I took my Mini Countryman in for a basic oil change. I picked it up Friday, Feb 13th at 4pm. With…read morethe next day being Valentine's Day, my husband and I drove my car around town and my car started smelling like hot oil. We pulled off the side of the road, this had nothing to do with my small under oil leak recently found. I lifted up my car hood and there was NO OIL CAP. They Failed to do SIMPLE QUALITY CONTROL on a oil change!!! Do we had dinner plans to go to Portland for dinner, if I would have drove my car and that far it would have thrown a rod in my motor!!!! They made it right, but we lost out on Valentine's Day Dinner!! We could have totally thrown a rod in the motor and my car would have required a $6000+ motor replacement just not taking QC inspection on a simple F@cking oil change! They towed my car to the shop, offered a rental car, did a complete new oil change and had to buy me a new oil cap. QUALITY CONTROL, if you want my business. You almost costed me my car motor over a simple F@CKING OIL CHANGE!!! I am still , but at least they fixed it, but it shouldn't have been that stupid mistake in the first place!!!! Quality Control PEOPLE! I don't have money to replace a motor, that is why I was doing preventative maintenance. Your other business Esty's, which is owned by the same owner has been great, but you need to step it back up ARTs!!!!

I submitted an appointment request through their website for an oil change. I got a confirmation…read moreemail back from them saying it was received and that I would hear back from them. I never did.

Tower has been working on my 1999 Tahoe for over the past year. Now they may not be the cheapest…read moreshop in town, but I feel they have always been honest and do great work. I would rather pay a little more for great work, than take it somewhere because it was cheaper and not get quality service. They always have great customer service as well. I highly recommend them for auto repairs.

Originally had my '16 wrangler diagnosed at a different shop, had a cyl 4 misfire. I didn't like…read moretheir opinion and took it to Tower, as the company I work at uses them on their (rather large) fleet and thought their opinion could be trusted. They flipped the injectors and did a compression test, "drove it 30+ miles with no issue." Paid $600 and got my jeep back practically empty on gas, but whatever. Price of doing business I suppose. Less than 3 miles down the road and boom, misfire. Cyl 4. Took it back in, diagnoses? Need to remove the head, pressure and valve test, and resurfaced. Looking at $2800 and potentially more depending what they found. At this point, over text, they were rude when I was asking them questions of how we jumped to this conclusion. Rude enough that even if I was going to pay that money, it wasn't going to be to them. I pulled it from their shop and had my SO check it out, who happens to be a diesel mechanic. Couple minutes of research, and 45 minutes later he fixed the issue. Loose pin hitting a connector, creating this nightmare. He corrected it, hasn't happened again in almost 5 months. A fix that cost me nothing could've cost me thousands of dollars if I trusted their opinion. Needless to say, save yourself some stress, time and money and take it elsewhere.
