It's sad to come to your hometown and order a pizza from your favorite place on the way home all to see service has went completely downhill. They tell you 15-25 minutes. You get there around 20 after you placed the order and the food wasn't even in the oven yet let alone it took another 10 minutes for you to be acknowledged while 2 customers walked in after you and they were helped first. This place was a lot better with Carla, more strict of rules which kept things in proper working order, I still loved working with her! The kid even had hickeys covering his neck, very classy! My family stopped in Waseon overnight on a road trip, and Tano's was open later than most places in town. We ordered two pizzas, some garlic parmesan wings, and an apple dessert. The food was fantastic, everything delicious, especially the wings; my only gripe would be that the pizza was incredibly greasy, to the point of digestive repercussions. Perhaps 40% less grease and you'd have yourself a darn good product. Still happy to recommend Tano's. read more

Just heard that a delivery kid ripped a Senior Citizen off! Handed him a 50 instead of a 20! The kid was told to just give him back a 5! The kid kept ..yep! The other 35 bucks! The Senior is on a fixed...low income! The Senior realized what happened right away and contacted Tanos manager! Nothing ...not even a return call! I realize the mistake...however this needs to be made right Tanos! Obviously you do not hire honest people or you do not train correctly. Wauseon is a small town, the people look out for our Seniors! MAKE THIS RIGHT! You will lose more then gain! Don't spend your money here. Meatball sub is 10" long. They put 2 pieces of cheese on the bun and cut 4 1" round meatballs in half and that is all that is on the sub-$8 for less than half of a subway foot long. We got a pizza delivered to the Sunnys campground. It was a thin crust with cheesy bread. They both tastes good, this was the first we have ordered from them and will do it again. Would have given it 5 stars but we ordered half pepperoni half bacon they made it both on 1 half the other side had nothing. read more

I'm sorry. This is a very rude place and they could care less about you as a customer.. Had a manager hang up on me last night , not once , but twice .... They messed up my taco salad. I had it on speaker and the while break room at IAC heard and how rude she was being . Told me not order from there again since they messed up my salad . So I call the next day and ask to speak to a manager or the owner. And the lady said she was the owner ... And I could tell you that was not true after our conversation went on & she said "the owner would tell you the same thing not to order from here , you IAC people always seem to have issues ". Then I ask again wait is this the owner and she was like uh .... Yes .... wow I can't believe it !!!!! I will no longer order from them again.
