I asked for a trim!! I got a cut up to my shoulders I would never recommend this place to anybody I'm back at the l would never ever come back here! I also paid 50 dollars prices aren't that's friendly for Barbra to mess up my hair I went in today at 2:50 for a 3 o'clock appointment and left at 3:10 and I didn't have a opt for a no tip instead I had to give 18% which was 9 dollars the vibe is nice and clean but this much for a hair cut when I said trim is outrageous and will be coming back for my money because this is a huge mess up and uncalled for!!!!! and for you people to say you have licenses to do this is insane its a shame people don't have loyal hairstylists!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!

BURNED THE HAIR RIGHT OFF MY SCALP Please reconsider booking…read morewith Tiffany. Recently removed a negative review because I thought I over reacted but it turns out I under reacted. After seeing a hair professional I was told that my hair were BADLY damaged. I recently booked an appointment with someone new at this salon after hearing the previous girl quit. The worst decision of my life I went in for a haircut originally. She suggested a perm and I questioned the health of my hair. She assured me multiple times it was just fine and she "does this all the time" Tiffany, I pray you don't. I am left with hair so damaged I have no clue where to start. I have a BALD SPOT on the front if my head. How am I supposed to cover or re grow that?? 1. The hair cut was pretty bad, the layers weren't blended AT ALL. 2. My hair was literally burned off I have a BALD SPOT 3. She used a $20 treatment without letting me know then "apologized" for charging me All after me tipping her VERY generously for a cut the day before. I am left with a mess that will cost me thousands to repair.

Worst experience ever - you could not pay me to go back…read more All I wanted was a simple, basic cut. The stylist gave me a bad cut, then when I called the next day about getting it fixed, she wanted me to wait another 5 days before there was an opening. When I clearly did not want to wait that long and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix it sooner, she told me that even if I came back for a fix she would not wet cut it like I wanted because she is allowed to have her "preference" (for dry cutting - which sure didn't work the first time), maybe I should go back to Great Clips, and if I know so much about hair then I should get myself a cosmetology license. Aaaaand I reached out to the owner 3 times in the following week with no response, so I guess this is acceptable? I posted on reddit to ask other stylists if I was out of line (they all said no). https://www.reddit.com/r/Hair/comments/w4s3dr/advice_how_to_tell_stylist_what_i_need/ And yes, I *DID* go back to Great Clips, where they were pleasant to work with, happy to give me a wet cut, and fixed their own cut the next day. (All for half the price of this establishment.)

She's amazing at all aspects of the job; she knew what was best for my hair type, interpreted the style I was going for perfectly, and we had amazing conversation while she was doing so! I even got to meet her amazing kids for a moment as they showed up for a surprise visit for her, and they were so sweet? Case in point, it was one of the best haircuts I've actually ever had, I left a 25% tip and honestly wish I could afford to leave more! Angela is not only an amazing artist, but also a spectacular presence in general. I'm shocked she's not at a super fancy salon, but I'm grateful this service was available to me as otherwise I probably couldn't afford it Again, thank you soso much, Angela!!! Can't wait to see you again when the time comes for another style!!

I'm glad that we even have one being a "smaller" town! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and is always immediate on greeting. The store is clean and kept tidy every time I'm in. Although a beauty store, it is family friendly and inviting of those with younger children. I've been in a few time and seen little ones with parents and they have been welcomed as much as someone without. They will color match and help you find your correct shades, they did this for my teenage daughter as well.
