First, a huge thank you to Luis, who helped me secure a fantastic deal on my Honda CR-V Hybrid when I traded in my Ford Escape. The entire financing team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain all of my warranty options and coverage so I could make informed decisions during the closing process. The service department has also been exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding, everything is handled professionally, and repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. They have never let me down. One example that stands out is when I had an issue with a tire that seemed to attract every nail and piece of construction debris imaginable. Even though they were fully booked and had no available appointments, the team found a way to fit me in. I expected to leave my car overnight, but instead they had it ready for me just a few hours later. I was able to pick it up the same day, and they even made it easy to handle a small additional payment over the phone for a minor service that was needed. I drive at least 20 minutes just to go to this specific location. I like the guys there and actually trust them more then many mechanics. At least so far. I will keep driving here for oil changes until they give me a reason not to and then I will be really sad because I've been coming for so long. I will be back. Highly recommend. I went there on 9/10/23 for an oil change. At the end of the service the technician told me I needed new brakes immediately that there was "nothing left.". I use my vehicle for work so I had a minor heart attack as I just started working again after losing my job in July. Except here's the thing I'm not stupid and I have a father that has taught me how to work on my car. I hadn't heard any squealing or grinding and I had driven less than 30,000 miles since putting brakes on the car. In any case, today I purchased $176 worth of parts and took the car to my family farm. Guess what...the brake pads were BARELY worn. We checked all four wheels and there was absolutely no reason for your employee to say what he did. Luckily I was able to return the unnecessary parts. So if you remotely look like you know nothing about cars be warned. Sounds like upwelling is the game here. I will NEVER use your services again and hope this review prevents someone from getting taken for a ride. Despicable.

Came here yesterday (2/4/20). My drivers side window would go down but not come back up. I…read moreexplained what was going on and said I didn't know if it was the switch or an electrical problem but wanted the window back up. Was told it was the switch to the window and I said ok go ahead and fix it. I was charged $123.00 for the switch itself, and $90.00 for the labor and wasn't even there for a while hour from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door. I went back up there after looking at the invoice and they did work with me and refunded me $100.00, took the new switch off and put the old non-functioning switch back on. I was still charged for the new switch I didn't keep. Later I decided to see how much the switch cost and found it at AutoZone for $52.00.

Mike was able to replace just the flex pipe and apply a sealant to the cracked muffler seam for a fair price and had the job done in a little over an hour. I will be coming back to this shop for future needs.
