I purchased a watch from Fossil about 3 years ago and at the time spent around $250 which I thought…read morewas fairly significant, but I was a fan of its mechanical styling and perpetual movements so I made the call. What a high quality watch it's proven to be so far. It does not lose its time, I've literally been in a street fight wearing this watch and it still ticked. A solid 4 blows were landed to a man's face while wearing this on my left wrist, and although the next day it did not work (later having discovered a coil had bent), I took it into Fossil and they fixed it for zero dollars and did not ask a single question. Customer service and long lasting product quality. However, I recommend not to wear a watch if physically encountering another person and in no way condone violent acts. Still get compliments on my watch to this day. 5 stars

I asked him how much to stretch the shoe and to which he said 10$ to which i asked that if I should try the shoe on so that he knows how much further to stretch to which he rudely said no I must just leave the shoe and check after 1 week. Yesterday (30 June) I went in to collect my shoe only to find that he widened the shoe instead of expanding it, which I never at any point asked for. I was in utter shock with his behavior towards me when I pointed out that I needed it expanded. he give me the options and I clearly told him I wanted the shoe expanded by a size. Payment He then went on to say that I have to pay and that I must only cash and then when I queried him on the card machine below by which time another customer had entered the shop just behind me he suddenly changed his tune and says I can pay by card which I found very weird. I was pretty much forced to pay for something i didnt ask for. He then went on to say that he explained to me about his 2 different charges for stretching it wide or long which he CLEARLY did not because he was in a hurry to get rid of me that day when I went to drop of the shoe. He also went on to say that he's been running the shoe business for 25 years and how honest he is and he would never do such a thing. I am not surprised after reading the below mentioned experiences of other customers. This person has no regard for customer service and is very condescending and so rude that it shocks me as to how he's still in business. I would stay very clear of this place and would not recommend it to anyone. I'm sure there's many other reliable places that this. The person looks vert shady, dishonest and can not be trusted one bit and it is now very evident how he makes his living by ripping people off.
