC medications, but she has not improved and her stomach cramping and ear ache kept her up last night. So I looked online and found this office near us and called first thing this morning to make an appointment. The receptionist told me to schedule she would need my phone number and she would call me back. I asked why she would need to call back and she flatly repeated herself that she would need to call me back. Well, that was over two hours ago and nothing. Glad I trusted my gut and called another pediatrician office after she hung up with me. If there was a valid reason she needed call back that she could have explained, maybe I would be a little more forgiving, but to not explain and not follow through are two red flags. There are plenty of pediatricians in the area. I guess Rose Pediatrics does not need new business. read more

I want everyone who is taking their infant child here to know this. A couple months ago our 16 month old daughter got sick, she was spiking a high fever at night and was constantly vomiting. We took her to see the Pediatrician at Rose, they told us it was just common illness and to give her childrens advil, so we did. Her condition got no better and two days later we took her in again to get looked at. Again, she was look at by the Pediatrician, and we were told it was nothing to worry about. That very night she spiked a temp of over 104 and we immediately took her to Childrens Hospital. She was tested and immediately diagnosed with pneumonia. To our dismay, we gave the Pediatrician the benefit of the doubt, even though we were lucky not to follow her direction. We had a follow up visit scheduled, and my wife was a few minutes late and she called them to let them know she was a little tardy, they told her not to bother coming in because they gave her appointment away, and told her to reschedule in a few days. We obviously found a new Pediatrician right away. Two weeks later we were billed $25 for a no show/ missed apt fee. This is a warning to all parents possibly thinking about taking their kids to Rose Pediatrics. read more
