So I search the internet and found Reliable Muffler. Don quoted me several hundred dollars less to fix my catalytic converter and was sensitive to my timeline. He quickly noticed that the exhaust leak may be the soul issue and instead of just replacing the catalytic converter like I had asked, he called me up and recommended I get the exhaust leak fixed first because there was a good chance that the catalytic converter did not need to be replaced. I am very thankful and impressed with Don and his integrity. I will take my car into him for all of my muffler and exhaust needs from now on because I know that he will treat me fairly and honestly.

And the cool thing is if you decided to have them fix whatever's going on, the diagnosis is basically free. Fortunately in my case it was just a sensor and an easy fix I did myself. The only complaint I have, which I won't knock a star off for because I really appreciate this business, is that I couldn't get my car back for an extra day because I couldn't get a hold of them. Their posted hours were wrong (they have since updated them) so we missed them on the day we could have first picked it up, and then when they were open the next day, the phone line kept repeatedly going to voicemail for hours. But in spite of this, I highly recommend them and suggest arranging a pickup day/time ahead of time if possible. And confirming hours.
